Hello Consumer court,

I have transferred wallet money from my wallet to axis bank acoount for ₹4500, it deducted from my wallet but didn't transfer to bank and status is "pending" showing.

I have tried to reach paytm, but they do not have Customer care support, only thng you can do is write a mail, but they have not revert back on mail.

Please deposit my money into my bank account as early as possible.

Please find the attached transactions details. Funds debited from my Paytm wallet but, I did not receive any credit in my bank account.

I'm not able to contact customer care as there is no direct phone number. No Response is received after so many emails also.

Please help...

My metro card recharge order failed though money was deducted from my account. (See attachments) against Order ID [protected]. No refund has been made to my account for the same as Paytm promised in the email. I have even tried calling to paytm customer care and mailed my complaint more thrice. Still no solution has been made to it. Look into it and refund ₹200 to my paytm wallet at the earliest.

Sir, i added 10000/- rs in my paytm wallet but i return money to the bank after adding in paytm wallet via debit card under order no. [protected], but i did not receave my money yet in my bank accout and also deducted from my paytm wallet. and dc transaction no. is [protected]

plz return my 10000/- Rs. as soon as possible.

I dont understand about paytm refund about bank in seven working day how much time will take to refund in my bank account .now tell me which date i get refund my. plzz short my problem as per as possible you do and quick response on my problem now and send mail about comfimation of refund of bank account . my pending amount get refund but i not recived mail or sms about refund on my paytm wallet

I have made a transfer from paytm wallet of rupees 4950 . Paytm shows that amount succesfully credit to bank . and bank told me that amount has been reverted to the paytm . but till now i dont have reverted amount in my paytm wallet . i have my imps ref number of that :-

Sent 22 emails 50 above calls no reply yet. My order is pending and my bank did not receive uet

I had tried booking a ticket on IRCTC app using Paytm which failed, but an amount of Rs.884.98 was deducted from my bank account.
I got a message from Paytm saying - "Your bank just confirmed a successful payment of Rs.884.98 on Paytm against Order ID [protected]. We will refund your money in case the order is cancelled. Please contact us at https://paytm.com/care if you have any queries."
I have made several complaints on Paytm Care and requested them to refund my money but got no reply.

But other paytm wallet payment not received.

Pleases check and confirmed.

Dear website owner and viewer

when i complain on this website. There after many phone calls coming on my mobile from the paytm affilected peple and the fraud pople or paytm employ. I complain on this website about 9:15 19/12/2016 pm and a Fraud call come on my moblie at 19/12/2016 time 9:27 pm from this mobile number ([protected]) call duration 2 minutes and 27 secound he told me " hello sir i am from paytm can i help you whats your problem?" I said my problem and after that he told me “your problem is solved within one hour” and please told me the OTP on your mobile. When i saw the massege there was reset pasword OTP. I did not give the OTP and abused him then he cut the phone. After 20 minutes at 9:47 an other call come on my mobile from ([protected]) call duration 2 minutes 2 secound. He also said i am from paytm and asked my problem i told him then he asked me my ATM card number. So dear paytm user this website is totally fake you have complain on this website to solved your problem but here is many more problem. I want to said website owner please do something or close the website.

I have done a transaction through paytm .as on 12 December 2016 of rupee 20, 000 but transaction denied. my Paytm no is.[protected] and other contact no.is [protected].My name is Prabhakar Manoj Sethi and mail id is [protected]@gmail.com.Please refund my money or i will move for a consumer case. Sir, , mai yogesh 18dec2016 ko 10:24pm ko Maine apne Paytm account se 2500 RS Paytm wallet me dale..But Maine jis purpose se paise daale wo kaam nahi ho paya. Today i had done a complaint to shop4deel regarding tour package. After some time i received a call from a person who told that he was speaking from shop4deal mobile no [protected]. He told me that my payment is not confirmed and asked me the detail of payment done. I had done payment of 28000 to shop4deel and rs 4000/- was to pay. When i agree to pay balance 4000/- he also asked for debit card last four numbers and cvv number. He also send me otp number by message and told me to confirm the number. As soon as i told him the opt number he withdrawn rs 5000/- through paytm vide transaction id no [protected] again vide transaction no[protected] he withdrawn rs 999 through paytm.

I request paytm to find out about to which account the amount has been transferred.

I would also like to file a complaint against the paytm.

Yesterday around 4 30pm, ₹20, 000 had been debited from my account no. [protected] axis bank, dahej branch. I didn't do any transaction but i don't know how the money got debited. The mini statement shows that ecom pur/ paytm mobile/ noida/191216. Please solve the matter immediately and return the money which got debited... Please give the solution immediately.

Today i received a call from paytm regarding my transaction issue. They asked me my card details and decuted more 4300. What the hell is this going on both the transaction are made in name of paytm and one97 communication. Not able to call paytm authorities. Take some action as soon as possible or i am going to complain in consumer court. This type o[censored]nproffesional behaviour is not expected from paytm. My ph no-[protected]

Dear team,
I have transferred refund amount of rs 4000 from paytm against order-id-[protected] to bank sbi dated dec 09/12/2016. Received a message from paytm ur txn successful but i have not received any amount to bank account. The bank manager said to contact the paytm as they did not see any request of transfer money from paytm. I am trying to follow up paytm through mails constantly since dec 09/12/2016 but no responce so far.
