To whom so ever it may concern,

This is regarding the fraud transaction on my account to your company (PayTm/One97). I have never used paytm for any payments. But I am shocked to see that from Dec 1st to Dec 17th a number of transaction fraudulently happened with my account. This is not possible without conniovans of PayTm. You have cheated my of my hard earned money by the way of illegally transferring money from my account without my knowledge and consents.

Reverse all the transaction and credit all the amount in my account immediately, Otherwise I will take all the legal action against you, which includes going to media, social media, going to judicial system and the even writing to PM office.

A written complaint has already been sent to you via speed post.

I am attaching the screen shot of my account statement for the same. The total transaction amount is 11, 600 INR Plus 5000 for mental agony.

    I have raised the ticket so many times on Paytm customer care and I would like to inform that after transferring the amount from one Mobile No.[protected] to another Mobile No. [protected] I have merged the both accounts, as both accounts relate to me, I would like to continue with one account and my mobile no. [protected] amount transferred of Rs.454/-, its already 9 days, where does the money will disappear, if the transactions is shown as successful.

    I will deal with Paytm
    I ordered from Bigbasket on 8th Jan around 3pm. I made a payment of Rs629 through PayTM. After a while I received a message from Bigbasket saying that the payment had had failef. However, at the same time I received a message and mail from PayTM saying that the payment was successful and the amount was deducted from the bank account. I cancelled the order from bigbasket. Hoever, the amount hasnt been refunded back to my account. Moreover, there is no trace of the order being placed on the PayTM account(Order ID: 214582). Hence I am not able to talk to anyone over the phone. Kindly Help.

      This is to inform that, I had by mistake happened to use PAYTM account after cash crunch across India, I had to pay my lenders Rupees 13, 000/-, I had transferred amount from bank account to PAYTM account, I was told that the amount can be transferred to other account, suddenly i did not have transfer option in the App, I had to return back to bank, I got a SMS conveying that 7 working days I would get the amount in bank, but its 10 days i had not got the amount, I am running to pillar and post to get my hard earned money, If somebody can help me I will be really Thankful

        I have transfer 6000 Rs from my Paytm A/c to My SBI bank A/c on the date
        9-12-16 but my money deduct from my PayTm A/c but not transfer to in my Bank A/c .I have so many time to register Complain with payTm but Problem not resolve till now..Anybody may resolve this problem Now i m so frustrated

              Hello Consumer court,

              I have transferred wallet money from my wallet to axis bank acoount for ₹4500, it deducted from my wallet but didn't transfer to bank and status is "pending" showing.

              I have tried to reach paytm, but they do not have Customer care support, only thng you can do is write a mail, but they have not revert back on mail.

                Please find the attached transactions details. Funds debited from my Paytm wallet but, I did not receive any credit in my bank account.

                I'm not able to contact customer care as there is no direct phone number. No Response is received after so many emails also.

                  My metro card recharge order failed though money was deducted from my account. (See attachments) against Order ID [protected]. No refund has been made to my account for the same as Paytm promised in the email. I have even tried calling to paytm customer care and mailed my complaint more thrice. Still no solution has been made to it. Look into it and refund ₹200 to my paytm wallet at the earliest.

                                I had tried booking a ticket on IRCTC app using Paytm which failed, but an amount of Rs.884.98 was deducted from my bank account.
                                I got a message from Paytm saying - "Your bank just confirmed a successful payment of Rs.884.98 on Paytm against Order ID [protected]. We will refund your money in case the order is cancelled. Please contact us at https://paytm.com/care if you have any queries."
                                I have made several complaints on Paytm Care and requested them to refund my money but got no reply.

                                    when i complain on this website. There after many phone calls coming on my mobile from the paytm affilected peple and the fraud pople or paytm employ. I complain on this website about 9:15 19/12/2016 pm and a Fraud call come on my moblie at 19/12/2016 time 9:27 pm from this mobile number ([protected]) call duration 2 minutes and 27 secound he told me " hello sir i am from paytm can i help you whats your problem?" I said my problem and after that he told me “your problem is solved within one hour” and please told me the OTP on your mobile. When i saw the massege there was reset pasword OTP. I did not give the OTP and abused him then he cut the phone. After 20 minutes at 9:47 an other call come on my mobile from ([protected]) call duration 2 minutes 2 secound. He also said i am from paytm and asked my problem i told him then he asked me my ATM card number. So dear paytm user this website is totally fake you have complain on this website to solved your problem but here is many more problem. I want to said website owner please do something or close the website.
