Today i had done a complaint to shop4deel regarding tour package. After some time i received a call from a person who told that he was speaking from shop4deal mobile no [protected]. He told me that my payment is not confirmed and asked me the detail of payment done. I had done payment of 28000 to shop4deel and rs 4000/- was to pay. When i agree to pay balance 4000/- he also asked for debit card last four numbers and cvv number. He also send me otp number by message and told me to confirm the number. As soon as i told him the opt number he withdrawn rs 5000/- through paytm vide transaction id no [protected] again vide transaction no[protected] he withdrawn rs 999 through paytm.

I request paytm to find out about to which account the amount has been transferred.

I would also like to file a complaint against the paytm.

Yesterday around 4 30pm, ₹20, 000 had been debited from my account no. [protected] axis bank, dahej branch. I didn't do any transaction but i don't know how the money got debited. The mini statement shows that ecom pur/ paytm mobile/ noida/191216. Please solve the matter immediately and return the money which got debited... Please give the solution immediately.

Today i received a call from paytm regarding my transaction issue. They asked me my card details and decuted more 4300. What the hell is this going on both the transaction are made in name of paytm and one97 communication. Not able to call paytm authorities. Take some action as soon as possible or i am going to complain in consumer court. This type o[censored]nproffesional behaviour is not expected from paytm. My ph no-[protected]

Dear team,
I have transferred refund amount of rs 4000 from paytm against order-id-[protected] to bank sbi dated dec 09/12/2016. Received a message from paytm ur txn successful but i have not received any amount to bank account. The bank manager said to contact the paytm as they did not see any request of transfer money from paytm. I am trying to follow up paytm through mails constantly since dec 09/12/2016 but no responce so far.

I have paid bsnl mobile bill on dec 12, 2016 through my paytm money. It has been over 8 days. I have raised a query to paytm for the same but got no positive response. The money has been deducted from my paytm account but the bill payment has not yet done and it is showing order is pending. I have raised complaint against this issue to the paytm. But there is no solution made from the paytm.

I sourabh mehta using paytm via mobile no. [protected] done a transaction of rs. 3, 000/- from my paytm wallet to icici bank ltd.in the name of laxmi narayan yadav under transaction no. [protected], the amount was debited from my wallet but not credited to other party.
Please get it solve as early as possible.

I have transferred the amount of Rs 5000 from my Paytm wallet against Wallet Txn Id-[protected] to CANARA BANK on 19/12/2016 at 11:15 AM. But still today[protected] amount have not received to bank account. Rs.5000 was deducted from my paytm wallet . you can see th picture also which i have uploaded. I am trying to follow up Paytm through customer care numbers ( +91 [protected], [protected] ) constantly, but no response from care side.

Dear sir, above said transaction is kept pending from dt 16/12/2016 and the money is already deducted from my paytm wallet on the same day. But still is not creadited in my bank account... I think no one is bother to get back at paytm will you pls get this refund urgently back to bank account. Many time i complaint it... But no any responce in your side... I am not satisfied... I will go to press/finance ministry with this complaint as...

I was transferring 5000 from wallet to bank money got deducted and transaction is still pending i haven't received any refund till now it's more than 4 days now. I hav wrote atleast 15 mails bt no reply.

I tried calling on customer care bt no response i tried contacting on fb bt stil no replies.. worst customer service support ever.. plz anyone tell me abt future course of action for this if my money is not refunded.

Hv made so many tickets everyday but i think no one is bother to get back at PayTM

Sir.. Its very harassing for me... I hav added 1000 rs on 10 dec 2016... To paytm wallet.. It deducted from my bank acount but not transfrd to wallet... Then again i tried 1500 rs... To transfr to paytm wallet... Same problm agan happnd... Amount deducted from bank acount but not transfrd to paytm wallet... Its already 10 days crossed... O dint get my money... Neither in bank nor in paytm wallet... Plz htlp me out.. I want my money back to my account..

Paytm cashTxn id [protected] on 17th december 2016 at 2:39 pm i have send money from wallet balance 2500 rupees.. then money not sent to the account and status shows pending in passbook. please return that amount to my wallet as early as possible. I have sent mail to paytm care. they says that go and ask your bank that was not fare.. that was not bank account how can i go.. please returm my amount to wallet balance

I have made payment Rs 300 for Videocon D2H recharge on 4th Dec, 2016, but recharge was not completed yet.

I have sent almost 15 mails but no one replied!
The question is where is my money?
The company makes small frauds which may get unnoticed to get some percent of profit.

And the customer service is ridiculous, literally there is no one who can respond. And the customer care is just for name sake. We only call to listen to computer voice. The company shows they listen to grievances through mails but to mails they give zero importance. If anyone from the company dares to deny this allegation, I will show those 15 e-mails I have sent along with my frustration! This is a financial service company which does not deserve to exist.

Two transactions that were made from my Bank of India a/c, but one was not credited into my paytm wallet of Rs.700.
It is rather dissapointing that i have earlier also mailed you that the transaction was not credited but there was no reply.

uski limit puri ho chuki h limt ko badane ke liye hmne all data complete kar diya apke care se phone bhi aya ki hamra aadmi 2- 4 ke beech a jayega but aj 15 day ho gye koi nahi aya document lene. please sir koi apna costomer care se admi send kr document lene ke liye.

dusri complaint ye h ki hmane [protected] par[protected] kedo bar case send kiya but hmre to account se cut gya or age bhi recive nahi hua. please refund ours case sir. mene apne paytm account [protected] se 5000 wapas bank me resend kiye but paytm se chle gye but mere bank account me nahi aye . bank se contct kiya to unhone kaha ki paytm care se bat kro .
jab apke kisi costomer care se bat hui to unhone ye hi kaha ki jese paytm upgrade hoga uski limit badegi case apne ap refund ho jyega. please sir hurry up i have need a case & paytm becouse i will pay my bill on paytm.
