I have paid bsnl mobile bill on dec 12, 2016 through my paytm money. It has been over 8 days. I have raised a query to paytm for the same but got no positive response. The money has been deducted from my paytm account but the bill payment has not yet done and it is showing order is pending. I have raised complaint against this issue to the paytm. But there is no solution made from the paytm.

    I sourabh mehta using paytm via mobile no. [protected] done a transaction of rs. 3, 000/- from my paytm wallet to icici bank ltd.in the name of laxmi narayan yadav under transaction no. [protected], the amount was debited from my wallet but not credited to other party.
    Please get it solve as early as possible.

          I have transferred the amount of Rs 5000 from my Paytm wallet against Wallet Txn Id-[protected] to CANARA BANK on 19/12/2016 at 11:15 AM. But still today[protected] amount have not received to bank account. Rs.5000 was deducted from my paytm wallet . you can see th picture also which i have uploaded. I am trying to follow up Paytm through customer care numbers ( +91 [protected], [protected] ) constantly, but no response from care side.

                My transaction ID number [protected] dated 16/12/16 at 8:31 pm.My 1200 rs were deducted from my paytm wallet but not received by Bank up till today.The transaction is showing pending on my paytm wallet.I have send mails but to no avail.                     I was transferring 5000 from wallet to bank money got deducted and transaction is still pending i haven't received any refund till now it's more than 4 days now. I hav wrote atleast 15 mails bt no reply.

                    I tried calling on customer care bt no response i tried contacting on fb bt stil no replies.. worst customer service support ever.. plz anyone tell me abt future course of action for this if my money is not refunded.

                      Above said transaction is kept pending from dt 16/12/2016 and the money is already deducted from my PAYTM wallet on the same day.

                      Hv made so many tickets everyday but i think no one is bother to get back at PayTM

                      will you pls get this refund urgently back to my wallet esle I will go to Press/finance ministry with this complaint as PayTM has started Using our money for their use.

                        Sir.. Its very harassing for me... I hav added 1000 rs on 10 dec 2016... To paytm wallet.. It deducted from my bank acount but not transfrd to wallet... Then again i tried 1500 rs... To transfr to paytm wallet... Same problm agan happnd... Amount deducted from bank acount but not transfrd to paytm wallet... Its already 10 days crossed... O dint get my money... Neither in bank nor in paytm wallet... Plz htlp me out.. I want my money back to my account..

                          Paytm cashTxn id [protected] on 17th december 2016 at 2:39 pm i have send money from wallet balance 2500 rupees.. then money not sent to the account and status shows pending in passbook. please return that amount to my wallet as early as possible. I have sent mail to paytm care. they says that go and ask your bank that was not fare.. that was not bank account how can i go.. please returm my amount to wallet balance

                            Date: 4th Dec, 2016
                            Attached the invoice.

                            I have made payment Rs 300 for Videocon D2H recharge on 4th Dec, 2016, but recharge was not completed yet.

                            I have sent almost 15 mails but no one replied!
                            The question is where is my money?
                            The company makes small frauds which may get unnoticed to get some percent of profit.

                            And the customer service is ridiculous, literally there is no one who can respond. And the customer care is just for name sake. We only call to listen to computer voice. The company shows they listen to grievances through mails but to mails they give zero importance. If anyone from the company dares to deny this allegation, I will show those 15 e-mails I have sent along with my frustration! This is a financial service company which does not deserve to exist.

                                jab apke kisi costomer care se bat hui to unhone ye hi kaha ki jese paytm upgrade hoga uski limit badegi case apne ap refund ho jyega. please sir hurry up i have need a case & paytm becouse i will pay my bill on paytm.

                                  After 6 days follow up i am registering this complaint,

                                  I have done BSNL Recharge on 14 Dec 16 and its shows "Waiting for operator confirmation" since .

                                  I called, Raised ticket in their site and wrote mail there is no resolution.

                                  They asking me to cancel the order but there is cancel option is available in their site and App.

                                    Sir, my name is NITISH BHARDWAJ. I am from sonipat state haryana.sir my account is in pnb bank branch mini secreteriat sonipat account no.-[protected] sir i add a sum of rs 16200 in my paytm wallet on 9th of december 2016. But due to some reason i return them back in my bank account but they did not credit.after that i mail to paytm they reply me through a system generated email that after 2 working days amount will be credit.after 2 days i checked my account but the sum is not credited.i again email paytm but till today they reply me through the same email and amount is not credited.i also visited my branch but they said we cannot do anything in this u only contact paytm please help me.

                                      I added Rs 1000 money on paytm wallet and I sent it to bank account by send or pay and received a text that the refund is processed and it will take up to 7 business days but it's been 11 working days.                                         I wanted more details about my order no [protected]. I had placed 2 orders. I had clearly stated in the complaint tickets that Rs 618/- from my bank account and Rs 44/- from my paytm wallet (that is a total of 662 ) has deducted from my bank account. I had enquired in the bank also regarding this issue. The bank manager said that amount has been deducted from the bank account from PRCR/0000000000000000000000/NOIDA.
                                        I have attached the statement too. And as per your records why is it so? if the order not placed then what about the paytm wallet money. Its really disappointing to experience this kind of situations from the Paytm service.
                                        And now you people deleted that order details from my profile...
                                        So I kindly request you to refund the same amount to the bank account and paytm wallet as soon as possible.
