    Wallet transaction id [protected] on 10 dec, 2016 at 3:46 pm from mobile no.[protected] showed transaction error, but showed amount of Rs 1200/- deducted from my passbook, yet the merchant did not receive any money.Please refund the said amount into my wallet.I have made repeated complaint tickets from the app, but still there is no response.Why is Paytm so slow or obnoxious in receiving complaints.

    This is with regard to my complaint with Paytm, even though the matter has been resolved, I would still like to put light to certain aspects of Paytm.
    Im a layman, and I didnt know that Paytm has NOT started taking complaints via phone, even though there are hoards of numbers available on the search engine.After making a complaint through the app, they post a mssg that a ticket has been issued as a complaint no.but there is no confirmation on your email.I was left wondering whether its been lodged or not, prompting me to repeat the same procedure 10 times.After a day, still with no response on my email, I was forced to waste another hour or two looking through google to find the right email address of PAYTM.there seems to be a no. Of webpages with their customer care email address, which are not accepted by my email, saying the address is not valid.
    Furthermore, I started receiving calls right after midnight from people representing themselves from Paytm, telling me that the matter has been resolved and that I should furnish my debit card no. To re-imburse the said money of conflict.I must have received atleast four calls all through the night, and some more in the morning!

    Even though Paytm is everywhere, be it ads on TV or newspaper, or tie ups on e-commerce sites, they have failed to highlight these problems to their customers, when they should given that they have not been able to give a 100% satisfactory and foolproof service.

    People can wait to resolve miscripencies, but atleast their should be an acknowledgement on emails and more advertisements bewaring customers of such hackers trying to take you for a ride.

      On 20th november i transferred 9900 rupees from paytm to bank through back to bank option.After 4-5 days received message of get successfully transferred and bank have given them a referrence number so and so.But 20 days has been passed still i have not received any money.Please resolve my issue.here are my details:

          I received payment via a number and I got a mail of receiving money of the transaction but that money is not being reflected in my payment wallet account .My humble request to look in matter soon .

              I was adding 5000 rupees in my paytm wallet on 7th of december 2016. After completeing all process i got this massage that payment cancelled money refunded to bank. payment details DC transaction no [protected]. but still i didnot get my money in my account. now i will go to consumer court and try to contact every one who is victim of paytm fraud.

                I am a regular customer to paytm. on friday that is 9 th of december 2016 i was trying to transfer inr 5000 to my paytm wallet through my sbi debit card. the money got debited from my state bank of india account but paytm showed me as transaction declined and didnot show any balance in my paytm wallet.
                the transaction id of sbi is[protected] and POS is [protected]. the transaction id provided by paytm is [protected]

                  This is vikash kumar and i m using paytm by 3 years but regularly when i recharge with amount 200 Rs. offer display by paytm recharge option but i got only 110 rs. finally in my mobile.
                  i already complaint to paytm but very cheap service by paytm and did not get proper response. please refund me amount Rs. 90 X 3=270 total.

                  please take legal action regarding this.

                    I had made a payment to BSES Rajdhani for my account no[protected]; whereas Paytm has made the payment to account no[protected].
                    The moment, I noticed the issues; I raised the ticket to Paytm website and after that payment was with Paytm for few days. Paytm is not refuncding the payment.
                    Paytm Order# [protected] on 25 Nov 2016 for amount of INR 570.
                    Paytm has closed the ticket without resolving the issue.

                        On 27 Nov I have transferred 800 amt from my [protected] to my friend . Payee did not received any money.
                        Since then tried a lot to contact care but did find any phone where I can't talk to them why I got is send msg. I sent so many msg but not got any proper response till now.
                        And now they have remove that entry from pass book also.
                        I am feeling cheated no clue wt to do.

                          Dear Sir,

                          On 09.12.2016, I purchased some groceries from a local shop and I tried to pay Rs.187/- to shopkeeper, through my paytm wallet. The amount was deducted from My paytm wallet but the entry was not available on screen. The shopkeeper (Mr. Krishan Pal-Mobile No, [protected]) also didn't receive the amount. After deducting the amount my balance was Rs.1213/-.

                          After complaining on your website today, I received a call from Mobile No. [protected]. His name I don't know. He asked me my bank's atm card number and cvv number. after completion of process, my bank account number was debited by Rs.25000/- and paytm wallet was showing balance Rs.13/- only.

                          After complaining again, I received a call from another mobile no. [protected]. Caller asked me the details of my accoiunts attached with my registered mobile number. After that my another account was also debited by Rs.25000/-.

                          In this complete process I lost Rs. 51387/- (187+1200+25000+25000). Please make enquiry in this case. I think this may be a fraud case. I will be highly grateful to you, If you please do the needful and arrange to credit my accounts by this amount.

                          I was trying to use cashless process but, I got a huge loss of Rs.53187/-.

                          On 09.12.2016, i purchased grocery items from shri krishan pal (mobile no.[protected]) and paid rs.187/- through my paytm wallet. the said amount rs. 187/- is deducted from my paytm balance, but neither the amount is shown on my paytm passbook nor this amount has been recieved by shri krishan pal (mobile no.[protected]).

                          please pay the said amount rs.187/- to krishan pal which has been deducted from my paytm wallet.

                            I am a Student.I had credited 8000 to my PayTM wallet to transfer 5000 to my friends account but it was failed to transfer the amount. Then i return back Rs 8000 to my Canara bank account on 1st December but it has not been credited to my bank account till 11 the December.Now it has become headache for me whether PayTM are going to resolve it or I have to go to the consumer court.

                              I was transffering money from my debit card to paytm wallet but it showed me that its cancelled and refunded to bank but was not refunded to bank still its been more than 48 hours.please kindly process it in next 24 hours or i will be compelled to file a complaint regarding it to the police . i am in the need of money in an emergency so please make it as soon as can be resolved .

                                I made a transaction of Rs14000 to my Paytm wallet. Which i Cancelled later. I Received an email about the refund in my account in 7 days.

                                Next Morning i received an email from paytm quoting a ARN/RRN no. about successful refund in my account. I have been checking since then till today. amount hasn't been credited yet. I have been in conversation with paytm over email wherein they are stating the same thing that amount has been credit from our side. If it doesn't credit in your account it will be back in paytm wallet.

                                This is what i received "Paytm has refunded INR 14000 to your bank under order [protected] on[protected] and your bank has shared a reference number (ARN or RRN No.) 74766516334647373263689 as a prof of successful refund with us."

                                  I did not get my product, paytm told me to send the item to seller. I sent it to seller via DTDC courier K88869041. Seller rejected the parcel. I informed the same to paytm. Paytm then told me to send the item to paytm warehouse Plot/ no. 142, Dhulsiras village, sector-24, Dwarka, New Delhi 110077 via DTDC K88869053. Paytm first promised me once the courier details are shared, the refund will be initiated.
                                  After I share the courier slip, paytm told me to wait till delivery. The refund will be processed. Now after the delivery they are not receiving the calls and not replying to mails. on twitter they are saying they will update me soon. I need my refund for order no. [protected].

[protected], I added 200 ` to my Paytm Wallet (transaction details: date 10 December 2016 SBI Debit card to `200 on POS [protected] at Paytm Mobile Solution txn#[protected]. My money has been debited but it is not reflecting in Wallet. I have gone disturb to use this Paytm app and if this will happen always than i will never use this app for my bill & other online payment. Please sort out my problem as early as possible to make me believe in this application in future.

                                      I am not getting any solution regarding following transaction, the transaction was successful, however not received money in my wallet.
                                      my bank transaction ID- [protected], and wallet ID [protected].
                                      amount 5000 was deducted on 25th nov, however its still not reflecting in my wallet.

                                      Send emails to paytm care, however no solution received.

                                      I find Paytm services very poor. for 25th Nov I issue is not resolved.

                                        I had two paytm accounts linked to my mai account id account and mobile number account. however, i wanted to merge these tow accounts into one and as per instruction provided by paytm - these accounts are merged and now i can only access one / new paytm account using mail id / mobile number linked to it.
                                        But after merger of accounts my worry come to live - as i did not see money linked to old account and it seems the account have been merged but the money has not been transferred to new account.
                                        Since last 10 days - i have sent loads of followup mails but to no avail.
                                        I request to paytm to live up to their brand goodwill and resolve this issue sooner.
