Dear sir
We are transfer from my mobile no:[protected] to [protected] amount of Rs:488 but that mobile number person told that amount is not credited in new delhi airport due to my flight has no time that's why iam paying cash to ola cab person so please return back the amount to my number as early as possible and you observe that this is my first trasaction

I paid Rs.50 to my friend. IIt showed that it has been paid and the amount was deducted from my paytm account. But my friend did not recieve the money. Neither the transaction is being shown in my PAID list but the money has been deducted and it showed that payment has been done but there are no records in the paybook.

Hi am satyaprakash Shukla I had a bill payment using PayTM app on 30th Dec but it is still not credited to operator and my number is getting terminated becauae of this.
[protected] - paytm order number bil payment of 467 rs successful at PayTM end amount deducted from account but not credited to operator cause of this my number is getting terminated and they are asking for late fee sum of 502 rs.
Need my money back . Logged number of ticket with PayTM but no response from customer support up till now.

The ₹2736 money are not reached to the bank. I want the money transferred to the bank as soon as possible.and please tell me the phone number of your company by which I can contact you and tell u my problem un detail.please reply to my complain as soon as possible for you all.

My registered mobile number is [protected] and its been more than 10 days since I have transferred 1150 rs to my SBI bank account but not received till now. They have also given a reference iD which is useless accordingly to SBI as if paytm transfers the money then only it will be credited ..
Also there is no number from which I can contact the customer care executive and i have messaged many times in Facebook and email to paytm still no reply

i paid rs 98 vide id no [protected] for purchase of milk from mother dairy in sec 59 noida .

Mother dairy owner says i have not received the massage, so i will not give milk
so i request you please look the matter and sove the queires.

It is very surprise shopkeeper stateway says i have not received the massage.
Make the solution and resolve the queries.

My name is Priyesh Raj Singh I'm a paytm user . On 4th December i want to book a railway ticket from irctc so i recharge my patym wallet from my debit card with rs 2100/- and 2100/-was debited from my bank account but not showing anywhere in my wallet and i send e-mail to Paytm about this issue but they are not properly replaying me . I'm hereby requesting pls return my money as possible .

I had recharged 37 rs on mobile.But by mistake I selected Befikre voucher of 300 rs.But i dont want that, so I was trying to connect to customer care service, but no one picked the call.I waited for 15 mins but no reply.It was constantly asked to hold.
I want the 300 rs in my wallet.I have not utilized the amount.I tried contacting customer care but all in vain.The order id is [protected].Please refund the money or add it in wallet.

I made transaction to add 16000 rs to Paytm wallet from my bank account.

On 7/12/2016 I have try to add Rs500 from my bank account to paytm wallet. The payment was not complete and hence showing a message of payment failed in paytm order page. But, in my bank account Rs 500 had been debited by order id [protected] as POS [protected] at paytm mobile solution txn#321827.
As my money has been debited from my bank account and hence its not reflecting in my Paytm wallet.
I want my money back from Paytm and to transfer it to my bank account.

bus was cancelled by Neeta team, Same was not informed to us
We reached to boarding point which is 8 km from our site which took 200 rs for cab, my elderly parents 55+ age . my mother leg is operated.
We were completely harassed by this situation waited for long time around 3 hrs and no bus appeared on boarding place. we enquired then we came to know bus was cancelled.
Neeta said they tried to call to mobile which was registred to them which is [protected]

No information nothing for cancellation.

they had to return from site with another cab to home.
I left my office half day and my payment was cut..
My mother and father both were harassed by this.

I need compensation from their side
How come they can provide anybodies number to bus booking and moreover non of Neeta member was picking phone.

very bad customer support from Paytm, they made e wait for 30 mins on call. after the call was and when I provided them my details of this ... 30 mins call waiting after that.they were not transferring call to senior person also.

I need my refund total along with compensation of cab services.
No sorry and assurance needed for my parents harassment in that condition.

My amount is deducted and it can't be shown on bank account aur wallet...plzz refund my 395 rs quick as possible...there in paytm seems successful transaction of amount to bank but where is my amount the bank didn't have any transfer account from wallet..plzz help to increase have submitted my transaction details in image attached.. rs 295 amount in paytm not successful there is no mony added from paytm to my bank account this is fraud plzz help me.. and rs 100 is pending from 1 week.

I have made a bank transfer through paytm to SBI Account amounting to Rs 4040 on 6th Dec. 2016.The Wallet Order ID is [protected]. the transfer Status is showing pending till today.It was told by the paytm customer support that in case the transaction gets cancelled they would refund the money in my paytm wallet but the transfer was IMPS so the money have to be transferred immediately then also i waited for 2 days . Yet there is no response from the PaytmCare. They are just sending autogenerated emails instead of checking the issue.
Kindly help me as i am in urgent need of that amount.

Sir i had purchased a jacket from paytm which was returned due to size problem. On refund i got option to have my money in bank acc, i selected d option but i have not yet received refund of 1200.i have confirmed from bank but they are saying talk to paytm. Paytm is not responding properly so i request you to pls make my refund available as soon as poosible
