Dear team,

I had transferred amount of 2000 rs into paytm wallet (Mobile app) from my credit card (Mobile number [protected]). But it is not showing the amount now in the wallet.
I had raised complaint in paytm website.. But there is no response. (Ref :[protected]

Below are the transaction details.

05-dec-2016 transfer of rs 2000 failed from my credit card to paytm account
05-dec-2016 paytm claimed the money but its not 7 days and they have not credited money into my paytm account

Requesting for immediate help.

    I am trying to transaction on paytm at rs-500/- on my punjab sind bank debit card. But it does not success and got a massage transaction of rs 5000/- and 4000/-using the debit card 5241xxxxxxxxxxxx0009. Is made at paytm.com. On 12-dec-2016at 9:00 pmis success..& my transaction this paytm no.[protected] i have already contact with my bank but there is no problem from bank side.& he say please contact merchant paytm. Noida, he refund the amont. Please find out the fraud and refund the fund on my acct. Txt details are given below

      I have written to paytm 15 times regarding my money and no resolution from there side.. On 6 of december i transferred 1530 rs to my bank account from paytm and now it's 12 december.. I didn't received the money. I am attaching the screenshot as well.. Now no customer help line people from there side.. No resolution in mails.. What is happening.. What i have to do to get my money back..

        Dear sir i am chandan kumar. My mob no.[protected] i have done online recharge through paytm but transaction was failed. Then also they debited my money. Till now so much complaint i have mailed but they are not listening. Even it is very tough to contact paytm concern person. Whenever you try to contact them auto call setup is there. You will only able to listen please write at our site cyber [protected]@ paytm.com. Even though write them mail you didn't get revert from paytm... This is the future of india... Thief peoples... Useless fellows... I can write so much but i dont want to spoil my words...

          I had to recharged of 46 rs net pack on the [protected] throught paytm account [protected] on the date 11 dec 2016 10:33 pm and the order id is [protected]. I had to contact the mobile service provider they said to me on any type of recharge is done by paytm if amount deducted please contact paytm care. I had to mailed paytm care but they didn't gave no complaint number. I had to contact many times but there is no respond please help me out of this.

              I made a transaction of "Add Money" to Paytm wallet of Rs. 350 on 04 Dec 2016 with Order ID [protected]. Due to network issue my money got deducted from my bank account but not reflected in Paytm wallet. On 6th Dec 2016. I got mail from paytm that "They have received amount from my bank" but this amount of Rs. 350 still not got added to my paytm wallet and also they have not refunded to my bank. I tried contact Paytm but they are not responding to my mail.
              I have attached screenshot of mail which I got from Paytm which is showing payment confirmation.
              I request Paytm to add my money to my Paytm wallet or send it back to my bank instead of ignoring my mails.

              As I raised complaint here Paytm has removed entry of disputed transaction number [protected] from my account. I don't know what they want to do. I added money to paytm wallet, confirmation got from Paytm about successfully received payment from my account but money not added to my paytm wallet. Paytm transaction were showing failed, but as I raised complaint they removed entry of failed transactions. What is this?
              Something fraud is going on in paytm. I have all proofs of my transactions like paytm mail my bank statement, screenshots and all.
              If I will not get solution I will go for legal complaint against Paytm.

                Dear Sir,

                Please go through attached screenshot as we transferred INR 6262 on[protected] at 07:53 am) in our PNB Bank account via Return to bank method ( By Paytm App) . We raise two time query by paytm help but system generated reply received both time. after waiting 3 days we contact to PNB customer care and the told us no payment was received by Paytm. Currently in the Paytm App the amount is deleted from Paytm Passbook.

                So we request you to Please solve above issue.

                  Paytm.com -wrong transation from my account. I was recharging my airtel Rs 347 and rs.210 on same number [protected]. It show recharge pending for both . Few minutes later I got message from bank that both times cut off from my account Total Rs. 557. So please take strong action against it and refund my money to my bank .please please take action early..

                    Regarding my Mobile No [protected]

                    On 5th Dec 2017, i recharged my account with 500 Rs.

                    Before recharge, my balance was 93.77, After adding the above balance all the old transactions and balance is missing...not sure why this happened.

                    How-ever in my Uber, the old balance is being shown and the new balance is not appearing.
                    I done recharge for my metro card but recharge note done, but amount got deducted. I mailed them, write to them through feedback about the problem and asked for refund but no response from their side..
                    Even not a single piece of communication to cater my problem.
                    Seems like paytm is not bothered.
                    Yesterday evening @ 5.o-clock around I recharged an aircel mobile from my paytm account [protected]@gmail.com.                       Hi Paytm Team,

                      I did a transaction of adding Rs 5000/- to my Payton wallet account held on mobile no. [protected] on 04 Dec 2016 at 5:56PM through RBL credit card order no.[protected].

                      The transaction failed as per Paytm notification though it was successful as per the bank notification. The amount was immediately debited to my bank account but the same has not been credited to the wallet so far nor the same has been refunded to the bank account.

                      The issue remains unresolved despite my having raised ticket on the same day.

                      I received a massage from paytm on my registered mobile number /[protected] (Your bank just confirmed a successful payment of RS 5000 on the paytm against the order number ID:[protected].we will refund your money if in case order is cancelled)

                      So kindly confirmed me when you will credit amount in my paytm wallet [protected].

                      It is really strange that Paytm dealing with huge money transactions of the public has no customer care number where customers can get to talk about their complaints with their executive.

                      It is not understood as to how RBI has permitted them to do this financial business in such a casual manner. I request for an early resolution of my complaint.

                      Kindly refer the below screenshot and credit the balance on my paytm wallet on priority basis.

                            I have made a payment of rs.570 on 3 december 2016 for my electricity bill bses rajdhani... After entering all the card details and otp i submit...in the next screen an error occurs stating payment transaction failed.. But immediately i got message from my bank that rs.570 has been successfully transferred to paytm... I have reported this issue many times in paytm app but they didn't respond to my request... It has been more than 7 seven days... I didn't receive my refund amount after seven days. I want my money back... Otherwise i have register complaint against paytm. Paytm promised that my money is mine untill i got what i paid for... Kindly give my money back.

                                I had transferred funds through paytm wallet [protected] to Manorama Singh Union Bank Of India Account no.[protected] of Rs.2500/- on dt 17.11-2016. wallet txn.[protected] . But amt transferred by paytm to another s.b. a/c no [protected] in same bank in another person name. I m continuing sending mail to paytm about this matter but there is nothing happend. I also go to bank for reversal of amt but they refused and advise to touch with paytm.

                                    At 9/12/2016 I am adding money to our paytm wallet [protected] Hiraman Mishra amount 11000/- from my bank account that massage is"Ac XXXXXXXX00034581 Debited with Rs.11000.00,[protected]:28:36 thru IBS. Aval Bal Rs.5040.00 CR. Avail PNB Mobile banking. Visit https://mobile.netpnb.com" and my account is debited by 11000/- but that amount should not add in my paytm wallet. I also complained to our branch PNB regarding to this and that massage and complaint number is"Dear Customer, complaint registered successfully with SR No. A[protected]. Quote SR No. for future reference."
                                    So please solve that problem.

                                        On 9th Dec 2016, I have updated Rs 1000 from my Bank of India and it has been debited from my accounts and also forwarded a sms to me .But in Paytm wallet the amount is not showing. I have called many times, and registered tickets more than 4 times and as per Paytm 48 hrs are over and still now no update of wallet. Paytm doest have any customer care number, where customer can talk and solve the issues. This is really frustrating.I just want to know when the amount will be added or else return to my bank. MYy cell number is [removed].
                                        Its completely fraud

                                        Paytm have eats my 630 rupees
                                        and there is no proof on their portal or app

                                        but my bank statement have proof

                                        they said no we have not received any amount
