We had booked bus in paytm.com

bus was cancelled by Neeta team, Same was not informed to us
We reached to boarding point which is 8 km from our site which took 200 rs for cab, my elderly parents 55+ age . my mother leg is operated.
We were completely harassed by this situation waited for long time around 3 hrs and no bus appeared on boarding place. we enquired then we came to know bus was cancelled.
Neeta said they tried to call to mobile which was registred to them which is [protected]

however booking was done from [protected]. where ticket was delivered.
No information nothing for cancellation.

they had to return from site with another cab to home.
I left my office half day and my payment was cut..
My mother and father both were harassed by this.

I need compensation from their side
How come they can provide anybodies number to bus booking and moreover non of Neeta member was picking phone.

very bad customer support from Paytm, they made e wait for 30 mins on call. after the call was and when I provided them my details of this ... 30 mins call waiting after that.they were not transferring call to senior person also.

I need my refund total along with compensation of cab services.
No sorry and assurance needed for my parents harassment in that condition.

However they they wont compensate, they will only provide refund. however I haven't received anything until now.
Above situation was very disturbing to my father and mother and they were only providing assurances.
What can we do of that.I was also disturbed as I had to leave my office in between with half day.

some idiots are keeping watch on your site and calling to me on above number mentioned and acting as if they are from paytm and asking to to put 1900 rs in my paytm wallet. and also asking my paytm account. Such cheap person numbers I am writing down for you actions if you can take.

    I am bhupendra of paytm registered number [protected] my account has Rs 295 and I transfer this amount to bank but my wallet paytm amount deducted and can't be seen in my bank account...plzz help me to give my mony back to me it's urgent. And I have transfer 100 which is pending from many days..help to short out this problem quick as possible.

      Sir,
      I have made a bank transfer through paytm to SBI Account amounting to Rs 4040 on 6th Dec. 2016.The Wallet Order ID is [protected]. the transfer Status is showing pending till today.It was told by the paytm customer support that in case the transaction gets cancelled they would refund the money in my paytm wallet but the transfer was IMPS so the money have to be transferred immediately then also i waited for 2 days . Yet there is no response from the PaytmCare. They are just sending autogenerated emails instead of checking the issue.
      Kindly help me as i am in urgent need of that amount.

            Sir this is my last request as on 1st December I have added 2000 rs on paytm wallet but there is no any addition infact 2000 rs have been deducted from my account balance now it is more than a week and bank clearly advised me to contact paytm but how as there is no any return mail with proper solution is yet to come so Dont forced me to take some serious step please. The money has been deducted from my sbi bank account but the paytm site says payment failure and told me to contact the bank. My paytm wallet is still empty.                     I have filed numerous complaint regarding my bank transaction ID [protected] which is n pending for such a long time when patym has already deducted money from my wallet but I have not got a single response from the patym. Is this a fraud service trying to swindle money from costumers who have trusted patym? I want my money back . Now I having second thoughts whether I should continue using patym or not.

                          I have email u my problem via mail dated Mon, Dec 5, 2016 at 12:30 PM
                          and u have replied me on same day but as per your commitment you
                          haven't responded till date its very disappointed & discouraging to
                          use your app as of you are taking so many days but my problem is yet
                          not resolved.

                          I am again sending u mail with same details which was send on Mon, Dec
                          5, 2016 at 12:30 PM as mentioned below or i will take necessary action
                          since it had been almost 10 days

                          I have transferred RS 6000 Transaction Date Nov 29, 2016 11:24:45
                          Transaction ID [protected] from sbi debit card which was successfully
                          added to paytm wallet but i send to back Rs 6000 the amount to bank
                          with Order ID [protected] but i received a message your bank declined
                          to process your refund of Rs.6000

                          i have launch a complain dated 29-Nov-2016 Ticket # 10835489 :
                          Send/Transfer money issue and got reply to contact bank or paytm will
                          refund the amount after 2 working day
                          but fund bank replied that we haven't stop such transition

                          i again launch complain dated 01-Dec-2016 and 02-Dec-2016 but i got
                          same reply of waiting 2 working days twice as of massage is been not
                          read manually and send by automatically reply as i have mentioned
                          details of my problems

                          now i am in very deep trouble since the amount is not credited in my
                          account or paytm wallet and my Rs 6000 is stuck with you its more than
                          6 days i have not balance to spend

                          i want my refund today in my account or in paytm wallet or i will
                          launch complain some ware else

                          Please resolve my problem as i and not able to spend my own money

                              When Paytm is having the offer of 50% cashback on movie tickets.

                              Why movie fee option is given in promo codes.

                              As I was buying movie tickets thru Paytm one hour before the show. Moviefee promo code I thought as movie free.

                              Later realised it's not the proper promo code.

                              Just wondering which person would choose the option of only fee refund when the 50% cash back offer is going.

                              Feeling bad for loosing the discount under your offer.

                              Suggest you to remove options which are confusing to customers.

                                      Received the product without remote and screws informed through email for return through mb no [protected] [protected]@gmail.com. but return not made till date either send us remote and screws of the product. Kindly instruct the company to do the needfull or take back the product

                                        I have tired to reach paytm support Team by all way but they are not responding us at all. therefore i m seeking help here if anyone can pls.

                                        while adding money into wallet the transaction was field dated[protected] and the amount not yet reflected into my paytm wallet nor they have returned to my bank account. details are below
