Sir i had purchased a jacket from paytm which was returned due to size problem. On refund i got option to have my money in bank acc, i selected d option but i have not yet received refund of 1200.i have confirmed from bank but they are saying talk to paytm. Paytm is not responding properly so i request you to pls make my refund available as soon as poosible

      Sir this is my last request as on 1st December I have added 2000 rs on paytm wallet but there is no any addition infact 2000 rs have been deducted from my account balance now it is more than a week and bank clearly advised me to contact paytm but how as there is no any return mail with proper solution is yet to come so Dont forced me to take some serious step please. Hoping for an early action

        I was trying to add money to my paytm wallet through my debit card. The money has been deducted from my sbi bank account but the paytm site says payment failure and told me to contact the bank. My paytm wallet is still empty. Is this some kind of fraud? .There is already a thank you message from sbi for the purchase. please help me. I need my money back.

              I have filed numerous complaint regarding my bank transaction ID [protected] which is n pending for such a long time when patym has already deducted money from my wallet but I have not got a single response from the patym. Is this a fraud service trying to swindle money from costumers who have trusted patym? I want my money back . Now I having second thoughts whether I should continue using patym or not.

                    I have email u my problem via mail dated Mon, Dec 5, 2016 at 12:30 PM
                    and u have replied me on same day but as per your commitment you
                    haven't responded till date its very disappointed & discouraging to
                    use your app as of you are taking so many days but my problem is yet
                    not resolved.

                    I am again sending u mail with same details which was send on Mon, Dec
                    5, 2016 at 12:30 PM as mentioned below or i will take necessary action
                    since it had been almost 10 days

                    I have transferred RS 6000 Transaction Date Nov 29, 2016 11:24:45
                    Transaction ID [protected] from sbi debit card which was successfully
                    added to paytm wallet but i send to back Rs 6000 the amount to bank
                    with Order ID [protected] but i received a message your bank declined
                    to process your refund of Rs.6000

                    i have launch a complain dated 29-Nov-2016 Ticket # 10835489 :
                    Send/Transfer money issue and got reply to contact bank or paytm will
                    refund the amount after 2 working day
                    but fund bank replied that we haven't stop such transition

                    i again launch complain dated 01-Dec-2016 and 02-Dec-2016 but i got
                    same reply of waiting 2 working days twice as of massage is been not
                    read manually and send by automatically reply as i have mentioned
                    details of my problems

                    now i am in very deep trouble since the amount is not credited in my
                    account or paytm wallet and my Rs 6000 is stuck with you its more than
                    6 days i have not balance to spend

                    i want my refund today in my account or in paytm wallet or i will
                    launch complain some ware else

                    Please resolve my problem as i and not able to spend my own money

                        When Paytm is having the offer of 50% cashback on movie tickets.

                        Why movie fee option is given in promo codes.

                        As I was buying movie tickets thru Paytm one hour before the show. Moviefee promo code I thought as movie free.

                        Later realised it's not the proper promo code.

                        Just wondering which person would choose the option of only fee refund when the 50% cash back offer is going.

                        Feeling bad for loosing the discount under your offer.

                        Suggest you to remove options which are confusing to customers.

                              We was transfer through net banking, from state bank of patiala branch rohini new delhi . Rs. 1400/- transfer in paytm wallet . Today my complaint (id 1442858) at 2.30 pm one of representative mr. Rahul call from this no. [protected]. He want my user id or atm card number but we was not disclose he was block my paytm account.Please ypu take action against this person and remove the blockage .                                     Now its have been more than 48 hours and neither the money has been refunded nor any status regarding the complaint has been updated.these paytm people only reply with those pre generated mails. I was left only with those last Rs. 10000/-. I don't have a single penny in my pocket and my son needs a medical checkup as he is suffering from severe cold and cough.shame on paytm

                                        I am based out of Mumbai. However, my PayTM wallet was fraudulently for a transaction done in Gujarat totalling to Rs 180 for purchase of 3 movie tickets (see attached image). There is a serious breach of security on my PayTM wallet and I need my money refunded immediately. The PayTM care cell and Cyber Crime cell have given standard responses, washing their hands out of the situation. I will take this to the consumer court if need be. PayTM cannot take its customers for granted.
