Dear Sir
I have email u my problem via mail dated Mon, Dec 5, 2016 at 12:30 PM
and u have replied me on same day but as per your commitment you
haven't responded till date its very disappointed & discouraging to
use your app as of you are taking so many days but my problem is yet
not resolved.
I am again sending u mail with same details which was send on Mon, Dec
5, 2016 at 12:30 PM as mentioned below or i will take necessary action
since it had been almost 10 days
I have transferred RS 6000 Transaction Date Nov 29, 2016 11:24:45
Transaction ID [protected] from sbi debit card which was successfully
added to paytm wallet but i send to back Rs 6000 the amount to bank
with Order ID [protected] but i received a message your bank declined
to process your refund of Rs.6000
i have launch a complain dated 29-Nov-2016 Ticket # 10835489 :
Send/Transfer money issue and got reply to contact bank or paytm will
refund the amount after 2 working day
but fund bank replied that we haven't stop such transition
i again launch complain dated 01-Dec-2016 and 02-Dec-2016 but i got
same reply of waiting 2 working days twice as of massage is been not
read manually and send by automatically reply as i have mentioned
details of my problems
now i am in very deep trouble since the amount is not credited in my
account or paytm wallet and my Rs 6000 is stuck with you its more than
6 days i have not balance to spend
i want my refund today in my account or in paytm wallet or i will
launch complain some ware else
Please resolve my problem as i and not able to spend my own money

he was completely posing as paytm customer support and asking me to do above.
Kindly edit the booking number in above details and remove same hence no useless person like above calls me.
