On Dec 8, I transferred Rs 10000/- to my paytm wallet through paytm app vide order no.([protected]).the amount got deducted from my icici bank account but was not added to my paytm wallet.i have raised ticket twice and also sent an email at [protected]@paytm but the issue remains unresolved.as it is my only monthly salary, I am in great need of it.pathetic service.

Now its have been more than 48 hours and neither the money has been refunded nor any status regarding the complaint has been updated.these paytm people only reply with those pre generated mails. I was left only with those last Rs. 10000/-. I don't have a single penny in my pocket and my son needs a medical checkup as he is suffering from severe cold and cough.shame on paytm

    I deposited Rs:6000 on my Mobile wallet id no [protected] on 28.11.2016 for my bill payment, but due some reason tranx failed & on same day i transfer same amount to my bank account tranx id no [protected] but still today i not received my payment, i complaint by mail to company Ticket id no 10948080 : Send/Transfer money issue, but there is no response

      I am based out of Mumbai. However, my PayTM wallet was fraudulently for a transaction done in Gujarat totalling to Rs 180 for purchase of 3 movie tickets (see attached image). There is a serious breach of security on my PayTM wallet and I need my money refunded immediately. The PayTM care cell and Cyber Crime cell have given standard responses, washing their hands out of the situation. I will take this to the consumer court if need be. PayTM cannot take its customers for granted.

        One of the pathetic customer service from this company. No response from customer care. They deducted INR 2000 and didn't refund. It really sucks when you lose money and there is no response form company side.

              At 2 Dec, I ([protected]) transferred 4000 rupees to my brother ([protected]) paytm a/c (Tans. ID[protected] he got sms about transaction but his paytm a/c is still show Rs.0. PayTM says that if money is not received my receiver I get my money back. But neither I money was transferred nor I get my money refunded. I already contact at [protected]@paytm.com but only I get is nonsense reply. I told to paytm to check my brother a/c about receiving money, but they only reply me with meaningless thing.

              So, I request PayTM to refund my money in few days. If they not, I will take serious legal action. Rs. 4000 is too much money. I am tried to reply at [protected]@paytm.com

                    • I did a recharge of Airtel prepaid from paytm on 8th Dec 2016 and order number is [protected] but it's still reflecting the message “waiting for operator confirmation" after calling your customer service the recorded female voice has clearly said this transaction has failed as i did not have the wallet amount, what service is this, no proper customer service not even the option to connect the customer person though I had made a recharge through net banking. Amount has been deducted from my HDFC account and still the recharge has not happened and since then same message is reflecting. I even called Airtel customer service they clearly saying they have not got any message from paytm. It is really strange that Paytm has no customer care number where customers can get to talk about their complaints with their executive though recorded voice asked to press button 9 to connect to customer service but after pressing 9 it says ‘Wrong number” . What service is this? I even mailed at [protected]@Paytm.com related to my transaction but no response so far. I request for an early resolution of my complaint.

                        I, on date 8-12-16 tried to transfer money from paytm wallet to a sbi bank account.i had transferred money to bank via walled id [protected].immediately money from the wallet was deducted and the status of the transection is shown as pending since 8-12-16 .money shown deducted from wallet.the money neither tranferred to said bank account nor returned to wallet.

                          I, the above named kabilan chandran, has transfered rs.15, 500, on 05.12.2016 at around 1:09:39pm and then i debited the above amount, from my bank account to paytm, and then suddenly, i unknowingly clicked fault button, to send the money to the bank account. But the money send from the paytm. To the bank account is not available for my atm operation, and so the amount is still pending. I am in an emergency neen of money and i unknowingly, clicked the fault button, and therefore, this happened and so take necessary action, to refund my money which is pending. I have send the details of the above matter by the bill attachment, since this money is a money to be very urgently needed for marriage operation and so please take emergency action to recover my amount back.

                            I am a user of Paytm.
                            I recharged for my metro card using this online digital platform(Paytm) for Rs. 300.
                            They deducted the money from my wallet but no money was credited into my metro card. I am a subscriber of Delhi Metro.

                            The order ID of the transaction (with Paytm) was [protected]. They have credited a cashback of Rs. 30 that they were giving as an advantage into my Paytm Wallet but they have not yet recharged my metro card. Even after filing complaints on their online portal two times, they have not replied me yet.

                            I request you to look into this matter and resolve my issue as soon as possible.

                              I did a transaction of adding Rs 5000/- to my Payton wallet account held on mobile no. [protected] on 08 Dec 2016 at 09:57AM through net banking from PNB account vide order no. [protected]. The transaction failed as per Paytm notification though it was successful as per the bank notification. The amount was immediately debited to my bank account but the same has not been credited to the wallet so far nor the same has been refunded to the bank account. The issue remains unresolved despite my having raised ticket on the same day. It is really strange that Paytm dealing with huge money transactions of the public has no customer care number where customers can get to talk about their complaints with their executive. It is not understood as to how RBI has permitted them to do this financial business in such a casual manner. I request for an early resolution of my complaint.

                                  PayTM cash was not credited after a transfer was made from my bank account. Now who should be held accountable for this and how or when will i get my refund.
                                  On 8.12.2016 6:15 PM a transfer pf Rs. 2030 was done from my bank account to PayTM cash. BUT THE CASH IS NOT UPDATED TILL NOW.ITS BEEN 6 HOURS
                                  Please help me its too urget to pay the money and many important work are at stake.

                                    I tried paying internet bill via Paytm gate way
                                    But transaction got failed, I again tried same thing happened

                                    Now over 2500 rs of my money has been deducted from Paytm

                                    It has been about 18 days since then I'm writing them mails one after the another not quick response what so ever
                                    Worst thing is we can't even get to talk with customer Care

                                    2.5 k is not a small amount, Paytm must resolve these problems

                                    I hate Paytm now, I will suggest people not to use it
                                    I will not sit quite if they don't resolve my issue

                                    They reply few days back saying they will get in touch with me in 2 to 3 days
                                    Till now no response

                                      I was paying to my friend amount of 4998₹ By selection the option send money through mobile number...using my axis bank debit card. Amout deducted from my account 4998₹ Message came from bank ... but payment not recived by my friend...and it is showing faild. Now i want my money back. And till now i didnt get my money ...i dnt know what is going ...i am unsatisfied with paytm service ...
                                      Please take strong action against it.
                                      Because it is very urgent for me.
