Sir,
I have transfer fund from my mobile to another mobile through PAYTM. I transfer my fund to incorrect mobile number, so that the fund was transferred to the wrong receiver. I request to PAYTM for reversal of amount but PAYTM is unable to reverse the amount. This is the common mistake which is done by any user during the transfer fund. As the Company is forwarding his step in the cash less economy, the Company must refund or reverse the amount transferred to the wrong receiver. Please advise and help. My Txn.     Sir / madam, i have tried to postpaid bill epayment of rs.431/- reliance mobile [protected] from your pay tm application on[protected]. But monies are deducted from my bank & payment not done by you. Please give me monies refund to my bank account immediately. I dont require pay tm balance in future service. Your immediate action is highly appreciated.

      i had recharged my mobile of amount Rs 110 on date 1dec.2016. this recharge is failed .but amount is deducted from my account. also track order not showing in my account. first time it is showing that payment is failed but now it is not shown in track order . so refund my account by 110 rupees. or suggest me how will i get my refund . pl.provide a solution

        I tried adding money (Rs.900) to my paytm account from my IndusInd bank account.
        I received a message stating the my bank account has been debited. But my paytm account shows the old balance (Rs.10).
        I have tried contacting the customer care but only to end in vain.
        The service is pathetic!
        Its like they are really fast to deduct money but slow to upgrade it.
        If a person is not going to get the money added to the wallet immediately after the transaction of adding money then why are people going to trust PayTM? How do we get assured that our money is safe and secure?
        Really disappointed with the service! Really!

          My PayTM number is [protected]. I have send Rs. 3800/- to my bank account linked in my PayTM account. Transaction is successful but fund not received in my Bank account. I sent query through PayTM also but no response. There is complain support number in PayTM "contact us" section".

          Response of Company is not satisfactory.

          I don't know. I have not received any mail. But I also take up with ICICI bank. I donkow who has solved the issue either PayTM or ICICI.

            I have done three transaction of Paytm app through my debit card.

            1.10000-transfer to paytm.05/12/2016
            1.5000-transfer to Paytm.07/12/2016
            2.5000-transfer to Paytm.07/12/2016


            after doing this transaction i have refund this amount for my same debit card against but still amount are not credit in my ac


            your customer care are not receiving any call if i have not received any reply i will make complaint on consumer forum.

                Dear Paytm team

                This complaint is to show high disappointment towards the working system especially the customer care telephonic lines, I tried calling all the no. I could get over the internet but wasn't able to speak to anyone.Wth wholehearted disbelieve putting this complaint mail

                I tried shopping with Chumbak, making payment through Paytm

                I have paid a sum of 965.25 but neither my order was placed either any refund was made .
                Look into this on an urgent basis This is already delayed at your end since have put complaints and yet received no response.

                  Dear Paytm Team,
                  I had to recharged of 149 Rs net pack on the [protected] throught paytm account [protected] on the date 10 dec 2016 11:27 AM and the order ID is [protected]. I had to contact the mobile service provider they said to me on any type of recharge is done by paytm if amount deducted please contact paytm care. Still have not received the recharge. Kindly refund the amount rs.149/- as i have not received any recharge.

                    I have made purchase at local merchant shop of rs. 39/- on dated 9.12.2016 and on same day also receive rs. 20/- from my friend's paytm wallet, however, today on dated 12.12.2016 when i did again visited to merchant shop than he inform me that rs. 39/- didn't credited in his account.

                    For clarity the transaction details of 9.12.2016 is following

                    Amount at my paytm wallet before any transaction made : 500

                    Money paid to merchant: 500 - 39 = 461

                    Money received from my friend's paytm wallet : 461 + 20= 481

                    As of now my paytm wallet passbook is reflecting as rs. 481, however, surprising facts is that my passbook is not showing any of transactions made on dated 9.12.2016 (As listed above). Hence, now merchant is asking to pay him rs. 39/- as cash. When all transactions did successfully on dated 9.12.2016 and my wallet balance also reflecting that than why the payment was not made to merchant despite passing 3 days and i couldn't claim that the payment was made since my passbook doesn't reflecting any such transaction.

                    Please do needful to resolve the matter otherwise unnecessarily i have to made rs. 39/- to merchant.

                    Still issue unresolved, and frustrated since there is no way to approach Paytm to registered grievances. I have mailed regarding this but unanswered, passbook entries are not matching and transaction id not generated,

                    Don't understand how Paytm doing buisness.

                      My paytm id is [protected] i had tried to transfer 6000rs from my bank to my paytm wallet on dec 5 but the same isn't came to my paytm wallet then a massage came that paytm has refunded rs. 6000 to my bank transaction id [protected].
                      And one more came that we have refunded rs 6000 to your bank order id [protected].
                      But they amount is't came to bank account i have contacted to the bank they said that we can't do anything there isn't any amount refunded to my bank account and the amount is also not return to my paytm wallet, thats really irritates now so please give me proper solution for that.

                        S mail is regarding the problem i am facing from the day i have purchased my laptop from paytm order id [protected]. Now after i week of my mail to paytm care support you guys have suggested me that my laptop is under hardware warranty so i called the hp technical support and the logged my problem and they send their technical member to see the problem and after diagonse the problem he suggested me it is a defective item and they have now issued my the doa form which means that they have verified it and the retailer has to replace. But now they are not responding to my mails. Please help me.

                          Hello. Please note that I did my internet recharge two times one after the other on the same number because in the first attempt it showed error and stopped the process in between. The second time recharge was successful. Later I got to know that the double recharge amount has been deducted from my account along with the initial recharge trial I did. Kindly refund back me 178₹ as there was error in the site and didn't receive the recharge confirmation msg. Thanks.

                            This is very unfortunate that the transaction of rupee 5000 on dated 30 nov 2016 is till now pending and till it is not credited on bank or not roll back in paytm account this shows the paytm responsibilities when govt promotes paytm for cashless transaction it response is so poor i heartily said to you your service is going down in fall service pls reply with resolution and there no any contact ivr no is for contacting to paytm its also dis satisfactory and paytm mail responce is so poor

                              I transfered 1900 from paytm wallet to my bank but not recieved in bank and also deducted from paytm but its very harrashing how can we use cashless transaction when these type of app blocking money and no response from that side i would like to say please do some addition to take benefit for these we would not to be harrash like this at the time of cashless transaction paytm has to look into this matter.

                                Bill payment on 10/12/16 with order id #[protected] failed, but money deducted from my credit card please provide refund. Also i tried to raise issues using the app, it says ticket raised but i didn't get any reply. Its been almost 4 days, no communication on the tickets, while the company says 100% assurance of refund on failed transactions it should also follow the same.

                                Looking forward to here from paytm asap!

                                    It's quite annoying to call paytm as their customer care ivr sucks. Amount of ra 1000 got debited from my debit card but not credited to my paytm wallet. Tried to reach their customer service over phone but it's really pathetic.
                                    Paytm team... First have proper ivr system which will land our requests directly to an customer service executive.
