A day before yesterday i.e 9th december 2016 i added RS 2000 in my paytm wallet after a while it show transition failed but the amount is already been debited from my bank account but still it isn't reflecting in my paytm wallet and amount is not refunded yet .
Please make some appropriate action in order to resolve the problem.

      On 9.12.2016 around 12.30, i received call saying that they are from icici bank
      And want to raplace existing atm card, and asked to give card details, believing they are genuine, i gave my atm card details and also otp that i received on
      My phone. on 10.12.2016, i got 4 messages telling that purchases made on
      12.12.2016 for rs 4800, rs5000, rs 3000, rs 100 (total rs 12900). on 10.12.2016 i called customer care of icici bank and explained the problem
      And asked them to lock the card. now i want your help to trace the transactions
      And to cancel the pending orders and to return the money (it says debit card purchases on 12 dec. please help me. also is it possible to trace the purchases. thanking you

        I have placed an order for an mattress (Check out this product here:

The issue here is the mattress is not delivered with the original packing and it doesn't seem to look new. There is a freebie combo attached to the product and I haven't received that as well. I have tried to contact the customer care by raising an issue in app no response for that and I haven't even got an acknowledgement email for that, also I have tried 13 times to contact them for past two days by dialling [protected] I have waited for around 10 mins in every call still no response. I have selected call back option again those guys didn't call me back to resolve this issue. I'm really concerned that I have spent 15k for a worthless mattress and these guys will never resolve this issue

        Again I have got an update from the team today saying that I will get 500 for the missing free the email is given below
        " I will do my best to work with you to resolve your issue. I understand you have a concern regarding your order [protected].

        I would like to inform you that as per product description, freebies up to 500 for single mattress. So please allow to credit the same and close the issue.

        We are waiting for your positive response.

        Should you need any further assistance, please let me know."

        BUt in this case I have got a damaged and a freebie missing they are not resolving my issue

          I am holdin citi bank credit card bearing no [protected]

          I received a call from [protected] at 11.13 am on 10.12.2016. Call was from a female. She told me that we are calling from citibank. She asked me which language you are comfortable.
          I said i am comfortable with english, kannada, hindi, telugu, and tamil. Suddenly she told i will give to tamil speaking executive please talk.

          A guy started to talk in tamil. He said you are using citi mastero credit card. Further conversation is as below
          Fraud person: we are sending new credit card within 15days hence this is a verification call.
          Myself: what verification
          Fraud person: let me know your credit card number
          Myself: i refused and asked him, you are telling that you are calling from citi bank, you tell me my card 12 digits afterwards i will tell the last 4 digit nos.
          Fraud person: this is verification call if you never tell your card will be blocked now.
          Myself: how do you block my card without my concern
          Fraud person: this is verification only no cvv no will not be their in future it will be with aabc like that also expiry date also will not be their.
          Myself: after listening him i revealed my card no.
          Fraud person: what is your 3 digit cvv no
          Myself: cvv also i foolishly revealed.
          Fraud person: asked me for the otp recieved
          Myself: otp was revelead.
          Fraud person;your reward points will be transfered to new card.

          After that i recived message for rs8481 transaction made at shopvista_epaykerela at 11.37am on 10.12.2016

          Again he made me fool for another rs 6000.00 transaction made atpaytm mobile solution pv. At11.46 am on 10.12.2016

          I have filed a fir at mico layout police station and requested the citibank customer care to block my card immediately.
          Also i have e-mailed with the copy of fir to mail id which was sent to my email id by citi bank. E-mail id is retail. Dox. [protected]@citi.com

          This is for your information.

          Please i request you kindly solve the issue and help me in the above 2 transactions and punish the persons involved in this fraud

              I orderd for a laptop worth rs 47000 on nov 30th and got a parcel on dec 3rd in that instead of laptop i recieved a dth setup box..i raised a complaint in paytm and requested for refund but they created a replacement and again i got a parcel before accepting the parcel i called pAYTM and asked them what to do they said me to accept it and in dat instead of a laptop there is an induction stove im really fed up with this and whenevr i call them now they are just saying to wait i have paid all most my three month salary for this and very much worried because of this issue please help me in this issue

                I have transfer 1500 rs dec-10 150 rs on dec-7 and 20rs on dec 8 all the money is decucetd my account but not showing in paytm wallet i facing serious problem due to paytm today almost 4 days is completed but still my money is not get bqck to me ..custumer care number also not getting connect i have mailed many time but there is no response pls help me to get rid out of this i want my money back

                  I ordered ambrane power bankof 824 rupees through paytm but delivered me blank goggle cover of 10 rupees.Totally fraud, there is no custemor care no and no response.I waste near about 100 rupees to call him but only computer talk in customer care no and no person call back.I totally frustrated what the hell is going on.pls refund my balance or deliver me right product

                      This is worst experience. I have lost my 500 Rupees in this system. I have just send this money to my bank account but not received in bank account and deducted from the wallet. Now in wallet it is showing as failed transaction and refund pending but after 10 days it is not refunded. meanwhile I have complained many times but there is no one to listen. When I called customer care there is no representative. What should I do i didn't understand. If anyone can help please help me.

                        I've made an order on 26 November 2016 on paytm (order number - [protected]) and I had size issue so I requested return for the product (3 sweatshirts) and all of them were picked up their courier partner but I've received refund only for 2 sweatshirts and not for 1 (₹593). I have tried to contact them a lot of times but there is no satisfactory response from them. Please help me.

                            I added Rs 1000 to my paytm account through PNB debit card today 10/12/2016. I received SMS from PNB at 1929 hrs confirming debit from my account but amount still not credited in my paytm passbook and still shows old balance of Rs 171. I dont understand this delay as earlier amount was credited immediately. This is not expected please

                              first i sent a lot of mails and of nessages through facebook and in twitter and i got first reply from twitter now paytm is active on twitter so message to paytm care so they can quickly respond than other departments and also i got reply through mail but it was bit slow but finally they refunded my amount to wallet

                                This is shayr Sharma. I'm a paytm user. I have used paytm several time to make my transactions. Bank to paytm & paytm to bank. Each transaction was successful but recently I had 8000 rs. Into my wallet. I wanted to transfer it into someone's bank A/c so I just did. Post to this transaction I got message of successful but next person whom I wanted to send the amount she didn't get it in her A/c so far. Prior to this issue I never faced any kinda issue so far. Its my very sincere request to the responsible person for this issue to have a look & sort it out as soon as possible

                                  I have made a bill paytm on Monday 5th Dec against order id - [protected]. The payment got failed and i received a messae from paytm that my bank confirmed successfull transaction but till date no message and reference id for refund has been shared with me. My bill payment due date is 12 - dec and i havnt received any refund to pay my bill again. I am trying to contact paytm from last 4 days but no respose from paytm. I am continously raising tickets for that but no response. Is this service paytm is serving ? I am facing so many troubles and do paytm take the responsibility to give fine for my electricity bill payment because of late payment which is getting delayed by paytm only ?

                                    My paytm account mobile no. is [protected]. By mistake, I transferred an amount of Rs. 200 to another mobile no. ([protected]). Please note that the recipient number has got no paytm account. Therefore, the said amount deducted from my wallet has not been successfully transferred. So, kindly refund the debited amount to my wallet at your earliest convenience.

                                        I am a paytm user by name : gnanesh. today i. e. on 10/12/2016 i tried to add money from my sbi savings account to paytm wallet. i clicked on addmoney in paytm app, then it asked me to provide me the amount. i entered amount of rs 1, 700 and clicked on addmoney button. it asked me the cvv number of my sbi debit card. i entered the cvv number and clicked on pay now button. i got a message on my mobile as
                                        “to pay rs. 1700.00 to one97comctn-7, from your card xx…3144, use otp. beware!
                                        Only fraudsters ask otp on phone. otp is xxxxxx. don’t share with anyone.”
                                        I entered otp number. the amount from my sbi savings account got deducted but the money of rs 1, 700 did not get added to my paytm wallet. the balance in my paytm was not getting reflected with the added money.
                                        After i entered the otp i got one more message as
                                        “thank you for using your sbi debit card 519xx3144 for a purchase worth rs1700 on
                                        Pos [protected] at one97 communication lt txn# 155259.” but in my paytm wallet nothing was reflected.
                                        I had been trying to reach you at these toll free number[protected] but i was not able to reach you.
                                        But till now i haven’t got the amount credited back to my paytm wallet or neither to my bank account. i am afraid o[censored]sing this app further since, if this is the problem the fame of your organization will be affected and nobody will be using this app in future days.
                                        Please look into the issue as soon as possible and credit the amount to my paytm wallet. i need to do the payment to my friend.

                                        I am a Paytm user by Name : Priyanka Patil. I tried to add money from my HDFC bank Savings Account to Paytm wallet on 5th dec 2016, and again on dated 10th dec 2016. I clicked on Addmoney in Paytm app, then it asked me to provide me the Amount. I entered amount of Rs 1, 000 and Rs.1, 000 respectively for both days. and clicked on Addmoney button. It asked me the CVV number of my HDFC debit card. I entered the CVV Number and clicked on Pay now button. I got a message on my mobile for 5th dec 2016 transaction is-

                                        “To Pay Rs. 1000.00 to Paytm mobile solutions Pv from your Card XX…1969, Use OTP. BEWARE!
                                        ONLY fraudsters ask OTP on Phone. OTP is xxxxxx. Don’t share with anyone.”

                                        and for 10th dec 2016 I got a message on my mobile for transaction is-

                                        “To Pay Rs. 1000.00 to ONE97COMCTN- from your Card XX…1969, Use OTP. BEWARE!
                                        ONLY fraudsters ask OTP on Phone. OTP is xxxxxx. Don’t share with anyone.”

                                        I entered OTP number. The amount from my HDFC savings account got deducted for that both days it means total 2000 rupees deducted from my account. but till date Rs 2, 000 did not get added to my Paytm wallet. The balance in my Paytm was not getting reflected with the added money.
                                        and
                                        even till now I haven’t got the amount credited back to my Paytm wallet or neither to my bank account. I am afraid o[censored]sing this app further since, if this is the problem the fame of your organization will be affected and nobody will be using this app in future days.
