I have booked 3 flight tickets from banglore to jaipur on 23. March 2020. The flight was on 25 of march but the flight has been cancelled ddue to covid 19. The air asia has refunded the whole amount 20 days as of now. But paytm ii's not giving refund. I have called paytm regarding this concern many times. For the first time, they told that i'm not eligible for refund and you should talk to air asia. Afterwards i talk to air asia they told tht they have already given refund even they given me transaction details of refund. Afterwards, i called paytm they told that they didn't got any response from air asia regarding refund and i told all the conversation which i've done with air asia, evn i have shared transaction details of refund by air asia. But they, told they want mail confirmation of refund by air asia. Thn, i talked with air asia and they mailed me for fulll refund. Thn, i forwarded tht mail to paytm. After, calling the paytm said they are working on it. But, haven't done anything yet. They are delaying from 25 of march. It's over an appreciable period of time since i didn't get refud. Though, i've suffered great loss and not have money to eat.
So, i want my refund and compensation from paytm for the delay and disturbing me.
