            On 24th dec 2019 a sales executive visited my store to sell paytm sound box. I looked at the product and after understanding its features. I agreed to install the paytm sound box in my store by making a payment of rs. 556.82 however after installation i realized that that the default language is set to hindi. I requested the sales executive to set the language to english. Then he stated that it does not have an option for english. So i asked him to uninstall it at the same time. So he promise that he will replace the same within a week, but no luck. So i started following up on him after a week and he stopped answering my calls. I tried getting in touch with him for more than a week then i contacted paytm customer care no. And gave a request for replacement of the paytm sound box. On 06th jan 2020 an another paytm sales executive visited my store for replacement however he again asked for a payment of rs. 656.82 for the activation of the sound box, promising my earlier refund in 3-4 working days. So i paid again for the activation and again the sound box was in hindi. The sales executive apologized and promised to replace within 24 hours. Then he visited my store on 07th jan 2020 for replacement however he again asked for a payment of rs. 656.82 for the activation. I denied so he made me speak with his manager mr. Jitender giri and he assured me that my previous 2 payments will be refunded within 30 days and he also sent me a whatsapp message to assure me the same. So i paid again and he installed the english paytm sound box and left. Then i stated following up with paytm on their customer care number and email from 29th jan 2020 for my refund however every time they promise me with a new date for the refund. Last reply i received from paytm stating the refund latest by 23rd april 2020. Today its been more than 4 months and still i haven't received my refund. (All payment records, whatsapp messages & email screenshots attached)

            I have not received my refund till date. What is the benefit of making a complaint here when it does not seems to be helping too? Its been over 8 months of waiting for my refund. Kindly pay attention to the same.

                I have booked 3 flight tickets from banglore to jaipur on 23. March 2020. The flight was on 25 of march but the flight has been cancelled ddue to covid 19. The air asia has refunded the whole amount 20 days as of now. But paytm ii's not giving refund. I have called paytm regarding this concern many times. For the first time, they told that i'm not eligible for refund and you should talk to air asia. Afterwards i talk to air asia they told tht they have already given refund even they given me transaction details of refund. Afterwards, i called paytm they told that they didn't got any response from air asia regarding refund and i told all the conversation which i've done with air asia, evn i have shared transaction details of refund by air asia. But they, told they want mail confirmation of refund by air asia. Thn, i talked with air asia and they mailed me for fulll refund. Thn, i forwarded tht mail to paytm. After, calling the paytm said they are working on it. But, haven't done anything yet. They are delaying from 25 of march. It's over an appreciable period of time since i didn't get refud. Though, i've suffered great loss and not have money to eat.

                So, i want my refund and compensation from paytm for the delay and disturbing me.

                            I Top-up the mobile recharge [protected] number in 598 rupees in (25/04/2020).but, dental insurance money 400 rupees extra debited in my account. So, cancel the insurance and refund my money in my account.

                                    This mail regarding my order deliver issue,

                                    And i m very dissatisfied with your service and this worst experience with paytm,

                                    In my case order deliver wrong place and that was happened before lockdown so i can't do anything but please confirm where my order place deliver and my order number is [protected] headphones & this is delivered on 18th march and i resister complaint on 20 march and in my account currier boy contact number wrong and no one are justified my concern so,

                                    Please escalate my problem and give me solution otherwise i want my amount refund.

                                    And due to lockdown one month passing but i resistered complaint in days to delivered but from your side no response so i m very dissapointed from paytm such a big valued company but it's not acceptable at all.
                                    So please confirm with currier dep and resolve my concern as soon as possible.

                                      Two fraud transactions are appearing on my paytm statement which appear to be for "google play recharge code". Below are the details. I did not purchase any of these codes through paytm, nor did i redeem any of these from google play store. They do not even appear in any of my google playstore accounts. I want my money back from paytm for these two transactions.
