This is to inform that on 11.08.2016 my sbi debit card has been debited with rs. 30000 in three transactions.
A fraudulent person has called me by no. – [protected] & asked me my debit card 16 digit no.
Within 20 min. My account has been hacked & it left me without any balance.

Please look into the matter.

      I have ordered a baby walker in paytm on Aug 06th and it is pre-paid by credit card (Rs. 1927), but the product is not yet shipped. The status is "Waiting Courier Pickup" from past 4 days. I am not able to reach out the customer executive. I have submitted a query, but no response. Please help me to reach out and to get my product.

        For the refund purpus i was called, Same account 4000 debited in my account. I was received call this number [protected], his name is Ravi Sharma, present his number came switched off. Three times debited my account.please do the needful.
        My 380 rupees is not back to my bank.why, when i will giving back??

          My name is nikunj before 3 days there is a skim on paytm that you can get tablet of amosta company at 199 rs
          so I paid 199rs plus 50 rs charge total 249 rs and successfully place the order.

          before 2 days i got mail like your order has been cancel and they refund the money in pay tm wallet not in my bank account

          so this is kind of fraud company

            Hello sir/madam,

            I tried to do my airtel dth recharge via paytm app but could not get through but my money got deducted from icici bank account & i. E. 3025 rupees.

            I am trying to connect paytm from all given no. On web but not able to connect with any one till date. Please resolve this otherwise i have to contact consumer court for this matter.

            Please resolve the same asap or call me on following no. Or email id.

                  I ma a. V. Sankaran, account holder of state bank of india. On 09.08.2016 at about 17.30 hrs i received a phone call from a person stating that he is the manager of atm services and he as blocke my atm card as aadhar card was nor linked with the account. When i confirmed that the aadhar card has already been linked, he said the he can re activate the card only on hearing the 6 digits nos he is sending by sms. I erroneously informed the no's without knowing that they are opt no's and he held 5 transactions form my account for the amounts,
                  Rs.9567, 9967, 9904, 9680, 9675, totally to rs.48, 793/-
                  With in 10 mins my atm card. I wish to inform you that this is a fraudalant transaction without the full knowledge of the card holder. As such i request you to stop the dispatch the goods purchased towards the above amount's and confirm the information with state bank of authorities.

                    I was using paytm from from past 2 years i never misused i just use it for recharge today suddenly its showing my account got blocked if any problem at lest they should call the customers and ask or else inform without my knowledge they blocked it then i feel paytm is unsafe not to trust on this i have money in my account around 2500 i sent mail to [protected]@paytm.com but i heard they wont resolve this issue many customers faced this problem
                    I have transferred INR 2000, Transaction ID [protected] it is still pending. solve my problem
                    Paytm didn't have any direct customer care talking and no proper phone. No repsoe from the people of paytm.

                    Procedure for ticket cancellation is not updated in their site.
                    I have wrongly made a dish tv recharge to a no. [protected] instead of [protected] of amount 2600 ₹

                        My account was blocked by the paytm team. Afterwards i wrote an email dated 25.07.16 with ref no as"ref : 04491493 your query with paytm care (Sf)". I was informed that my account was bloceked due to some suspicious activities during the month of september 2015 and even i was asked to provide my account details for x-checking the transcations made through my paytm account. Later on 29.07.16, i had provided the same. I waited for a couple of days before sending reminders. And at last i received a reply which was :-

                        "hi sir,

                        As we checked your request we would like to inform you that we have blocked your account form our end due to fraud reported by, so we are unable to unblock your account from our end.

                        Do let us know if any other assistance is required from our end.

                        Disclaimer :"please do not share your paytm wallet password, credit/debit card pin, cvv and any other confidential information with anyone even if he/she claims to be from paytm. We advise our customers to completely ignore such communications."

                        Now, i dont even remember, what fraud i had committed. And the allegations made against me are fictitious and malafide.
                        Hi i have add money using my Credit card to send my account its added but unable to send there is support number pls help my number [protected]
                        Ref order no[protected] . i have recharge my bsnl mobile for Rs 220. Payment was done by net banking . Amount was debited from my account but not successful in paytm . Hence recharge was not done. Till now i did not get the refund.

                          On 6th august 2016, I had submitted my complaint against paytm for not refunding my money. immediately after submitting my complaint I received a call from this number [protected] acting as a paytm representative.
                          Person on the phone asked me about my complaint and prompted me to share my 16 digits atm card number, assuring me safety of my card
                          then asked me expiry date of my card. I told him that he is sounding phishy and this information is not sharable but then he asked me ccv no
                          I told him that i m gonna contact my bank. suddenly he disconnected the phone
                          Now I am feeling cheated !!
                          is this paytm or consumer complaints site who is making this type of phone callls??????????
                          the information he asked me, are confidential and not to be shared.
                          I want paytm or consumer complaints website to look into the matter. and assure the safety of the customer.
                          kindly update regarding action taken against customer care representative who was asking for my atm card credentials(card no, expiry date and ccv no)

                              I have booked a flight ticket and i was supposed to get cashback but due to wallet limit i was unable to get that i have mailed about it to them but they were not able to increase my wallet limit now my wallet limit is refreshed but the cashback is not received yet but the passbook of paytm shows thqat i have got the paytm cashback and it is recieved.

                                I purchased a pendrive of rs9000 from studyiq website. When i proceeded with the transaction, rs 9000 were deducted from my bank account but it showed transaction failed. When i contacted the studyiq classes, they said they didn't receive the payment. So i requested paytm to refund rs9000 in my bank account. But they are not replying and its been 3days they havent taken any action. Please help.

                                  Formal shoe which they have not delivered even after 10 days, and now they are saying that they are cancelling the order. Paytm has debited my 2371 rs from my account on 03 aug 2016. and on 10 Aug they are saying that they have cancelled the order. In this case i need the proper answer from them, it includes various aspects of me, how can they hold my money for 7 days and they can say that it cannot be delivered. wat if i have to pay the fine on my credit card bill

                                    I tried paying my airtel bill through paytm of 700rs. Money has been deducted from my account immediately i have recieved a text from paytm saying, your money has been refunded. I dint not get money refund nor my bill was paid. Since i couldn't pay my airtel bill on time now i must pay 100rs more...!

                                    I want you guys to take this as an serious complaint.

                                      I had ordered a bosch washing machine from paytm but it came damaged so i filed for return. I got a mail saying return rejected : customer agreed to go to service center. But i did not receive any call. I don't know how can they comment this. Since then i have been running after them for return, calling customer care, writing mails but they keep saying pls wait 24-48 hours. I have no idea what is taking so long. Please help me out

                                        I had order 8 fone under the offer of 98% discount. i made payment and they confirm my order and message me that yor order is confirmed but after 2 days they cancel my order. this is not fare if they didnt want to give that product then why did they confirm order and the order no. is [protected]. all details and pictures are sent to you with this detail.
