An unauthorized transaction has been made from card xxxxx6444 for rs.9999/- on 12/aug/2016 at patytm mobile solut. Time : 15.02.
I have blocked my card and advised to call the merchant as they have the authority to stop the payment and i have clarified that the payment is still not settled from axis bank credit card department.
O i request you to stop the payment. Anyways if no action is taken from you guys i will have register an fir as i certainly not paying the amount. Also i was not able to connect to any of your customer care officer. Your ivr menu does have a option but pressing 9 i get a invalid input message which is strange for a company like paytm.
I again request you to stop the payment. My mobile no. [protected].
I have also emailed you guys at [protected]@paytm.

I have attached all the required documents they asked There is no mode of contacting paytm exept a mail for such issue . No representative to even assure of rolling back my money . Please help and remit my money as soon as possible because I am in need sir.

        I ordered a Dell Laptop from Paytm worth 53000/-
        But the product delivered me was defective and the old one.
        The keys were not functional, the warranty was already over, the windows was already activated. But in website all these things were mentioned to be different.
        I got the delivery on 27/07/2016.
        After checking the product I have informed the Paytm about this and also i have send several mails and also phone calls asking for refund of my money.
        But i didnot get solution till now.It has been more than two weeks but still i am waiting for my refunds I also have all the proofs of the phone calls and the mails

          On dominose website it was mentioned as 50% discount via paytm. But sadly it is not received. Look into that ASAP. o.w. I will write bad reviews.

                  I will ask all my friends nd family members never to buy even 50 rupees item from Paytm..
                  Very unsatisfied customer always 0 rating for Paytm.

                    rgd .loss of money from my SBT account through a fraud call .Rs 2000 POS [protected] at Paytm Mobile solutions txn#968822. at around 12.48 PM on Aug 11, 2016. this has been informed to my home branch and to the local police. Kindly check if such a transaction has been through and protect the rights of innocent victims and arrange to compensate for such fraudulent payments.Please do the needful.

                              This is not first time when paytm transaction failed and they are refund amount in paytm wallet which is not acceptable. It seems like this is now their strategy for people to use paytm wallet.In case o[censored]rgency people use online services to get rid of walk out to retailers and instead of giving quick service people are stuck in refund policy of certain time like 72 hours. Why we are using online services like paytm if you are not able to give quick response.

                                Hi, my number is [protected]. I had transferd 249 rupees on 5th august 2016 to my onother number [protected]. It has done successfully, at the same time i was transfered same amount from [protected] to [protected] and it was failed and both the paytm wallet having zero balanced. Kindly solve my issues. I also done two 49 rupees recharge (Airtel maharashtra) i had got message it was done successfully but it was not credited to my account.
                                PayTM Mobile Solutions customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                Paytm is sharing our phone nos with fraudsters at real time,
                                i got a SMS of a creditcard transaction that i didnt do on paytm with otp for transaction, which i didnt let through, and i immediatly informed pytm about the said tranasction, but then the impossible happened, i get a call telling me the call is supposedly from paytm claiming i had initiated a refund on paytm and they need my creditcard details for the transaction with otp, how do the fraudsters get to kno that initiated a refund through paytm, basically the fraudsters are in hand with paytm and get each and every transaction detils o[censored]sers realtime to carry out their scams. so beware of paytm and stay away from their scamster associates.

                                  Yesterday i was paying my cesc bill (electricity bill) via paytm of rs:1935. the amount was debited from my account [message from bank: your a/c xxxx40284is debited by rs.1935.00for paytm-[protected]/paytm/thru net banking - ref:[protected]/08/2016 18;18-indian bank].
                                  But the paytm showed payment failed, and i still not got my refund. the amount was deducted and the payment failed! i want my refund, because the due date of the bill is 12/08/2016 (which is today).

                                    But here today i have received mail bill from airtel company showing due bill of mention above which i already paid. Actually it should come latest bill.

                                    I therefore kindly request you to check as soon as possible.

                                      My order was never received. For 3 days it was lying at Pathankot courier delivery center, when I submitted a complaint as to why my order is not being delivered, the status gets updated at site that my order has been delivered. In fact it was never delivered nor did I receive any call from courier delivery service on the day of delivery moreover despite several emails nor did paytm called me up to get my side or problem.

                                        I wanted to 5000 inr to my friends account (Icici bank), but unfortunately i transferred it to the wrong account. Then i immediately consulted paytm support, they said they won't be cancel the transaction and suggested me to contact the bank.
                                        I contacted the bank, after 2 weeks of hassle they said that they have canceled the transaction and refunded the amount 4800 to paytm. So since the transaction is canceled, the amount 5000 (+200 paytm charge) should have been refunded to my paytm account.
                                        I've been sending emails continuously to paytm, but they are just ignoring the issue and saying to contact the bank.
