I recharge 10 august rs.1000/- my united bank of india bank. Bank amount less for paytm recharge but paytm is not add this money. This recharge is failed but amount was minus in bank. Check this and transfer this money my bank account or paytm.

    I have made a electric bill payment for commercial place, because of this paytm never made a payment to the bescom and they disconnected the power for our commercial place and it create a big new sense, just to get the connection back. And i am mailing the customer care past 2 weeks tat i need a call back. These bloody people are sending only an automatic emails and i don't see any professional customer service. I am going to file this case and make a big issue, so that others won't face this problem.
    I forget my passward. i have problem to open my account. plz call me [protected]
    Yes i am facing same problem for paying electric bill payment and they transfer in my wallet and after my wallet balance also nil. they dosn't have customer care name i email but they did not give any answer.

      I have recharged my mobile of rs. 180 through paytm!
      Order no is[protected] @ 8:57 pm, jul 30 2016

      It is saying "status shows successful but recharge not received" but i did not get recharged, i am trying you to contact toll free number customer service, but it takes long time to discuss and in middle it suddenly got disconnected.

      Even https://paytm.com/care/ is not useful, unable to submit, entered all fields and trying to submit but it was not submitting at all.

        My vodafone (Kolkata) no [protected].
        I was suppose to recharge unlimited 2g monthly pack. I found the same in paytm "browse plan" option worth rs - 249/- but after recharge i got 650 local calls which i don't need. I even mailed my complaint to paytm but they didn't reply and it has been two days.

                  I have used paytm mobile service to pay my bill. An amount of rs 350 was deducted from my account on 10/04/2016 and bill was not paid. I thought it would be automatically refunded but, till date it is not. I have made a complaint earlier also but i could not see any action.

                    I received a call on 2nd may 2015 wherein caller claimed to be a part of sbi staff and asked for my sbi details, on the very same day it debited rs 8938 from my sbi credit card. I tried to call on that no. Again but it was not reachable, after that i complainted to sbi credir cards for the same but results are not fruitful, transaction is in the favour of shoppingmantrapaytm. Kindly help me in getting that amount refund. I am having details of this transaction in my credit card statement.

                        I have recharged as "58" for 40p/min, and I have got 3g offer. they are responsible for what are they are providing information on your website I am not responsible for this wrong recharge either they should refund the amount or talk with operator, I am customer not customer care.

                          The order has been cancelled by the receiver for the "ferns and petals thoughtful sentiments flowers bouquet" the order has been placed through paytm.
                          Order date - 22nd july
                          I received the call from ferns and petals that the amount will be refunded back to my wallet. But its almost 2 weeks i have not received. Please do update me.

                            I had paid my electricity bill through paytm on 3rd of august 2016. My order no is. [protected] and dc transaction no. Is [protected]. I had paid rs 1330 as my electricity bill. The amount got deducted from my bank a/c but later paytm showed that transaction failed and money refund has been initiated. Till date i. E. 15/8/2106, i have not received my refund. My emails to paytm are getting unanswered.
                            As per there discussion with me i even sent the copy of my bank statement, but still got no reply. The only thing they keep providing me is ticket no.

                              Still i am not getting any refund from your company side. Kindly let us know the refund status for below transactions. If your are not able to given the refund amount kindly give me your md or chairman contact number & e-mail id. I will discusses this issue because of you are not able to given the refunds. Also give me your contact number for the esquire of the below said transaction.
                              Kindly resolve this issue with in 2 to three working days or else i will be visit your noida office and raising against complaint for paytm company. Also you should bear the travelling expenses for me with investigation charges from your company side.

                                      Paytm Wallet, I added my credit card in paytm to transfer money to my account from credit card, but by mistake I entered last digit of the account number as wrong the money was credited to a wrong account. Is there a way that money can be reverted back to my paytm wallet.                                         I have requested paytm to revert the amount sent wrongly to [protected].
                                        And after it was sent I called to that number to revert me back money and it was not picked and request made through paytm app to send money which was declined. I am completely helpless as I transferred amount from paytm wallet not from Bank.. No chance of stopping transaction from Bank. Paytm needs to be active and get my money back from that person. No person has right to use the amount which was placed in his account wrongfully. It's illegal.
                                        Paytm need to respond and got t my money back.
                                        I am disappointed as I got no reply yet. It's an issue to be dealt early.
