Date13/8/2016 time 3:48call from mumbai head office [protected] for atm renual then i card details provide to him. after some time payment debited 4999/-to paytm mobile solutions pvt ltd please this transaction canceled &kindly refund payment hdfc bank card number [protected] many times try to call paytm customer care but they not responding.

    Plz cancel order I'd. [protected]. I sent money to my bank a/c. But amount not credited, it's showing pending. And wallet balance is 20.00 rupees, actual balance should be 4900 plus.Kindlysolve the problem as early as possible.

        Dear team its a worse expirence with your courier partner and paytm service. . waste of time . .it's been over a 15days products not yet delivered. . And cancelled with out any intimation. . . I demand compensation for wasting my time .. However I have updated complete address with landmark but courier partner has rejected stating it will be delivered by end of the day from three days . . and now paytm team has cancelled my product without my confirmation

                    This is in regards to my order id [protected] with the ticket number 04403456.

                    The issue being my balance got deducted from my account and not being credited to my mobile number.

                    After in-numerous attempt to get in touch with paytm team, all i got to hear was how good my patience is and a time period of 48 hours for anything to happen.

                    Paytm asked me to attach my bank statements, which i did thrice, despite of that no results...

                    My bank statement clearly shows there hasn't been any transaction where in the money was credited back to my account from paytm where as it clearly shows that the money was deducted by paytm.

                    I have record of online messages exchanged with paytm team.

                      I've recently experienced worst issue with paytm after being there long time customer. I got certain amount in paytm wallet and one fine day they automatically deducted certain amount without even intimating me for uber "there new tie up". They claimed it was a disputed amount charged by uber. When i enquired for this using there email customer support, i got almost 5 replies and all were copy pasted. Each email simply asked me to contact uber as it was charge applied from them and they have no idea what was this charge for!
                      They apply charges on account just by getting notified from there tie ups without getting any additional information. I am not sure if this is even legal. Customer service is worst and they don't know what they are writing in email, they literally contradict everytime they replied. I got case escalated for review but nothing was done.
                      I multiple times asked about why paytm was charging me if it was a dispute with uber, they got no answer. One of there contradicting statement was "paytm wallet amount has been adjusted for
                      Clearing the arrears*. You would have received communication
                      From uber regarding this adjustment. I would like to suggest you that* ride
                      Charges and deductions are handled by uber itself"
                      Am not sure why should someone keep money with them if they reserve all rights to remove money for any company they have partnership with.

                        I recharge my bsnl no with rs 110 on 12th aug 12:44 pm having transaction no [protected]. Neither recharge happened nor i got my money back.
                        Have written 3 mails till now but have got no response. It has been almost 5 days and i am still waiting for the response.
                        Looks that this is how paytm is making profit. Instead of keeping money like this they should beg for donation.

                            I purchased a dehumidifier worth rs 15000 from paytm recently but when i receive product i found that product is not working then i place a return request on same day for that product but there is no body call me from paytm nor they arrange any pickup for that product. And i emailed so many times to paytm and they said click the pictures of product, packing & bill and visit to the service center but they didn't tell me which service center not tell me any area where i go they make me completely fool

The amount got deducted from my bank a/c but later paytm showed that transaction failed and money refund has been initiated. Till date i. E. 15/8/2106, i have not received my refund.
