Dear sir,

As per telephonic talk, i am sending ccrs dispute form.

I tried to pay my house electricity bill through paytm on 3rd august 2016, but somehow my transaction was faild and money was deducted from my savings account till i cant get my money back in my account.

Savings a/c no. [protected]

Transaction history:
Date – 03rd august 2016
Amount – rs. 4665/-
Transaction details : ecom pur/paytm mobile/noida/030816/11:46am

Kindly do the needful and credit my money back in my account as soon as possible because rs.4665/- is very big amount for me and still i can’t pay my house electricity bill due to above transaction.

I send a money to my delhi metro card no. [protected] dated 09.08.2016 time 15:41. But its show sending but not received delhi metro card. I try to call customere care no[protected] but its always busy. My wallet order id is [protected] and paytm transport order # 1951619. Please try to solve it. I want my money back. Paytm is very good app i alwys use for reachare and transfer money. But now this happening. I hope they solve my problem.

Paytm deducted my money against mobile recharge and i did't get the balance. They are giving wrong reference number and asking me check with airtel. They don't have customer care number to speak. They respond in mails but they will not resolve the problem. They will keep sending same mail. They claim that they will refund money in case of failure but they are just deducting money and not responding.

I am vodafone user regularly i use to pay my postpaid bills through paytm as it is secured and easy access but on august 8th, 9:02pm. I was paying my bill but instead of opting to postpaid without my notice opted prepaid and i paid of 1000 rs amount so kindly redirect my payment to postpaid quickly as am in very much requirement. For details of wrong payment i tagged a pic of my payment in it which is paid as pre paid instead of postpaid so plz kindly take into action kindly redirect my payment into postpaid.

Dear sir,
I am alok ranjan panda, i had ordered 2 piece of amosta 7d2a tablet 4 gb (Blue) on 8th aug 2016 8:46 pm at the price of rs 8/- for each and the shipping cost rs 50/-.

I have paid for this and after 1 day they cancelled my order.
There was an offer on that day at the price rs 8/-, so i ordered it, now they cancelled my order.
Please help me. I need this product on that price.

Sir mne paytm se amsota tablet ka order kiya and payment bhi but unhonne refund kr k order cancel kr diya yh kh k ki merchant order deliver nh kr rha h.
May be paytm and amsota valo ki strategy thi jo product pr 98% to 100% discount diya ja rha tha jis se publicity mili unko and public k sath fraud kiya.
Mne paytm valo se bola ki ya to product deliver krao ya agr amsota vale product nhi de rh h to actual price (Before discount) ka refund kre but unhone mna kr diya.
Or is vjh se muje bhut hurt hua nd gift ka jis se promise kiya vo b pura nh ho ska.
So plg muje compensation dilaye and un companies pr itni penalty lgayi jaye taki vh vaps asa kbi na kre.

When i ordered food from swiggy i paid through paytm on july 10. However money got debited but order was unsuccessful. Then i had to order the food again and pay through paytm. The failed order was not refunded by paytm. I am following up with them from almost one month and they asked for my card statement and which i did send them but after that they are not replying to my complaint or query.

I have done a a electricity bill payment on 02 august 2016 at 9.02 pm.
That payment of rupee 4593.43 has been failed with order no-[protected].
I have complaint so many times. Company have got one toll free but with no representative by which we can get a satisfactory answer. Till 6th august i have communicated through email but now they stopped sending any further detail or process.

My bank valence is debited and added to my paytm wallet. I need it to be refunded to my bank account. Which is left as balance in my paytm wallet. But they are not crediting to my bank account.. Please solve this problem.. And there is no any response from customer care.. Pleslase make it solve...

I have done recharge through paytm on 28 th july amount 249₹ for 1gb 3g recharge. But they have given me 1gb 2g recharge. I have raised the complaint on same day and taking follow up. It was happen because paytm portal was not updated. They also agree and given me only 50 ₹ back but not giving me my full amount. Harassing me from last 3 week.

Please help me. I have all screen shots and all for proof

We have booked a bus from kodaikanal to coimbatore using paytm the travel name is dns travels (The order number: [protected]), on that travel date there no bus with the given information and we called to the travels they boarded us on other private vehicle and they dropped us on the highway its very far from coimbatore (50km) at midnight we faced lot many issues as a family and we had a loss of 3000 rupees on the vacation. We as a family cheated by the dns travels presented in playtime i need immediate action on this.

I have registered in paytm using only mobile number: [protected].
I made purchases of worth rs 72, 000/- and received cashback of around 10, 000/- in my paytm wallet.
I was posted at bathinda, punjab and was using the official mobile number provided by my company, iocl.
Upon my transfer in may'2016, the registered mobile number was disconnected by my company.
Due to which, i am no longer able to receive otp and am not able to login.
I have written mail to paytm customer care but received no response.

This is a very practical problem:
1. Why paytm is giving option to register with only providing mobile number?
2. And, if the option is provided to register with only mobile number, then a mechanism must be available to recover the paytm wallet if the registered mobile number gets lost.

Kindly recover my paytm wallet at the earliest.

My Paytm Balance on 2.8.16 was 1635/- & I used Paytm on 3.8.16 for Rs.90/-, Now the Balance is showing Rs. 1375/- i.e. Rs.170 excess deducted from paytm my a/c.
Pl. resolve the issue asap.

Updated by goldwinjoseph Earlier i have made a complaint about fraudulent transaction made to paytm mobile solution.

After that someone called and introduced as representative from paytm and told they are ready to refund the amount by card to card transfer.

Hoping that this is true i have shared my icici debit card details and lost rs 19160 in three transactions

Min*paytm - rs5000
Min*vodafone-bl - rs 5000
Simple sel - rs.9169

Kindly refund the amount
