I purchased headphones but they used before by someone who purchase that i got secondhand and while i buyed i sold from sealef with krazy deals but i received the sealer with kreative agencies.

"paytm telling that we were brought forward of authorised sellers but it was wrong. they were bringing sellers of having second hand items". i disappointed of paytm customer service because they were not attaining single call also. on...

But paytm update his website that they delivered both the order on 9/july. i request them to check and give me proff of delivery but they doesnt give me any details of delivery. and from my end i confirm with local delivery person for that,

As i'm trying to recharge my airtel mobile number [protected] thru paytm, since yesterday morning on several occassion, all the time the recharge was declined. though there was sufficient balancve in the paytm wallet. every time the message appears like this and amount is refunded to the wallet :

Recieved product order number [protected] today on 07 jul 16. The courier agent did not recieve the product from me and asked me to call paytm. However paytm is not accessable. There should be direct number to call paytm. The number available is not user friendly and mobile balance is being wasted. Toll free number is showing busy only. Fail recharge amount not been refunded yet after 48 hours. i paid 1530 and 870 rs of my electricity bill but both of the payments failed. i dont know why. but paytm has not returned my money back to my bank ac as they promises with in 48 hours. and also they customer care phone number is the worst i have ever seen. no option to talk with the customer care executive. totally crap service....

I have done recharge by using Paytm web portal, of 65/- on my mobile no, on 4 Jul 2016, 3:44 PM, and order order no is [protected]. Recharge amount has deducted from my bank acount, also status on my Paytm account is showing as successfull, but benifits are not recieved on my mobile no.
