        Hello

        I order 3 items in last sale
        My email id is [protected]@gmail.com

        I m not satisfied with the product quality so i applied for return the all the item then one person came collected only one item and then i asked him for slip or something then he said he had nothing i recognizes him because he delivered the last product
        So i let him leave then i also got my money for that product
        After that no one came to collect the other packages. it's really too long and frustrating.
        I want my money back asap
        So i can purchase some else

          Dear sir,
          I purchase a printer from paytm.com dated 28th june, 2016. when i order this product address given farakka, but pin given malda (732101). and product value is rs.12599 including delivery charges order id[protected]. then product come in malda through delhivery courier. i am going malda and take this product. then open this product in i see some scratches in upper side, showing paper jam, and 2months warrenty expired. then i complain in paytm he tell me for returned an approved return.
          But, my questions is...
          1) i tell him why you are send me back dated product?
          2) why you are send me scratches product?
          3) why you are send me fault printer?
          4) why i am going to courier to return this product?
          5) you give my ta, time value?
          6) if this product is returned why i cannot get this product at same value?
          7) fault of you why i will suffering for you?

          Therefor, i request to you take a necessary action at your end.

            I am file a compain bcz i m not satisfied with ur mail even i didnt get responce on email or telephone youe telephone is not working always i wrye 4 mail to your company only 1 mail revert back and they give me satisfation that paytm resolve my problem in 24-48 hrs buy now its 5 days i disnt get any reaponce not any message and still payment shows pending so please tell me what i do i m fed up with these thing i m writing mail to paytm but they dont revert back any mail... i[censored] disnt give my payment of 150 and 128 then tell me... i can take any other action my ticket number is 04187845. thanks and my contact number and paytm no is [protected]

              I paid 1790/- through devit card for torrent bill payment on 23rd june 2016 but bank money was deducted and transaction failled i sent paytm 100 timesmy bank statement but still they are doing nothing they are simply cheaters.

                My ticket no is 03788600, dated 26 june 2016, with reference to parent ticket 03768633, dated 25 june 2016.

                Paid for orderbigbasket order #999094paytm cash txn id [protected]-06-19 03:06:53 pm.

                I had been really patient but even after a lot of mails and phone calls made, there was no response from paytm at all, even though i gave them all the details and the required screen shot. i don't know how they can take such things so lightly. if they cannot fulfill their deals then how can they even offer them to the consumers. this is very misleading and taking customers for granted type of a thing.

                I want my inr 894 cashback in my wallet as soon as possible. and if my complaint is not resolved by this, then i know some other methods as well. so kindly look into my matter and try to settle it.

                    I purchased headphones but they used before by someone who purchase that i got secondhand and while i buyed i sold from sealef with krazy deals but i received the sealer with kreative agencies.

                    "paytm telling that we were brought forward of authorised sellers but it was wrong. they were bringing sellers of having second hand items". i disappointed of paytm customer service because they were not attaining single call also. on next i didn't use paym service for recharge, shopping, bills payments etc., and i will tell to my friends to not to use paytm with sellers.
                    It was second hand item and was not imported from sony branded company because my friend using same item from other seller(with difference e-commerce site) but quality of sound and quality of item was much more difference from which i was purchased from Paytm and it was road side item.

                      But paytm update his website that they delivered both the order on 9/july. i request them to check and give me proff of delivery but they doesnt give me any details of delivery. and from my end i confirm with local delivery person for that,

                            My paytm wallet had around rs 1000. on 25 jun 2016, someone used my wallet balance to recharge few mobile/landline numbers. the numbers used for recharge were [protected] & [protected]. the numbers on which recharge was done were [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. i called up these numbers and few i could contact and they agreed that some one came to the to recharge their numbers for a discount. it is interesting to note that i did not receive any sms/otp/email from paytm for these txns. i informed the matter to paytm and they referred the matter to vendor who shared above details. paytm did not take any action to trace the lapses and informed me that nothing can be done. i have reported the matter to mp police (sp gwalior) and further action is awaited.in the mean time i request all to be careful in using paytm as t is not at all safe and responsive.
                            Same happens to me to my mobikwik account last night mobile number used [protected]
                            Balance 206 deducted

                              As i'm trying to recharge my airtel mobile number [protected] thru paytm, since yesterday morning on several occassion, all the time the recharge was declined. though there was sufficient balancve in the paytm wallet. every time the message appears like this and amount is refunded to the wallet :

                              " sorry, your airtel mobile recharge of rs. 92.0 failed since payment declined by paytm due to any of the following reasons :

                              - inaccurate account details entrered
                              - insufficient balance in your account
                              - due to some technical problem

                              Please use any other payment method to complete your transaction

                              Further, it may please be noted that the problem continued since yesterday morning, when i first tried to recharge my airtel number online. i've made several efforts, but all the time the result is the same. whereas i've made recharges of the other mobile numbers thru the same paytm wallet twice since yesterday.

                              So, please look into the matter, as due to this inconvenience i'm facing lot of inconvenience.

                                      On 29 may 2016 i had lodged a complaint about i recharge company who despite receiving rs 2000 through internet banking for recharge of mob no [protected] did not recharge the mob. with in half an hour of my complaint to consumer forum i was contacted by a rep of paytm named r sharma mob no[protected] and promised me to refund the said amount and took some details of my acct from which the money had been transferred. on 29 jun 2016, to my surprise a sum of rs 19500 had been withdrawn from my acct in four transactions. the details are as under:-

                                      (a) pos[protected] to one 97 communication india lt noida rs 5000/
                                      (b) pos[protected] to one97communication lt noida rs 4500/
                                      (c) pos [protected] vodafone bill desk mumbai rs 5000/
                                      (d) pos[protected] paytm noida rs 5000/
                                      From my acct with paytm i have noticed that out of the above amount except for vodafone (srl n0 (c) above remaining three transactions have been credited inpaytm acct and thereafter the rs 14500/- have been transferred from paytm acct to three different acctn on 29 may itself. it clearly shows a person who has access topaytm accts has been fraudantely getting the money from the costumers and and transferring the same to his acct. it is an act of cheating. and tarnishing the image of paytm. may i request you to please to carry out an investigation as to how money transferred from the costumers to paytm acct have been transferred to a personal acct by a person who has access to paytm accts. the details of the said transfers could be ascertained from my acct maintained bypaytm. i shall be grateful for an early action and intimation to me money fraudently transferred from acct to paytm be refunded to me.

                                        Dear, sir/ mam i am sending mail to paytm regarding my electricity bill... Its not paid from my paytm account and my money is deducted 5660rs, from my punjab national bank i have already mailed 4 times this is 5 times thats why i am mailing you bt i didnt get your positive response from paytm side its already has 10 days gone paytm are saying that if your refund is not credited within timeline, let us know along with the bank statement from the date, last time i am sending my pass book to paytm, when i am calling on paytm customer care[protected], every time saying sorry the code no. Is busy please help me and return my money earlier its big amount for me. Thankyou.
