There was rs. 650 in my cash wallet which i transferred to my bank account no. [protected] with sbi seelampur branch, new delhi on 05.07.2016. although your interface is showing vide txn id[protected] 0-1:34:21 am that the transaction was succesfully executed. however, the amount has not been credited to my account till today.
Your requested to look into the matter and do the needful under intimation to me.

    This is w. R. T the below orders placed on the same day for mobile recharge. None of them have been successful interms of adding talk time, though the status in paytm account is shown "success". Neither received any service nor money credited back. (Lost money thrice on same day)

      Hi team,

      I ordered an oppo new 7 from paytm on 7-june-2016 for which i paid rs.9450 but i received an used phone.invoice is also under different name & address. date which is mentioned on invoice is of april month. it means that merchant did this fraud with me and i am trying to contact paytm regarding refund from last 1 month but i am not getting any satisfactory response.

        I had added rs 2000 and rs 500 in my paytm wallet through my atm card no. [protected], it is deducted from my bank a/c but not received in my paytm wallet my Mobil no is [protected] email id is [protected]@gmail.com, plz kindly solve the problem soon I am facing trouble for this and not using paytm at that moment for don want to add more money in wallet for this problem and I would like to inform I am frequent user of internet services and all plz solve my problem
        Unnecessary transaction happened from my account through paytm and I'm not getting details from where it got deducted.
        I want to know details asap otherwise I would got my card blocked, it can be risky for me in future

          On the 1st of july i used paytms wallet service to make payment to a taxi driver. the amount was 235 rs. however paytm debited my account twice for rs 235 each. when i write a mail to them, they ask me to get in touch wth the taxi driver to get back the refund. it doesnt make sense for me to look for that taxi driver and get the amount reversed.

          I believe it is paytms mistake as their system incorrectly debited my wallet twice. also when i look into the history of the payment made, i see that both the debit (of rs 235 each) has happened at the same time ie 9.03 am on 1st july 2016. this clearly shows it is paytms system issue which resulted in my wallet getting debited twice. i wrote them multiple mails including sending them picture of the incorrect debits in my wallet however they refuse to even acknowledge it

            I cancel my jet way flyt on 4-7-2016 but i didnt get my money when i called to jet airway customer care they are saying ticket is not cancelled but i have done the cancellation through paytm and its showing processing in status,
            I have attached the screenshot of the cancellation.

              I haven't received a book I had ordered and have paid cash using credit card, my account has been credited but the book hasnt arrived yet.
              The book was on positive psychology and rs 576 was credited from my account. I had ordered the book from paytm and delivery was expected by 11th July but the order confirmation message or dispatch notification was not received by me. Kindly look into this matter my number is [protected] and my paytm account was registered with the name of rits12.[protected]@gmail.com. My account order cannot be viewed by me in my paytm account nor can my order be tracked.

                I just recharge my mobile with a paytm coupon with rs 50 and got 50 rs cashback.. but after 3 days i check my acount there were no money in it.. what should i do?? as i said before i recharge my number from paytm and i got 50 rs cashback... but after 3 days there were no money in paytm wallet.. i dont even use that money.. how can it be lost from there ... i recharge it from a paytm promo code "june50".. i want my money back... paytm is a lier

                  I purchased the item nokia 130 on 18/09/16 Order No :[protected].it under guarantee . now the item is not working . i go to nokia care for this but they dont do any thing. They says now nokia not there so its not possible. so please replace my item.

                    I was received 4-5 calls with different numbers(9570361144, 7290807561, 9910770970, 7896901418) from Pay tm and asking to me my debit card number & cvv and all details related my account and assured to me return my amount with in 1 hours but my amount still not return and my debit card & pay tm account is blocked. Please take needful action as earliest.

                    सर मैंने saturdayको bses को बिजली का बिल पेमेंट किया था वो पेमेंट failed बता रहा है और account से balance कट गया plese solve thisproblem
                    I wants to give you a suggestion not a complaint that why don't you cover all the pumps under paytm category there is a petrol pump named kargil, it is the most popular pump and it is the only pump which earns the most money you can earn from there also why don't you make a contract with them you can check the reputation of that pump
                    I have recharged the Tata Docomo with 1978 rupees on 3 July by Paytm. The amount have deducted from my account but recharge still not done. I have already complaint many times to pay tm care but they have still not resolve my problem.

                          I ordered micromax 32in led tv in paytm.com on 20june 2016 i paid my payment through bank debit card... Then i cancelled my order but paytm.com not refunded my money in my bank account ei wait for 10days but not paid my ammount my order no is [protected]

                          Corporation Bank just gave us a reference number[protected] for successful refund of Rs 14049.00 from Paytm to your bank account. Please contact your bank for any further query quoting this number.

                              Order no at paytm - [protected] : i tried to make a recharge of rs 150 from paytm website on 9th july 2016. An amount of rs 63 was deducted from my paytm wallet and remaining 87 were transferred to one97 communications (Group that owns paytm) from my bank account. The status of the recharge at paytm website is "payment confirmation awaited" and so i have not received my recharge at cellular end.
                              I would like paytm to kindly look into the matter and request them to refund my money deducted in the above transaction.

                                Hi,

                                I tried to shop on 'limeroad.com' and did payment by paytm. But transaction failed and i received sms from paytm that - 'rs.799/- added to my paytm wallet'.

                                But it is not reflected in my paytm account.
                                My paytm wallet is empty showing rs.0/-

                                They are not even replying to my complaints when i am contacting to customer care.

                                  The product provide that is the dell 5559 laptop has be defrctive.
                                  Even the cash back by the paytm has not be provied.
                                  Complaining since long there is no respond by the company many a times contacting customer care the menu is confusing and not provided to contact them.
                                  I need an urgent replacement for this laptop as the laltop is ordered for a student.
                                  I have tried contacting paytm through mail but no response by paytm.
                                  Kindly help!

                                    I made payment of torrent power bill using paytm service wherein it was mentioned a charge of rs12 plus service tax plus actual bill amount however when i made payment paytm has charged rs20 extra this is pure cheating and amounts to fraud towards customer from paytm kindly refund my over charged amount to my account at the earliest. Kindly acknowledge my complaint with reference number and respond within your turn around time. The customer care officer mr. Ashutosh singh want not professional enough to understand my concern and put me on hold to connect me to senior customer care manager however finally informed me that wont be able to do so paytm even dont have a toll free number as they dont want aggrieved customers to call them for resolution also as their customer care number is chargeable kindly help me in getting back my over charged amount of rs.20 back into my account and i dont want it in paytm account in lie of over charge done by them as i have lost trust in them
