My order number [protected] for air tel prepaid mobile ([protected]) recharge of rs390 was unsuccessful but the amount has been debited from the bank. the recharge was carried out on 8july2016 around6:41pm. i have called airtel customer care and they are saying they cannt do anything as the system is showing no recharge on 8july2016. please take correct action asap otherwise my amount should be refunded.

      Recieved product order number [protected] today on 07 jul 16. The courier agent did not recieve the product from me and asked me to call paytm. However paytm is not accessable. There should be direct number to call paytm. The number available is not user friendly and mobile balance is being wasted. Toll free number is showing busy only. I have not expected the same from paytm. T-shirt provided by them is also of low standard comparing to snapdeal. Please resolve this asap

        I have purchased a product from paytm however they have provided incorrect information about the product. When i receive the product it's completely different in quality size. Hence i want my money to be refunded. Order number: [protected]. I am very much dissapointed with paytm service. They only know how to make there customer fool. I want my money to be refunded.

          Fail recharge amount not been refunded yet after 48 hours. i paid 1530 and 870 rs of my electricity bill but both of the payments failed. i dont know why. but paytm has not returned my money back to my bank ac as they promises with in 48 hours. and also they customer care phone number is the worst i have ever seen. no option to talk with the customer care executive. totally crap service.

            I had recharge a wrong no by mistake so the recharge is not done by bcz the truncation is in process I just cancel it urgently and I will send also a mail in paytm but not the work is in process so I just went to that the amount is come to in my paytm wallet so I will recharge a correct no my trancation I'd is [protected] so I will request to all u to plz resolve it as soon as possible

Recharge amount has deducted from my bank acount, also status on my Paytm account is showing as successfull, but benifits are not recieved on my mobile no. I am not able to register a complaint regarding this on Paytm web portal. What can I do

                          Hi Paytm team,
                          I just made a payment for the Delhi University admission fees at www.du.ac.in.
                          At the time of payment of Rs. 11 247, for the first two times webpage showed "time out" & there was no payment acknowledgement on DU webpage and the "pay fees" button was still available, also no paytm acknowledgement were there .
                          After trying from different web browser for the third time my payment was successful with acknowledgement from the Delhi University webpage with an order id 56748. I received an acknowledgement mail from Paytm as well for the successful transaction with the same order ID 56748.
                          But after fifteen minutes of this successful payment I received two more mails for order id 56470, 56290 which were failed.
                          Now Paytm has charged all three transactions (11247*3) from my credit card for a single Roll No.
                          It is requested to you that kindly revert the amount deducted for the failed transactions(order ID 56470 & 56290).
                          I have already mailed to Paytm but there is no response form more then 2 days.

                                    Mera naam nitesh umale he. 18 june 2016 tarik ka mera ticket tha.. pune to aurangabad by md westline travel. wo cancel ho gayi. maine khud bahot wait karne ke baad call karne pr muze pata chala wo cancel ho gayi... uske baad office vale muze bataya ki aapke paise refund ho jayenge.. pr ab tak nahi huye.. maine 7 baar call kiya he ab tak.. o sirf aaj kare ge aaj karenge bolte he.. unka baat karne ka tarika bhi achha nahi he..
                                    So, is ke baad kabhi bhi paytm se bus booking nahi karunga.. paytm give me worst experience of service.

                                    Booking karne pr muze ye massage aaya tha..!!

                                        I purchased ladies stole on paytm.fabtone seller deceived me regarding product weight and original item which was shown in advertise.so I made a complaint on paytm. my complaint was granted and paytm send Rs 221 in my paytm wallet then I used sent to bank option.generally account is credited within 7 to 10 days.I used this option before 37 days still I am waiting for my Rs221.between I made several complaints on paytm but it all in vein .Can I get my amount?
