Sir i had purchased a dell inspiron 1545 laptop adapter from paytm on last year september and that product was in a warranty period of 1 year. after used it for 8 monts now it wont work also which comes under warranty period i had conversed with this matter with paytm customer care from last 1 months they only assured me in words not in work please consider my issue and make a way so i can replace my adapter with a new one.

I have transferred a amount of 5208 from my paytm wallet to my bank account however it is pending from a long time.
It was urgent and i needed this however it is pending there is no option to cancel and retry as well

I booked 4 tickets on june 19 from erode to chennai through paytm, reporting time is 8.45 pm. We didnt received proper boarding point just it mentioned as erode bustand. We were trying to reach the number mentioned in the message and its switch off. So from 8.35 onwards we try reaching paytm customer care and one of the executive himself tried and confirmed that the number of driver is switched off. I called justdail also to know the travel address but they said adhinath travels is not registered, then after 1 hour paytm customer care person confirmed that bus left. I started fighting with paytm daily for refund and i didnt receive any response from them. The bus operator said like he waited for us for sometime and he called us and it takes 45minutes more for us to reach erode so he left but we didnt received any call, suraj from paytm assisted us and he connected to bus operater and they are trusting the operator but not the customers. I am ready to show my call records that travel people didnt called me if i ask the same to show the records they are blank and responding rudely. Now they confirmed that they are not going to refund and i lost around rs.3000. I trusted paytm not the unknown travels. So i strongly request all not to book tickets through paytm.

In paytm there is been written that you will get cashback after recharge or after paying bills or by promo codes but there is no cashback coming and i am not getting the customer care agent contact number and if i will not get cash back i will stop using paytm soon.in my family 5000 members are using paytm i will tell them all to stop using it.

I recharge my phone [protected] but recharge not secses.

I have recharged the UTS mobile App by Net banking through PayTm gateway (it was the only gateway available to pay). Amount got debited from my account but the payment failed. Money not refunded. It's been more than 4 days since the money got debited. I have also registered the complaint in PayTm website. Customer care contact number given in the website is also not working. What is the way to get back the amount?

As per the subject i have transferred my paytm wallet money to my credit card account still this transaction showing the pending status for that transaction also i cant getting this for use in my paytm wallet. i have mailed my query several times but no any solution provided by the company.

Sir this is anil. on 5th july i was adding money to paytm vollet during that period two time deduction from my credit card so please check it and refund the same into my account

I order the samsung j7 on 11/6/2016 rs.14199/- & i got the parcel on 17/6/2016 but when i opened the box so there is no mobile in the box & also mobile box was also opened, i call to the police control room, so he said that please go to the area police station & give the fir against www.paytm.com i do the same also i give this fraud in tv-9 news channel. but there is no any refund are done by the paytm

2nd order id is for iphone 5s
When this 1st story is happen with me so i cancelled the order of iphone 5s but there is 14 days left but there is no refund is credicted on my account

As per above amount rs.2316.00 has been deducted by my bank account and after payment failed amount is not reversed in my bank account till date.

I am recharge 220 rupees mobile number [protected] on via paytm on 02.07.2016 . but not credit the repees in mobile and lost 220 rupees in my account. please refund 220 rupees

Because it will be a cheating. i always use paytm for all biiling & other purchasing. if this type of cheating will happen than how a coustmer satisfy

Dear sir,

I purchased 2 coirfit beetle plus 4 inches mattresses through paytm order no.[protected] dated 16.02.2016, which were delivered to me on 01.03.2016.

Sir, i am very sorry to inform you that both the mattresses have been pressed from the middle and there is zig gac now and look like little curve in the mattresses. it is not comfortable.

I request you to get the mattresses replaced or repaired. i have lodged complaint with paytm one month back and not heard any thing till date.

Please get it replaced or repaired.

I had paid for 5 pc 3fold umbrella rs 890on 30.06.2016 instead of that i had received only one pc that too in damage conditionon 04.07.2016 my order no is [protected] after making complain they send only rs 105/- in my paytm wallet which s totally unidentified amount for me. i hope they are not taking action on it. so i request you to take necessary action on it

I ordered lifeline ab care 111 abdominal ab king pro from paytm, order no is [protected] and paid rs. 3349 on 22 june 2016. it is showing that its shipped and delivered on 30.06.2016, but still i have not received the product. i am totally frustrated with paytm as i wrote many times to them but no satisfactory reply from them, only they are writing matter will be resolved within 24 hrs, but still no progress. on 05.07.2016 i wrote to cancel my order, but still no progress. moreover, if i try to contact them through their telephone[protected], i can not be connected to their executive as this number is ivr system and useless. now i want that my order should be canceled and my money should be refunded to my bank account.

I have order hansraj walnuts from paytm and product came with infestation. after raising complaints with paytm, they say that seller doesn't accept return.. which i understand and i am not returning the product, i am actually asking for replacement. after all i ordered eatable product and not something seller had to throw away. seller is hansraj exports..

Do not buy items from paytm which doesn't have return policy because you might get cheated.

Oh and package is not opened, insects are visible from outside. see the image.

My mobile operator changed from BSNL to Airtel . but i recharged on older onr i. e. Bsnl of RS 120 . i want to recharge 120 on airtel, .
the recharge is not happened on any operator . no is [protected].
i did this recharge at 7:30 pm on 05 july 2016.
i also talked to coustomer care airtel hesaid to me send a complain to paytm . i hope u will resolve my coplain as soon as possible .

Pls check attached product image & ur paytm picture. both are different. its seems product is leather but equally product is fabric..
