I ordered lifeline ab care 111 abdominal ab king pro from paytm, order no is [protected] and paid rs. 3349 on 22 june 2016. it is showing that its shipped and delivered on 30.06.2016, but still i have not received the product. i am totally frustrated with paytm as i wrote many times to them but no satisfactory reply from them, only they are writing matter will be resolved within 24 hrs, but still no progress. on 05.07.2016 i wrote to cancel my order, but still no progress. moreover, if i try to contact them through their telephone[protected], i can not be connected to their executive as this number is ivr system and useless. now i want that my order should be canceled and my money should be refunded to my bank account.

I have order hansraj walnuts from paytm and product came with infestation. after raising complaints with paytm, they say that seller doesn't accept return.. which i understand and i am not returning the product, i am actually asking for replacement. after all i ordered eatable product and not something seller had to throw away. seller is hansraj exports..

Do not buy items from paytm which doesn't have return policy because you might get cheated.

Oh and package is not opened, insects are visible from outside. see the image.

My mobile operator changed from BSNL to Airtel . but i recharged on older onr i. e. Bsnl of RS 120 . i want to recharge 120 on airtel, .
the recharge is not happened on any operator . no is [protected].
i did this recharge at 7:30 pm on 05 july 2016.
i also talked to coustomer care airtel hesaid to me send a complain to paytm . i hope u will resolve my coplain as soon as possible .

Hi, i am vikas i had already paid bill payment of bses rajdhani on 1st july 2016, rs 1320/-. paytm deducted my amount twice for same bill payment. so, i reqest you please resolve this problem as soon as possible. i had already call on customer care but this ir facility only duducted my money from call i had called. otherwise i will go to consumer court.

The order id #[protected] | date mon, 27 jun 2016 shows i have ordered for amway nutralite protin power family pack 1 kg but today i received the all plant protin powder in place of correct order and the containder is in open condition. Paytm cheated me by suppling me a wrong order in opan condition (As the container was not sealed) which i have not ordered and grab my heard earned money.

My paytm account has been disabled. due to which i am unable to place any order. now my wallet had 370 rupees and it is stuck. and i called paytm customer care, they didnot take my call. mailed them many times, no response. now i called paytm again, one guy took my call, asked my paytm account number and said that he is unlocking my account. and so he needs the otp thus generated. as soon as i told him the otp, he used 300 rupees from my wallet and disconnected my call. such a mess this paytm is. i have no idea what to do, whom to ask for help, if paytm customer care people are doing so!

I tried to book a ticket with paytm.com. Rs.1016 go deducted from my account but no refund yet. When I contacted them they said

and this was around 11 days back not sure how many days these people count in their single hour.

It seems they do not have any intention to refund it..

I am thinking of going for a legal action can any one suggest me what are the legal options are open for me?
