I have order many product and received only first product Order ID #[protected] that also not what they show in picture is totally cheap product if your company do like this then please cancel my all order and refund me your company TOLL FREE NUMBER ALSO NO ONE ANSWER NO HELP LINE MAIL ID coz we paid before so you can send what ever you want

Yesterday two payments had taken place through my sbi card ending with last 4 digits 2161 and by details thro' mobile [protected].
There were two payments of Rs.4996 and Rs.4990.
The intruder 's mobile is [protected].
The transactions taken place at 13:13 and 13:16

Kindly cancel the transactions and arrange to get credit of the same.

on 23 june i requested to return money to my bank account which i got in paytm wallet after refund.
649 rupees still not transferred to my account . i have wasted a lot of time in emailing and writng to care but none is being done.

I ordered Lenovo K3 Note with a payment of Rs.9820. After 5 days when the product has not been delivered i contact the courier partner.What i heard was shocking..the merchant denied to deliver the same. Now my questions: can a merchant do so without intimating customer? Next, how a reputed brand PAYTM is dealing with its valuable customer?Where is my money & who is using the public money for such a no. of days? It is nothing but cheating its customer...shame on you...

I saw your advertisement of paytym, that in petrol pump also..we can pay the amount though your app "paytym"... thats good idea you have put on...bt,

On the other side, uhh don't feel is it safe to use mobile phones on petrol pump ???...any tym, any day a accident can happen...
Because, , you people must also..be knowing about the use mobile phone in petrol pump...which is not safe for us...

The problem I am facing is that I am not able to recharge my idea number through paytm. When I try to recharge .. It doesn't show J&K under the option of ' city ' hence no further process is done . Please resolve my problem asap.

Spy The North Face Black Sleeping Bag-Black and i didn't recived the parcel it goes back and till now i didn't get back my money till now. and for this shopping my order id was Your Order No is[protected] and i mailed too many times and till now my query isn't resolve so tell me how much will it to take get back my refund. this is my very bad experience with paytm i think on the basis of this purchase i never used paytm again.

I tried for a postpaid recharge amount of Rs 343.86 on July 3rd 2016. But idea declined the transaction and Paytm given a message like "We have refunded the amount to your Paytm wallet for your failed order".Why the hell is paytm adding that money to the wallet?That is a terribble trespassing into a consumer's right.Paytm always behaves like this.They always tries to add the failed transaction amount to their wallet.Customer must have the oiption that whether the money to be refunded back to the bank A/c or to the paytm wallet. I don't want my money in paytm wallet. I need it to be refunded in my own Bank A/c.

Yesterday i was recharge my no[protected] rs 299using paytm. but the recharge is failed .but my amount is taken from my account.so please refunt my amount. but i am contact you are helpline number. but not responsible one. so i am sent this complaint. so please proceed my complaint

On 31st May I have done recharge of 294 Rs but recharge was not done due to some technical problems but my money was deducted from my account. As per company requirement i have provided them the pdf copy of my account statement which clearly show that amount was transferred to them but they reply me they didn't receive any money from my transaction. I have contacted bank they also said the same thing amount was transferred.
Please help me in getting my money refund.

You executive is totally manner less and he has no knowledge, how to handle customer . He was saying to me we will not help talk to your bank . When i told i am also a banker and working with HDFC Bank and i know very well bank will never help as at there no any roll of bank, then he said you have to GO TO CONSUMER COURT, COURT WILL HELP. let me explain is it right way of talking to your customer. I had asked several time for his name and your corporate office address and he said every time ITS CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION HE WILL NOT SHARE .I cant understand any staff name and any company's corporate office address HOW TO POSSISBLE ITS CONFIDENTIAL plz answer my points. If i will not receive sufficient answer i will write to your MD OR CEO. Waiting for your positive response. Several times marked mail registered complaint at customer help but no any resolution came. And also inform me what action taken by you for your executime whose suggested me you can go to consumes court.

I am sunil and I've paid my mobile bill at date 29th of June and my order no. Is [protected] and amount is 350 but my bill was not paid and amount is already deducted in my account. a msg is from paytm is that my refunded value is in my paytm wallet but I didn't found it
And customer care was not picking up the call tell me what will I do for my cash refund ...

Paytm has many recharge complaints why you doesn't take steps to stop these complaints.if any one recharge for urgent use this kind of refund answers are not much good so kindly take steps to stop these complaints I have many times face this complaints so this the last to use paytm here onwards I never use this application and never recommend any other people to use this application I totally hate this kind of application

Gud aftnun sir, we have recharged through paytm 78rs as a special recharge to [protected] bsnl service.paytm has shown transaction successful and its id is [protected]. we did not receive any blnc regarding dis so take immidiate action.
