I have made an payment of my landline from paytm & used my HDFC bank account details not payment wallet.

The amount has been deducted from my bank account & paytm team said that we have been refund all the deducated amount in your payment wallet.

It is really suprising things!!! when i am making payment from my bank a/c & updating me that we have refunded your all amount in paytm wallet.

Please do need full for the same ASAP.

    Hello,
    i am bharat singla. i am booking three flight tickets through yatra.com. and i pay for these flights through paytm. As per yatra.com and paytm offer. they give 300 rs cashback in paytm wallet if any one pay online to yatra.com from paytm. i book three flight ticket separately one by one. and pay separate for each ticket. as per offer. now i am eligible for 300 rs cashback of each ticket means 900 rs as cashback. but i receive only 600 rs cashback. i call to yarta.com and they ask me that they already send my cashback to paytm so it is the paytm fault. i try to call paytm contact no. no one pick up my call. and they charge 50+ rs for call. i write to paytm in complaint about my problem. but no reply. now i am fully frustrated from paytm. so i file my complaint here in consumersompaint.com. i hope that now my problem will getting solve. i want to ask people do not use paytm. it is worst site. and i also want to give suggestion to paytm. please improve your customer helpline and provide any toll free no. so people can easily call.

      I booked 3 ticket for my wife, mother in law and my wife's cousin sister for 24th june from delhi to nainital with paytm the order no was : is[protected]. Travel was mahesharam

      When the waiting for the bus, they got sms from mahesharam agent saying that the bus which was booked is not available, and they provided another bus no to travel from.

      When these 3 ladies found the bus and tried to go in, the drive and conductor said them they can not travel through the bus as their name is not in the list.

      My wife and mother in law tried to explain that they have sms, they even denied to see it. Then they started using abusive language and ask them to get another bus which was in very bad condition. So my wife asked him that as per sms they should travel in this bus, at that moment driver got very angry and threaten them to throw out of bus with the luggage.

      My wife was crying when she called me. I asked her to call paytm customer care, i also called paytm customer care.
      The guy/girl who talked with my wife suggested to book another bus and leave that bus.

      When i talked with customer care i took my wife on conference and again explain the whole scenario as i wanted to take some very strong step against those driver and conductor. Paytm customer care gave me assurance that they will act on it strongly.
      He suggested to take the another bus which that conductor was showing.

      So, my wife checked that bus, but it was extremely unhygienic and dirty, even the seat we booked was not available and they provide the one which was no top of tyre. It was not good for them to travel so they asked driver that they are leaving the bus.
      At this moment the another person block their way and told them they can not leave the bus. It was very abusive and as there were 3 ladies other customer who were travelling jump in between and scolded that person that how they can behave like this with ladies. And because of that help they were able to left that bus.

      Then in the night around 10 pm, my wife was running here and there to book another bus. It was only because we purchased a ticket from paytm. At the end they god another bus and traveled to destination."

        Dear Sir,

        I paid my electricity bill and use promo code but I have not received cash back.
        I have use promo code successfully than money added in my wallet then I have receipt a OTP and open my massage inbox check for it after that My Paytm App closed. Then I Started paytm app and use promo code but promo code Box Given massage this code can be use one time only.

            I have mailed so many times. But nobody is responding now. I have ordered earring on paytm app from my father account no [protected].but the piece of earring was defected. The return was picked up.Refund was made and then withdrawn.Refund for dg jewels leafy earrings of 109 is still pending. Order no [protected]. I m very disappointed with such services of paytm.

                Past one month, i'm try to do the return, but your still not resolving the ticket and closing yours side with out conforming me. I'm very much un happy with this service provided by paytm. I have asked that, please take a proper resolving action. Or else please give the address i'm ready to ship the product to your place, but i'm don't any proper response. Please refund my money, i'm not happy about the product.

                  I ordred perfume of worth 2500 on 12th june. But its been more than 17 days and i have not recieved product yet. There is no option to cancel and tracking link is not working. I have escalated the issue more than two times but no response from them. Customer care are also not able to answer.

                  Moreover that, now on my account its showing that product has been delivered. On tracking its showing that product was shipped from "sweden" and delivered at "kakinada karnatka"

                  On account, no tracking number. Their customer care provided rd[protected]se which stating pruduct shipped from sweden and delivered in kakinada karnataka which is to be delivered at jaipur rajasthan

                  They still saying it will take another 10 days. Who will compensate my time and panic. I need appropriate compensation and product.

                  How can it be resolve?? The guy called me asking my card details. How can i give him card detail. HE was calling from personal mobile number and said he was from PayTm. PayTm do not have any such informatiom. H said my payment got declined but i din get any message from Bank. He was talking in arrogant manner. I am a consumer and who gave him right to talk with me in arrogant manner. mY product id:1806545755

                  I got call in this morning from[protected].This guy simply asked my CVV number and threaten me to mark the issue resolved if i do not provide him the CVV number. Earlier i lodged complaint against PayTm for my undelivered product.
                  Instead of solving the issue he was creating new one!! Dear team, could you please explain the need of CVV number to cancel and refund the money.

No product available inside the package rather it was empty box with invoice. This is second time am facing the same issue and recommend others to think over before you order a product from Paytm

                                      I've purchased aveeno baby wash and shampoo from paytm on 7th june 2016. I've received a mail on 9th june stating product has been shipped.In less than 2days i received another mail that the product is delivered... But it never reached me... I tried mailing to paytm and raised many complaints... But they never took care of it. The only say that they require 3days to work on it on priority basis... It was already 13days passed.. But there is no response from them... Complaints were been raised in the grievence on level by level to all the levels... But no use... I think they is scam happening in paytm... That is the reason why paytm is not having customer care support over phone... They only display phone numbers but no option to speak to customer care executive

                                        Hi, I had recharged my delhi metro card for Rs 300 first but it said operator down so I thought they wll refund later as it had happened before the same day which they had refunded, so I went ahead and send the complaint to paytm and received a automated reply with order no ..I then tried 2nd time for 100rs..till now total of 400 hasn't been refunded.do they have humans to answer calls rather than sending automated reply...
