I ordered food from bercos restaurant through food panda and payed using paytm (Transaction id : [protected]) on[protected]
The amount has been debited twice from my bank account
I checked on the website on my account (Paytm.com) although it only shows the transaction once there
I waited this while for the automated refund to happen but it has'nt been done yet
Kindly get back to me with the details

      Hi team,

      I had credited inr 546 from my paytm account to my friends syndicate bank account & amount has been deducted from my paytm account but still not credited to bank.
      Bank account no : [protected]
      Date of transaction : 27th may 2016

      I wrote mail to [protected]@care on 13th june (Complaint/ticket no : #[protected] & they asked me to share my bank statement!! I have shared that also on 22nd june.
      Still today there is no response from the team/

      Please help!!

        I had ordered one munakka product through paytm which cost 795rs but seller sent my lower quality product which cost 695rs and now they are refusing to refund my money or replacing my product.
        My order no is [protected]. And reason for non cancellation is not justified it is just a deliberate cheating by paytm and kabliwalas both. Paytm is fully supporting kabliwalas

              I lost my registered mobile no. with paytm, now due to secure login system i am not able to login into it, if we don't have mobile no. there should be the option to send OTP on email id but it is not, i fed-up to call and mail to Paytm customer service, i sent many mails but didn't get a single response, i never seen this kind of ridiculous customer service from any other company.

              I suggest you all don't use paytm, because in future whenever you face any problem know one here to listen you.

                My self shikhar dhameeja i have to use our paytm app for the mobile balance recharge. On date 24.06.2016 at time of 9:29pm to recharge mobile balance of 209rs mob. No. [protected] (Airtel) but balance not given to my no. & cash is reduced my account & paytm will show recharge is successful.
                Please sir give me a money retuns to my account.

                    We have purchased mixer (Vendor-prestige-750watt) on 26/05/16 but due to body damage same was returned and was collected from billing address on 15/06/16 and confirmation mail recieved from payatm care on 17/06/16 for refund initiation within 24hrs (Reverse slip is attached in mail to care. Paytm.com) as per return policy.
                    But till now no refund is recieved in my credit card account, repeated reminders are sent on 21/06 and 24/06/16 but no positive approach to resolve the matter is observed.
                    Pl. Do the needful.

                      I am manjunath j nayak, residing in bangalore.

                      I have placed an order for gas stove through paytm.com, because o[censored]navailability of the product, they have refunded my amount of rupees 2799 to my paytm wallet. I have transfered that amount to my corporation bank account but till now it has not been transfered to my account.

                      I communicated to the senior manager of the bank, they told me "paytm has not remit the money", but paytm care are keep telling that they have transfered the money.

                      I have given bank statement as well for 2 months.

                      At last i started to beg them, still no reply from them.

                        I had ordered one Havells inta cook ET Induction cooktop on 15 june 2016 .It was cancelled as the order declined by seller. However without asking my choice Rs 3325 were transferred to my Paytm wallet.
                        I want my money in my bank account. Transferring money through Paytm app is deducting Rs140 unnecessarily. I kindly request the Grievance redressal cell to return my money to my bank account without charging any extra fees.

                          i have use paytm for postpaid bill payment on 06/06/2016 transaction failed and my bank account was debited with rs.5034/-, i have sent mail regarding this matter on same day and their revert was that it will get refunded in 2-3 days, but still not refunded, i have also provided them my bank satement on 13/06/2016, but still no revert from their side. Please do needful and refund asap.

                              I want to complaint against the PAYTM recharges service Site.
                              I tried to recharge for y my Airtel DTH service from the Paytm site www.paytm.com

                              MY order number is

                              Time:23 Jun '16 9:27 pm
                              the amount 276 was debited from my ICICI debit card account immediatly and got the confirmation from the bank
                              PAY TM assures the recharges happens successfully but not happen.
                              in Pay tm my order status shows as pending...
                              PAYTM says if post the payment 2 hours the status will be updated the amount will reflect in Paytm wallet. which not happen. now my money got in vain and the PAYTM says 24/7 customer care which is absolute waste service where no one is to help.
                              NOw i need my money back. iam really highly frustrated with this stupid, cheat service of PAYTM.
                              Kindly help in getting the money back from PAYTM

                                  I recharged my airtel dth on 19 june 2016for rs 291. Airtel dth card no: [protected].

                                  It said "your recharge of is pending with the operator.

                                  After 5 days, neither did i get the recharge, nor m i able to cancel the order (Since i don't get the option). The amount has been debited from my bank account. I want a refund for the same asap in my bank account.

It is totally disgusting /unfaithfull to the customer and since 3months have passed away.But nothing i get it.

                                      I have ordered a sauna belt using paytm but later on cancelled that order. Since I paid using my debit card so the amount was refunded into paytm wallet from there I had refunded an amount of ₹196 into my account on[protected] but that amiunt is still not credited into my account. I had sent various mails regarding the issue to Paytm but only reply I get is that they will get back to me soon, and there is no other way to contact them.

                                        I have book semi sleeper bus (manali to delhi) of Rs 2790 for two ticket
                                        (Order Number: [protected]) but they have provide me the seater bus.
                                        i have pay extra rs 1000(2 seat) for semi sleeper bus, also i have cancelled the same category bus which amount is approx 2000 ([protected])for two seat because i want semi sleeper bus.
                                        I want my full money back for this faulty service & inconvenience.
