good morning i have use the application but im having some problems, the problem is i have paid the amount but the recharge is not successful yet...
I request you to please have a look behind this problem. As i will be always using your application.. if this kind of issues will continue than i need to look for another application. as i need to pay the postpaid bill on time.

I want to complaint against the PAYTM recharges service Site.
I tried to recharge for y my Airtel DTH service from the Paytm site www.paytm.com

the amount 276 was debited from my ICICI debit card account immediatly and got the confirmation from the bank
PAY TM assures the recharges happens successfully but...

I am purchase the some game product to through the paytm but my transaction in not show and i am not purchase my game item but my bank account detect my cash 350 rs so plz help me plz plz

I recharged my airtel dth on 19 june 2016for rs 291. Airtel dth card no: [protected].

It said "your recharge of is pending with the operator.

After 5 days, neither did i get the recharge, nor m i able to cancel the order (Since i don't get the option). The amount has been debited from my bank account. I want a refund for the same asap in my bank account.

I have booked carrier ac 1.5 tonne through paytm on 19.04.2016 for about rs.39000/- as on date i have not received the cash back offer for around rs.5000/- so far. It is totally disgusting /unfaithfull to the customer and since 3months have passed away.But nothing i get it.

I have ordered a sauna belt using paytm but later on cancelled that order. Since I paid using my debit card so the amount was refunded into paytm wallet from there I had refunded an amount of ₹196 into my account on[protected] but that amiunt is still not credited into my account. I had sent various mails regarding the issue to Paytm but only reply I get is that they will get back to me soon, and there is no other way to contact them....

I have book semi sleeper bus (manali to delhi) of Rs 2790 for two ticket

i have pay extra rs 1000(2 seat) for semi sleeper bus, also i have cancelled the same category bus which amount is approx 2000 ([protected])for two seat because i want semi sleeper bus.
I want my full money back for this faulty service & inconvenience....

I ordered 2 jeans pants on 30th may 2016 by paying 2828/-. But at the time of delivery they delivered only one. But they showed they have delivered both. I had ordered hot and cold water dispenser for rs 2899.00 and they delivered me hot and normal water dispenser that too after 15 days as this was prepaid order.

I complained as soon as I received the order that this is the wrong product delivered to me they said they are working on it and they will give proper resolution and get the wrong product picked up and deliver the right product.

It is been 20 days and...

Order id #[protected] of Gionee Elife S7 (Black) hanging issue comes continuously. one a day After complete charging phone not power on.
It is in dead condition.

Poor feedback recive from product.

Many times contact with paytm no response recive from paytm.

No action taken from paytm.

Please help me how to return.

I recharged for 201 under 3g on their website and I got a roaming pack instead.these guys dont care what recharge u get.wrong infomation is provided on their website.guys only recharge from operator website like vodafone, reliance, bsnl etc.dont use this site.the owner is booked for fraud.trust me I thought this website is easy way to recharge all sim cards.
top ups, 3g etc.but when they fk up by providing incorrect info, u get f8*ed...

I have given my wallet upgrade request online and asked for a document pickup. After 3 to 4 days of request, one person from Paytm called me, came to my office and collected all the documents.
