I ordered 2 jeans pants on 30th may 2016 by paying 2828/-. But at the time of delivery they delivered only one. But they showed they have delivered both. I lodged a complaint on their site after such a long delay they told me to return the one piece i got to get the refund of both. So i returned the pant I got refund of that piece but i still hove not got the money back of that missing pant which is of 1414/-. Every time i contact with them they ask for 48-72 hours time to resolve but nothing happens. Its been 20 days I am suffering from this ill business. The order id is [protected]. Please help.

    Metro card recharge refund my amount in bank a/c

    I recharged my delhi metro card on 18 june 2016 (Saturday) for rs 300. Card no: 64964161.

    It said "your recharge of is pending with the operator.

    After 24 hours, neither did i get the recharge, nor m i able to cancel the order (Since i don't get the option). The amount has been debited from my bank account. I want a refund for the same asap in my bank account.

    I had ordered hot and cold water dispenser for rs 2899.00 and they delivered me hot and normal water dispenser that too after 15 days as this was prepaid order.

    I complained as soon as I received the order that this is the wrong product delivered to me they said they are working on it and they will give proper resolution and get the wrong product picked up and deliver the right product.

    It is been 20 days and I called tem 4 times everytime they asked 24 to 48 hours to resolve the issue.

    No body is ready to pick up the product and refund me rs 2899.00 then seller has actually cheated me as he gave the description of Hot and Cold Water Dispenser and on box which is delivered o me it is also same description even the booklet contains the hot and cold water details but the product is hot and normal water dispenser.

    Seller is a cheater and looting the customer.

      It is in dead condition.

      Poor feedback recive from product.

      Many times contact with paytm no response recive from paytm.

      No action taken from paytm.

      Please help me how to return.

        I recharged my airtel connection yesterday for 249. Mobile no: [protected].

        It said "Your recharge of airtel mobile [protected] of Rs 249 is pending with the operator. We will continue trying or you may cancel the order after 2 hours.

        after 2 hours, neither did I get the recharge, nor m I able to cancel the order(since I don't get the option). The amount has been debited from my bank account. I want a refund for the same asap.

          I recharged for 201 under 3g on their website and I got a roaming pack instead.these guys dont care what recharge u get.wrong infomation is provided on their website.guys only recharge from operator website like vodafone, reliance, bsnl etc.dont use this site.the owner is booked for fraud.trust me I thought this website is easy way to recharge all sim cards.
          top ups, 3g etc.but when they fk up by providing incorrect info, u get f8*ed .
          when u tell them that they fuc55d up, they say to contact operator, service provider etc .when u call operator like vodafone they tell to contact paytm.in the end u loose.so dont rely on these private company websites which recharge for other companies.

            I have given my wallet upgrade request online and asked for a document pickup. After 3 to 4 days of request, one person from Paytm called me, came to my office and collected all the documents.

            He informed me that i will get a call within 2 days and wallet will be upgraded in 7 working days. But, even after completion of around 10 working days, the callback is not received and the wallet is not upgraded. When checking with the PayTM they are saying that the request is not yet received.

            This is a worst management that a network has no capability to track the Requests submitted and the documents collected.

            I would suggest everyone to move out of the PayTM Network to some other better wallet, as they have already established so that they are so careless in handling customers now.

            Very Poor Management by PayTM.

                Did you have gone through the tickets which is being mentioned in the mail, i have raised the return request earlier about two months ago and at the particular moment paytm has also insured that it will returned as the product is not for vehicle "honda jazz" also the title was wrong of the same product.

                Also if you have been gone through the attached image you will never told this statement :-

                We would like to inform you that the product purchased by you against order # [protected] is of speedwav brand designed for honda jazz and the product is a genuine product from speedwav.

                I am not interested in the make of the product but my major concern is that the product should be designed as per outer body of the vehicle, as this product leaves the moderate gap over the vehicle outer body curves. So i can't use the product and at the same time this product is fake as per its title and its usage and you need not to convince me any more.

I have received the product empty & i have already lodge complaint against that and one sales executive(lukhveer) comes on my address & pick up the empty product on dated 08/04/2015 and gave me a receipt as a proof against pick up my product after that many times i have lodge complaint against issue .
                  But till now neither i did not receive my product nor refund or any call from paytm .

                  So please solve this problem as soon as possible ...

                      I lost access to old number and cannot login as otp is being sent to old number. I urgently need to buy a phone. I provided PayTm with my new number, old number and all other details.

                      For 2 of those tickets I got a response asking some more documents, which I provided immediately, within a time-span of 5 minutes. But after that no response from them for many days and one day suddenly I get email that ticket is closed please provide feedback. I mean what is wrong with them?!
                      I have approx 4000 in my PayTm wallet, which are locked now!

                        I paid my electricity bill through Paytm in april month2016 but still i am getting that paid bill as due in my electricity bill for month of may and june. But the payment got cancelled and a message came that "an amount of rs182.48 is added to my wallet. Transaction id:[protected]. Current balance: rs 182.69". So i checked my balance on wallet, but it is showing my balance as rs.27.58. Kindly take a look and revert to me as soon as possible.

                            I had booked formal shoes in paytm, after i get it size was not set to me.
                            so i send it back trough return option, the delivery boy came and left with that formal shoes, but i didn't receive my amount in my wallet, im waiting for since 9 days, but didn't receive money. please do needful as soon as possible. i had booked so many products, but i dont have any problem like this. please refund my amount.

                              Please guide me where to complain against paytm which has sold a damaged and expired cashew packet causing food poisoning among family members.

                              I purchased cashew packets from paytm and I have invoice for the same. But the cashews tasted very very bad in taste and smell bad..we felt sick and 2 family members felt stomach ache and fell sick due to food poisoning..
                              This was reported to paytm and they asked me to send photos, after sharing photos they told me that cashew look fine..and they refused to take Back, change or refund..
                              The cashews are not consumable but I am looking for help on reporting this matter to food authority of India or other relevant authority as my complaint against paytm.

                              Can someone please guide me contact no or email where I can send this product for investigation and action against paytm.

                                Hi, i just tried recharging my vodafone number with rs. 250, the money got debited but the session expired at peent gateway. Transaction ref no ig0cfccvw4
                                The error message states gateway timeout
                                The proxy server did not recieve a timely response from the upstream server.

                                Please look into the matter and respond as soon as possible. This is the first time this has happened and usually the amount gets credited in my paytm wallet but that didn't happen too.

                                  Cannot rely on paytm promotions and the customer care. Horrible experience.

                                  I used a promotion from paytm to place an order on. The code was "home50nextbuy" and as per the terms and conditions of this promo a 50% cashback code for the next order will be mailed to qualifying users on 2nd june’2016.

                                  I qualified for this cashback and got an email. As per the steps on the email i was suppose to place a new order and apply the code locked to my userid. But the code never worked.

                                  I was continuously writing emails to paytm customer care and following up to get exact code but none of the response help resolve the issue. I was clearly stating that the last day is 15th june and please help with details so that i can avail the offer. But they only tried to buy time never responded to close the issue.

                                  On one response they will buy time for next 2 days and suddenly close the email with a very absurd and non-conclusive answer. I requested to give me a call on mobile for providing clarification as well, but even then there was no response from them. Each time i have stressed that the last day is 15th june. But still they delayed.

                                  They are still cheating. I have dropped over 10-15 mails and they are not taking any ownership. Not even attempting to help.

                                  It a clear case of fraud. The give a promo and then they themselves do not abide to the guidelines. I have all the emails communication with them
