I have made a transaction on 18th june 2016 worth rs.286.8/- and bought 2 movie tickets through paytm for show on 19th june 2016.
They mentioned that promocode is applicable only for movie shows on 19th june 2016.
They never mentioned that tickets must be booked on 19th june 2016.
So i request you for justice and make them pay my cashback.

    I am trying to connect with customer care but they are not responding...

    When i ask for should someone call me then i got call from one lady and they disconnect call by herself after one minute...

    And loos she not interested to look into problem...

    Very bad experience...

    I am still requesting paytm people that please help me.

      I have ordered mobile from paytm.
      Order number #[protected]
      Handset name: nokia 230 dual sim (Black & dark silver)
      Amount: rs. 4004
      Today[protected] i have received parcel from delivery boy.
      When i opened that box, i was shocked to see the empty box which was having only mobile accessories not mobile handset.
      Even the mobile box was not sealed.

      This is a big fraud with customer.

      I need my handset asap with sealed box else i will going to file fir complaint against paytm fraud.
      This is very frustrating as i have not received my mobile and additional i will have to waste my time for getting justice on it.

        I ordered "Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein 2 Lb" on june 11th and was eagerly waiting for the product to be delivered, instead i got this stupid "x-tra gainer" which has an MRP of Rs. 735/-. This is a totally different category of product. I ordered a high quality protein supplement instead i got this mass gainer.
        This is the worst online shopping experience I ever had.

          Paytm guys have deducted money of rs. 666 (By pos-one97communications) from my bank account,
          I tried to recharge my videocon d2h (Id:[protected]
          My bank name is bank of india,
          Time of deduction - 1:50 p. M. Today (20/06/2016),
          But now these guys are doing drama that they haven't recieved any money/payment is not confirmed.
          Stop the drama & recharge my videocon d2h right now...

              Payment of rs. 28480 received by paytm! Your order no is-[protected] been cancelled by seller after 6days. Called paytm customer care they say due to service issue order cancelled.

              The same selled is allowing me to place the order again. Very worst management of paytm. They don't care customer.

              Also 3days back, they say website says product is ready waiting for courier pickup. Both seller and paytm is cheating customers and wasting time.

                one time already complain had been done but from your side no any action taken. previous complain/ticket no. is 03293449.
                Really, i am not satisfied from your lazy service. Do the needful Action.

                so, what can i do, please give me a solution to login my account.

                  I noticed an unauthorised debit in my PayTM wallet which was done few days back. I never recieved any OTP or alert to know that some transaction has happened.
                  After rounds of follow up with the customer care, I recieved details of the transaction which I never did. This looks like an account takeover / Cyber Theft.
                  PayTM is not willing to take any responsibility of this instance which happened because of their failure to secure my PayTM wallet. Let me know right way to deal with this.

                    I recharged my mobile number [protected] with RS 145 through paytm site on 11/06/2016 and I received confirmation from the site but I haven't received my recharge. Regarding that I contacted airtel they informed that as such no records of RS 145 at their side and they guided us to contact pay tm site. Mean while I contacted Paytm site they informed that the amount was successfully recharged and they guided us to contact air tel. Both of them were not giving suitable response. Please look into this matter and guide me. The details of the recharge through paytm site as follows

                      While i was booking ticket on bookmyshow i got a notification that i will get 25% cash back bt i didn't get the cashback. It's my humble req to take a action as much fast as much possible. I need money urgently. I want to go for a movie today and i am a regular user of paytm and this kind of disturbance may lead to some saviour problems becoz i was expecting the cash back will come soon

                        I have purchased a headphone from paytm delivered to me on 09.05.2016 which order no is [protected] and the product is covered under warranty for three month. Recently the headphone is not working i complaint the paytm, they advised to reach manufacturer which name is paracops. But i could not be able to find the contact of the manufacturer from internet for kolkata. So my complaint is that if there is noy any manufacturer with this name then why they sold the product of that manufacturer to the customers.. Kindly take any proper action to resolve this issue.

                          Paytm complaint ticket no is 03184832.

                          I didnt recive the order but in statues it is showing delivered.When i contacted costumer care they said they will contact the seller and let me know.But even after several mails there is no proper response.
                          Paytm costumer service is the worst service i have ever seen.No serious action on complaints.
                          They have deliverd it in wronge address. I didnt even get a call from delivery boy during the delivery.I made so many orders from paytm since 2014. Every item came to correct address.This is the first time i facing this kind of issue.

                          I asked them to refund my amount but no response .

                          I really lost my fate on paytm.

                                    In reference of above subject i would like to state that i had placed an order for 4 mini hand sewing machine vide said order no. By prepaid system.
                                    Today (June18th 2016) i have received shipped packed through respective courier but sorry to inform u that there were only one piece in stead of four pieces in that packet. For 04 pieces i have paid the sum amount of rs.552=00 (Five hundred fifty two only) including shipping charges.
                                    Hence, i request you that either you make an early arrangement of dispatch or deposit the difference amount of 03 pieces in my paytm wallet and inform me, the current status by return email.
