This was a electric bill for cesc kolkata, they are saying your bill is not paid from paytm. And in paytm order status its showing successful. Please help me sir, bill amount was 1570.00/ —

    I have paid my bses rajdhani electricity bill of inr4340 dated 18-jun-2016 which was duly debited from my bank account but you sent me the message that the transaction/ order is failed rather my account has been debited with the above mentioned amount and bses has not received the bill payment. If the transaction has been failed why my bank account has been debited?
    You are requested to refund the amount of inr 4340 and credit the same at your earliest.

(remark-wrongly refunded)

        I have ordered head championship tennis balls pack of 3 from online. Order invoice is attached.

        Order no:- [protected] on date 09/06/2016

        The package received was good from outside.

        The ball container seems old & having scratches outside, the plastic cap was loose, the aluminium seal was not available inside

        Head printed on the balls seems that it is duplicate & done locally.

        I have tried to log complain in the paytm custormer portal but i cannot write any thing in description portal. I have called on [protected] customer care but there is no any option to talk with customer care executive.

        I want the original balls instead of the same & i would return the balls after receiving original balls without any charges.

          Hi Sir,
          My Brother ([protected]) was trying to send Rs.700 to my Paytm account([protected]) on 5th June. But mistakenly he transferred to [protected].
          When we contacted that person, he said he don't have any paytm account and he don't know how to use. We told him, we can can guide you but still he didn't wanted to refund us back through paytm.
          We asked him what would be the best means for him to refund that back. He told he will transfer it through bank and asked my bank details. I have given him that also.But even after 8 days he didn't transferred it.
          Then after various attempts of call, he picked my call. I told him, if he cant transfer the money. Then atleast do a recharge of 700 on my mobile.He agreed to that. But still he didn't done the recharge till now.And now he is telling he can't do the recharge also. In short he is now denying to give my money back.

          I raised a request with Paytm also(ticket no.[protected] for refunding back the money as their policy(https://paytm.com/faq/payment/refund) says if the money is transferred to a person and he don't have any paytm account & he didn't create it within 3 days of transfer, the money will be refunded back to the sender.(Screeshot attached). And here in this, its already more than 14 days and the recipient don't have paytm account(watsapp confirmation screenshot attached).
          But they are also not adhering to this policy.So, I request you sir to ask Paytm to comply by their policy and refund back that money to sender's wallet([protected]). please sir ..please help.

            I was about to pay electricity bill through paytm wallet but stopped at the last step and logged out.
            When i again logged in to complete the process there was no cash in wallet and in your order list it showed payment failed. I have lost all my money even without paying for anything. The amount is huge 2220 rs. I request you to take a strict action against it as quickly as possible..

              This day, i have received the callmate power bank. But i am surprised to see that the same is a damaged piece. The same is unable to charge, as the charging slot is improper, therefore, i request to replace the power bank immediately.

                      I purchased a product from paytm mee mee cradle for INR 6499/- using promocode TY15, 15% cashback with no terms and conditions, by that case i suppose to get 15% mean INR 975/- instead of that I received INR 300/-, I contacted through mail and Phone their response is wait for 48-72hrs, I awaited and asked again they replied wait for 24-48 hrs, I again called them for same issue this time they spent almost 1hr time and escallated my case to team manager MANOJ SINGH he replied same wait for 24-48 hrs, I asked him please provide Ref no and your ID for further communication on this case, he said there will be no Id and ref no for this communication and paytm will resolve it and let you know in 24-48 hrs, still no response from them. My paytm ref no is 03063344 for order ID [protected]

                      Please kindly resolve my issue

                          Someone make a fraud call to ask about otp, by mistake my father given him the otp.

                          Some one make fraud transaction for 5 time through paytm id on 15/6/2016.

                          Total transfer amount is 49, 312 rs.

                          The details of fraud transactions is as follows:

                          The first six digits and last four digits of my sbi maestro card is 600206 and 2033.

                            I purchased a product with product id [protected] and since the product is not good i have returned the product. Its been 2 months and they are saying the product is in transit.

                            The courier people confirmed that they delivered the product. Paytm says the product is in transit. I called 20 times to customer care till now and every time they say the give you 2 to 3 days we will resolve and i dont here from them

                              On 15.06.2016 at about 5:45 p.m. i made a payment towards my CESC Bill for Rs. 2830/- through Paytm, but after processing the payment details vide my order No. [protected] paytm shown my payment status as "Payment confirmation awaited" whereas then and there my bank account was debited by Rs. 2826/-. After asking several times to Paytm authority from my registered mobile No. [protected] and Email ID gopal.[protected]@gmail.com I were informed that money will be returned either in Paytm wallet account or be credited in my bank account within 24 hours. But it is now more than 48 hours expired, my money not come back. By the way my CESC bill due date is going to expire. Hence in such harassed situation may I request to your goodself to kindly do the needful at your earliest.

And very after that complain I am receiving so many fake calls in my registered mobile No. [protected] asking for my PayTm Password No., Debit Card No., Credit Card No., Bank account No. and it is the main suspicious to me that all the people demanded that they are from PayTm Customer Care department. Now I am very afraid of these. By taking OTP from my mobile (as I given to them with faith) they also changed my PayTm Password, which again I changed recently and then saw a number of of transactions were trying to make there (though all were failed). Sir, I am availing net banking facility for which now I am very much worried about. My another problem is that the transaction which I made on 15/06/2016 through paytm order no. [protected] for the payment of my CESC Bill of Rs. 2, 830/-, the transaction has failed but now it is about 2 days gone, still neither I got the money back nor the money added with my PayTm Wallet account, though the money deducted from my bank account the very after my failed transaction with PayTm. Hence in such harassed situation may I request to your goodself to kindly take the necessary actions and please arrange to back my money at your earliest. My registered mobile No. [protected] and me Email ID is gopal.[protected]@gmail.com Sir I am anxiously waiting for your necessary steps and actions.

                                Sir,
                                On 10/06/2016 i have tried to make electricity bill payment for uttar pradesh power corporation no. [protected] for an amount of rs. 2621 through paytm.
                                The amount was successfully deducted from my icici bank account, but the bill transaction failed. As paytm order no. For bill payment is [protected].

                                Also i could see the refund amount in my wallet on 16/06/16, but after some time today its again gone. Neither in wallet nor credited in my bank account.

                                Kindly help me out to get back my money.

                                  I purches 4.1 audio service in your paytm. But you send that parcel after the delivary date. So now I troubled to receive the parcel. I realy hurted for your service. I need the parcel. It is very important to me.the mistake is your side. So please do something to receive the order. Your customer service performace also very very poor compsrd to other providers. I already paid to this parcel.if you fail to send the parcel there after I surly said I can't purcahes even a single item in paytm.I need that.I already mailed you but no response for that mail.                                   Somebody called from paytm asked my bank detail. And disconnect the call. I am afraid about these call. So now I want a proper solution.
                                  Paytm service is vey poor. Customer service very very poor compard
                                  to others. If you want to purces any item in paytm you can't get the product right time.and say another one thing. One persion called from paytm customer service. While I speaking with her she disconnect the call. But i cant receive any proper solution.

                                    Sir/madam, i'm arunava roy. I attempted to pay my cesc electricity bill on 15th of this month by paytm. The bill was of rs 800 and rs 30 was in my wallet. So paytm needed to take rs 770 from my ubi account. But i received a message that the transaction has failed at your bank but rs 770 was debited from my ubi account. Under the above circumstances i want to know how much time it will take for the money to get credited to my account. My ubi account no is[protected] and the id number of my failed transaction is [protected]/[protected]. So if you check this number
                                    Then definitely you will be able to see that the transaction had really failed. I also got the message from paytm that it will take 7-10 working days (Maximum) for the money to get credited to my account and in case of further delay i should contact my bank. Why this amount is not refunded to my bank account. Why i will down load paytm wallet and pay 4% transaction charges for your default. Default is from your side. You have not delivered the product to me. I will pay 4% transaction charges for your default. Once order submitted, this is your responsibility to deliver the item.Instead of delivering the item you are charging charges.
                                      You are making fool to customers by displaying toll free no. Nobody can contact you over phone. I will take this matter to higher level if you will not take any action in this matter.

                                        I have taken the full talktime option in tatadocomo of rs. 70 and i have received the talkitime of arnd rs 60 which is after deducting all the taxes, although i have choosed the option of full talktime. This is the 3rd time i am facing the same problem so i want to get back my talktime as early as possible, otherwise it is of no use for me, the same can be done from the market. I am your regular customer, and i have a big trust on you, hopefully you will sort out my problem.
