Regarding cashback of promocode ty15 for 15% cashback

Money not refunded back to bank account

Mobile recharge full talktime

Product is not getting delivered.

I have ordered oppo f1 today and paid inr 16, 000/- and the handset was suppose to come through the mobile store within 02 hours. It is now more than 04 hours and i did not receive the same. When i called those people, those are saying that it is not available. I had to gift it to somebody and i called them in the morning and post their knowledge i placed the order.

Order failed but amount debited

With reference to ticket id 03059220 my account was debited by Rs. 3250 but the order for payment of CESC electricity billpayment failed on 29.05.2016. I have complained several times to paytm care but till now my refund has not been initiated nor have i got any reply from paytm.
