This is regarding the refund of bus cancellation by operator @paytm
My travel date was 12th June, i got call from bus operator on 11th Morning saying bus is cancelled for your journey, get in touch with PayTM for money refund.
Immediately i called paytm, Paytm representative told me that, money refund will be initiated in 24 hrs and she sent me email for same.

Even after following up with them over phone call/emails...

It's been noted that while I tried to recharge my mobile for ₹49, using debit card the transaction error persists... The money is sent to the paytm wallet and not back to my bank account... While I tried to recharge using this wallet money, yet again transaction error comes to play... The bank account, debit card all are valid and active as I enquired in the bank... Please help me with this......

The delivery service provided by the paytm is very poor. I have ordered pen drive from paytm.The courier company is blue dart.The delivery person has not make any single call for delivery and leave the product with neighbour without any information and any clarification from recipent. I have made an transaction for a cash load in paytm cash wallet of rs 1300 on 8/9 june, 2014.
For some reason the transaction failed and the cash load was not successful but the amount was debuted from my bank account.
I complained on paytm via email and paytm website both but thr was no response so i complained in bank. Then after some days i complained again then their was a reply from paytm mentioning...

Hello, i tried every single option in paytm customer care number but till now i have not got the option to talk to the customer care executive. i am very much disappointed with the services.
i have bought the weighing machine made of glass. i received the crushed glass ie the damaged the product. the machine had been returned back and picked up but till not no money back is there....

A company that is investing so much on advertisement and wanting to grow big should have some moral and ethical responsibilities since they deal with cash.

I had online payment to recharge of videocon d2h subscription vide order no: [protected] dt: 20/05/2016 with paytm login. At that time offer given for extra 3 rs. Payment will revert the discount of rs.200/- amount credited in paytm account.
Transaction completed on same day, and time to time i will write the mail for non credit the discount amount in my paytm account, but no reply form the customer care department till date, thus we...

With regard to the order for lenovo a7000 by payment of rs.8, 525/- i have received stones on 11/06/2016 which amount to fraudulent, corrupt and grave dishonesty in online business transaction. 1. Got message on 14-June-2016 at 6:18 PM shipment is out for delivery.

i am thinking to do the business with payTM in the better way with more volume attached but how its possible when in my first dealing, am facing a problem,

I am a customer of airtel. On 11th, i have recharged rs 99 using paytm and paytm deducted 99 from by account. When i checked my mobile it was not recharged. Reported the same with in 1 hour to paytm with screenshot. They asked me to contact airtel. When i contacted airtel, they asked me to contact paytm. I have done one order with food panda on sunday paying through ptm and was eligible for 15% cashback for the same. Also, i have done a similar order today and is eligible for 15% cashback.

But i have not received any cashback from your end and i see no transaction on my paytm page.

I had made online mobile recharge on 03.06.2016 mobile number [protected] instead of [protected] and after that i have realised i have made worng mobile number recharge and subsequently i made a call to [protected] and he confirmed he is using post paid mobile number and also he confirmed he has not received recharge confirmation.

I have recharged my Delhi Metro card on 13.06.2016 for Rupees 500/-. As per your discount 4% ie Rupees Rs. 20/- to be credited in my pay TM credit account. You have deducted rupees 490/- from my account instead of Rs. 480/- ie Rs. 10/- extra. Why.?Refund the extra money to my account.

Hi I am prabhakaran,

I have recharged rupees 449 for my reliance data card for net usage on[protected] with order id [protected].

But the recharge was not done says FAILED. But they took my money from account.Also checked on wallet i couldn't able to find.

Raised complaint to the customer care the agent mailed saying on this order we didn't take money but i have statement of my account saying paytm...
