I purches 4.1 audio service in your paytm. But you send that parcel after the delivary date. So now I troubled to receive the parcel. I realy hurted for your service. I need the parcel. It is very important to me.the mistake is your side. So please do something to receive the order. Your customer service performace also very very poor compsrd to other providers. I already paid to this parcel.if you fail to send the parcel there after I surly said I can't purcahes even a single item in paytm.I need that.I already mailed you but no response for that mail. So I realy troubled by you. So I need a call from your side. My mobile number [protected].waiting for your call...

Somebody called from paytm asked my bank detail. And disconnect the call. I am afraid about these call. So now I want a proper solution.
Paytm service is vey poor. Customer service very very poor compard
to others. If you want to purces any item in paytm you can't get the product right time.and say another one thing. One persion called from paytm customer service. While I speaking with her she disconnect the call. But i cant receive any proper solution.

    Sir/madam, i'm arunava roy. I attempted to pay my cesc electricity bill on 15th of this month by paytm. The bill was of rs 800 and rs 30 was in my wallet. So paytm needed to take rs 770 from my ubi account. But i received a message that the transaction has failed at your bank but rs 770 was debited from my ubi account. Under the above circumstances i want to know how much time it will take for the money to get credited to my account. My ubi account no is[protected] and the id number of my failed transaction is [protected]/[protected]. So if you check this number
    Then definitely you will be able to see that the transaction had really failed. I also got the message from paytm that it will take 7-10 working days (Maximum) for the money to get credited to my account and in case of further delay i should contact my bank. Under the above circumstances i request you to kindly look into the matter and ensure the smooth return of the money to my account. My mail id [protected]@yahoo.Co.In

      I had ordered 1 tb external hard disk vide order no:[protected] but that was refunded to me and restored against failed order paytm marketplace order #[protected]paytm cash txn id [protected][protected]:33:38 am. Why this amount is not refunded to my bank account. Why i will down load paytm wallet and pay 4% transaction charges for your default. Default is from your side. You have not delivered the product to me. I will pay 4% transaction charges for your default. Once order submitted, this is your responsibility to deliver the item.Instead of delivering the item you are charging charges.
      You are making fool to customers by displaying toll free no. Nobody can contact you over phone. I will take this matter to higher level if you will not take any action in this matter.

        I have taken the full talktime option in tatadocomo of rs. 70 and i have received the talkitime of arnd rs 60 which is after deducting all the taxes, although i have choosed the option of full talktime. This is the 3rd time i am facing the same problem so i want to get back my talktime as early as possible, otherwise it is of no use for me, the same can be done from the market. I am your regular customer, and i have a big trust on you, hopefully you will sort out my problem.

              I have ordered oppo f1 today and paid inr 16, 000/- and the handset was suppose to come through the mobile store within 02 hours. It is now more than 04 hours and i did not receive the same. When i called those people, those are saying that it is not available. I had to gift it to somebody and i called them in the morning and post their knowledge i placed the order.

              I want it now or i want the compensation.

                Dear Sir,

                On 9-June-2016, I had placed order on PayTM portal to seller `NEEL' for the following product :

                Asus XO043T R558U Notebook (Core i5 (6th Gen) / 8 GB/ 1 TB/ Win 10)

                Order ID is [protected]. I paid Rs. 46, 093/- to PayTM for this product.

                On 13-June-2016, my order was automatically cancelled as the Seller was not able to make the product available for sale.

                On 14-June-2016, I received a message from PayTM that a refund is initiated against this order as this order is automatically cancelled due to non-availability of the product.

                Till date (16-June-2016), I have not received money back to my HDFC credit card wheras it shouldn't take more than 48 hrs. to get the refund.

                Sir, this is the trick being adapted by PayTM by listing such products which are out of stock and eventually retaining the people money for several days for no justified reasons.

                I have contacted several times PayTM as well as I logged complaints on PayTM portal as well but no reply to my comments also, no satisfactory reply by CCD of PayTM.

                I hereby request your goodself to take appropriate action against PayTM as well as the Seller.

                    With reference to ticket id 03059220 my account was debited by Rs. 3250 but the order for payment of CESC electricity billpayment failed on 29.05.2016. I have complained several times to paytm care but till now my refund has not been initiated nor have i got any reply from paytm. I regret using paytm its not trustworthy.please Look into the matter seriously and refund my amount at the earliest.

                            This is regarding the refund of bus cancellation by operator @paytm
                            My travel date was 12th June, i got call from bus operator on 11th Morning saying bus is cancelled for your journey, get in touch with PayTM for money refund.
                            Immediately i called paytm, Paytm representative told me that, money refund will be initiated in 24 hrs and she sent me email for same.

                            Even after following up with them over phone call/emails i do not received proper response.

                            I spent around 25-30 RS to get the amount of 862 refund.

                            Kindly take this as concern and help customers like me.

                              It's been noted that while I tried to recharge my mobile for ₹49, using debit card the transaction error persists... The money is sent to the paytm wallet and not back to my bank account... While I tried to recharge using this wallet money, yet again transaction error comes to play... The bank account, debit card all are valid and active as I enquired in the bank... Please help me with this...

                                  The delivery service provided by the paytm is very poor. I have ordered pen drive from paytm.The courier company is blue dart.The delivery person has not make any single call for delivery and leave the product with neighbour without any information and any clarification from recipent. Please improve such issues. At night we got notification that your product has delivered and even we doesnt get any information about our product that it is delivered to the one of my neighbour. Then we got our product when we inquired with 4 to 5 neighbours. Paytm should rectify such problems and courier service.

                                    I have made an transaction for a cash load in paytm cash wallet of rs 1300 on 8/9 june, 2014.
                                    For some reason the transaction failed and the cash load was not successful but the amount was debuted from my bank account.
                                    I complained on paytm via email and paytm website both but thr was no response so i complained in bank. Then after some days i complained again then their was a reply from paytm mentioning that money is still some where within bank. It is not with paytm. Bank took time of 45 days and now it says that the refund request canceled because money is with the merchant.

                                    Today is 15-june-2016 (More than 2 years) and my money is still not refunded.

                                    I want you to help me regarding this and help me get the amount refunded

                                      Hello, i tried every single option in paytm customer care number but till now i have not got the option to talk to the customer care executive. i am very much disappointed with the services.
                                      i have bought the weighing machine made of glass. i received the crushed glass ie the damaged the product. the machine had been returned back and picked up but till not no money back is there.
                                      PAY TM has got a pathetic customer service . There voice answering machine will take you to all possible stupidity but no one will come to answer your queries . I have 1000 and 500 debited transferred from my credit card to PayTM, last month biut they are still not reflecting in Pay TM wallet .
                                      Spent 2 hour om customer care but no one is there speak to and explain.
                                      Perhaps Pay TM knows that they do not have an answer for money which they have pocketed

                                        A company that is investing so much on advertisement and wanting to grow big should have some moral and ethical responsibilities since they deal with cash.

                                        I recharged Paytm account with 1000 Rs. and in no time they deducted 232.85 Rs. from my account.

                                        In Spite of writing numerous mails, they fail to respond and finally when I contacted their CEO @vijaysekhar, things started moving in just about 5 minutes.
                                        My joy was short lived since they now pass the buck on Uber.

                                        Unfortunately I was not in the country to use the service that they claim I have utilised!!!

                                        I am hoping some good sense will prevail and they will sort out the issue.
