I tried to recharge my airtel prepaid mobile no [protected] throgh paytm on1 jun 2016. However, it did not recharged and the amount of rs 250 deducted, which yet not recieved in my bank a/c or my paytm wallet after lapse of 13 days. The details was as under:-

I was adding money to paytm wallet on 12th june 2016 at 1:00 pm, money got deducted from my hdfc credit card but not reflecting in paytm wallet. The amount i was adding is rs. 228.00.

I have raised query to paytm customer care also but no one is responding

Paytm raised ticked number is 03255361.

Please take some action as soon as possible....

I ordered food on foodpanda and paid through paytm.
The payment got deducted and there was a gateway error because of which it could not be processed.
My order got cancelled. When i complaint at food panda they said the payment didn't reach them
I want my payment refunded as soon as possible
I complained about it but there was no reply

I made a request for the refund 7 days back from now. And still no money is credited back.
I also ask for refund to the wallet but no proper response was taken.

I m requesting you to refund inr 99 within 24 hours more....

as i am a regular user of paytm through food panda and i am actually not getting my cash back for the processed payment. the problem is not happened only few times but has happened en number of times. and if any payment got failed the particular amount is been transferred to wallet which is not actually acceptable.

We tasted the same especially my brother who felt sick and had food poisoning after the same..
Paytm had delivered 2 packs (And after finding one bad and expired date, we did not open the second pack and did not further consumed first pack);

This complaint is for the Paytm care complaint "Ticket # 03132173 : Problem in received product"

Its being 5 days and I have not received any response from paytm team on this ticket.

Ticket is regarding metro card recharge issue. I have made Rs. 200 rechage in my metro card.
Paytm is showing that recharge is successful, whereas I haven't received any payment in my metro card no. 66082066....

P1111 black in colour and its deliver to 4 feb 2016 through bluedart Amravati the power bank is not working .when connected to charger its shows is getting charge but when i remove the plug, its not start and could not working . I have tried to login the account but there shows a msg that the phone number is linked with another account. So I want the paytm team to solve this issue as soon as possible as I have my money in my wallet and I could not use it for my emergency. PayTM is full of fraud now. I ordered a Samsung Bluetooth and I received Bluetooth of zebronics. I paid 855 and got a local company's product. And this is not the only thing. The bil was of Samsung and product box was of zebronics. When I return the product, that pick-up guy rejecting the product to take away from me because of bill of Samsung and product of zebronics. Yesterday i have tried to recharge my delhi meto card many time it haven't rechargeable because of server down 1st i have tried for rs 1000 payment fail then i got redund 2nd time i have try to recharge with rs 900 then again payment fail i have got refund 3rd time i have tried to recharge with rs 800 twice once i got refund other still haven't got refund of 800 as still payment was failed.
