I have ordered mobile back cover with Order Id # [protected] from PayTm on 10-June-2016. Tracker shows its been delivered on 14-June-2016.

1. Got message on 14-June-2016 at 6:18 PM shipment is out for delivery.
2. My office closes at 6 PM
3. Delivery boy didn't called me
4. Got message on 14-June-2016 at 9:29 PM, order is successfully delivered

I didn't received the ordered, how the status has been changed to delivered? to whom they delivered?
Not happy with service.

Please sort it out ASAP otherwise I'll file complain to consumer court for cheating the customers.

    i am thinking to do the business with payTM in the better way with more volume attached but how its possible when in my first dealing, am facing a problem,

      I am a customer of airtel. On 11th, i have recharged rs 99 using paytm and paytm deducted 99 from by account. When i checked my mobile it was not recharged. Reported the same with in 1 hour to paytm with screenshot. They asked me to contact airtel. When i contacted airtel, they asked me to contact paytm. Again when i contacted paytm, thy are asking me to contact airtel. I am not worried about the rs 99, but paytm using consumer for their gain and make money out of our pocket is not acceptable.

        I have done one order with food panda on sunday paying through ptm and was eligible for 15% cashback for the same. Also, i have done a similar order today and is eligible for 15% cashback.

        But i have not received any cashback from your end and i see no transaction on my paytm page.

        Can anyone please look into this asap

            I have recharged my Delhi Metro card on 13.06.2016 for Rupees 500/-. As per your discount 4% ie Rupees Rs. 20/- to be credited in my pay TM credit account. You have deducted rupees 490/- from my account instead of Rs. 480/- ie Rs. 10/- extra. Why.?Refund the extra money to my account.

              Hi I am prabhakaran,

              I have recharged rupees 449 for my reliance data card for net usage on[protected] with order id [protected].

              But the recharge was not done says FAILED. But they took my money from account.Also checked on wallet i couldn't able to find.

              Raised complaint to the customer care the agent mailed saying on this order we didn't take money but i have statement of my account saying paytm took 499 rupees from account.

              I am trying to reach them for more than one month but i am not able to.

              And now i am not able to see the failed history list too.

                This complaint is in regards to the top up DMRC metro card, I have recharged my metro card of Rs 500 Sunday on 11th June 2016 (metro card no is :[protected]).The amount was debited from my bank account, but I got no message of top up confirmation rather than the order I'd: [protected]. I tried to check my top up at EVM machine at metro station, thinking that there could be some technical problem, Many times I tried to top up but there is no amount in my metro card to validate the top up. Next day I called on Paytm Customer Care after entering Transaction ID I got answer that if order was not processed write an email to paytm/care.Now it's 16 of June of am awaiting of my amount to refund in my bank account.
                Please take necessary action either refund Rs 500 in my bank account or top up my metro card.

Stil will not be added in my wallet, number of times i tried to call a paytm they il not responding any calls. I need my cashback so kindly regarding my process, am so suffering for this problem, so please convey problem. If you added my wallet money, there is ahh no problem r else i return the product. Y paytm doing like tht i didt no? Request my process

                        I have raised query to paytm customer care also but no one is responding

                          I ordered food on foodpanda and paid through paytm.
                          The payment got deducted and there was a gateway error because of which it could not be processed.
                          My order got cancelled. When i complaint at food panda they said the payment didn't reach them
                          I want my payment refunded as soon as possible
                          I complained about it but there was no reply

                          The payment reached foodpanda after a couple of days. I got a call from their customer care and i asked them to refund my amount. The amount was credited back to my paytm wallet.

                            I made a request for the refund 7 days back from now. And still no money is credited back.
                            I also ask for refund to the wallet but no proper response was taken.

                                I ordered (Order no is [protected]) roasted cashew from paytm worth 345/- ; and was delivered rotten, old decayed pack of cashew by paytm,
                                We tasted the same especially my brother who felt sick and had food poisoning after the same..
                                Paytm had delivered 2 packs (And after finding one bad and expired date, we did not open the second pack and did not further consumed first pack);

                                We have raised complaint to paytm..

                                To harass us paytm asked pictures of packets which we have sent them already.

                                But paytm has bit apologised for their bad act and also not returning and refunding our money...

                                I wish to take action against paytm and wish that paytm be punished by relevant authorities for selling expired grocer products without food selling license and approval from food authority.

                                  This complaint is for the Paytm care complaint "Ticket # 03132173 : Problem in received product"

                                  Its being 5 days and I have not received any response from paytm team on this ticket.

                                  Ticket is regarding metro card recharge issue. I have made Rs. 200 rechage in my metro card.
                                  Paytm is showing that recharge is successful, whereas I haven't received any payment in my metro card no. 66082066.

                                      I have tried to login the account but there shows a msg that the phone number is linked with another account. So I want the paytm team to solve this issue as soon as possible as I have my money in my wallet and I could not use it for my emergency. I have given a mail to paytm but still no response from the company side and also I tried to call the customer care phone number it was giving a busy tone henever I call them .
                                      I need a quick response as I ill not be able to do any transactions. as well as the cad of mine is connected to the account. So Im not sure the security. So please take an action as soon as possible and kindly let me know the staus of the complaint a well.
