Hi,

This complaint is for the Paytm care complaint "Ticket # 03132173 : Problem in received product"

Its being 5 days and I have not received any response from paytm team on this ticket.

Ticket is regarding metro card recharge issue. I have made Rs. 200 rechage in my metro card.
Paytm is showing that recharge is successful, whereas I haven't received any payment in my metro card no. 66082066.

    Dear sir, I parchase a Ambrane power bank model no. P1111 black in colour and its deliver to 4 feb 2016 through bluedart Amravati the power bank is not working .when connected to charger its shows is getting charge but when i remove the plug, its not start and could not working . This powerbank are in warrenty please do such action about that .

      I have tried to login the account but there shows a msg that the phone number is linked with another account. So I want the paytm team to solve this issue as soon as possible as I have my money in my wallet and I could not use it for my emergency. I have given a mail to paytm but still no response from the company side and also I tried to call the customer care phone number it was giving a busy tone henever I call them .
      I need a quick response as I ill not be able to do any transactions. as well as the cad of mine is connected to the account. So Im not sure the security. So please take an action as soon as possible and kindly let me know the staus of the complaint a well.

          PayTM is full of fraud now. I ordered a Samsung Bluetooth and I received Bluetooth of zebronics. I paid 855 and got a local company's product. And this is not the only thing. The bil was of Samsung and product box was of zebronics. When I return the product, that pick-up guy rejecting the product to take away from me because of bill of Samsung and product of zebronics. I tried 3-4 times but they are not taking that product away from me. And I will complain about that everyday until they got realized.

            I recharge my mobile no.[protected] on 11.06.2016 at.6.15 pm to 6.30pm rs.180/- (Which was offer given by paytm full talk time +200mb 2g data (Validity of data for 3days) data will credited within 24 to 48 hrs) but till date i have not received any offer given by paytm. I talk to reliance customer care also on 11.06.16 at 9.30pm & today 13.06.16 at 9.56 am but he was told me we not provide any offer to your mobile no. & wrong information given by paytm. Pls clarify & revert back.

              Dear team,

              Yesterday i have tried to recharge my delhi meto card many time it haven't rechargeable because of server down 1st i have tried for rs 1000 payment fail then i got redund 2nd time i have try to recharge with rs 900 then again payment fail i have got refund 3rd time i have tried to recharge with rs 800 twice once i got refund other still haven't got refund of 800 as still payment was failed.
              Please refund my rs 800 asap as i'm using paytm from long time else in future i'll never use paytm again.
              Please give me solution within 2 days.

                  We had ordered a product in paytm, travel mug 2 nos and there was no cash on delivery option due to which we payed online itself. However we recieved only 1 travel mug, the other 1 was not delivered. Called the paytm customer care where in a girl by name meghana picked up and informed that there is nothing that can be done because on their system it is updated that the product is delivered.                     I have ordered a hair oil on 03 june 2016 and i havent got any delivery, but when i checked status of delivery is shown as"poduct is successfully delivered" .Then i contacted coustmer care through mail, they gave a reply that product is successfully dellivered with a image of seller tool sign while delivered.THE THING IS THE SIGNATURE ON THT SLIP IS NOT MINE AND DONO TO WHOM HE DELIVERED .#Fraud seller

                      Dear Paytm

                      I tried to recharge my idea phone through paytm but transaction was showing pending for approx. one day. Next day I cancelled the transaction and I got the message 'Transaction Cancelled'. I got my money in my wallet. Then I did the recharge from other source. But after 2-3 days I checked my wallet and found no money. In my wallet summary message was there - "Your transaction was successful we wrongly refund you money so we are reversing the amount" I checked the data then it was double. But I don't want double data. After cancelling the transaction I did the recharge from other source. If the transaction was successful the why I haven't recd. Any SMS neither from idea nor from paytm. I tried to contact customer care 3-4 times but couldn't speak to customer care executive . I need my refund in my wallet.

                        I had made a bill payment via paytm app for my vodafone number, which got debited from my account on the 2/06/2016, i received a message from my credit card company about the money being debited, and today i got a message from vodafone abt my phone bill of rs.1154 being outstanding, tried calling paytm customer care number, but to no avail, hence twitted on their registered account, is when they informed the transaction did not happen, and the money was refunded, to which i haven't received any intimation from paytm neither from my bank, this is disappointing service from paytm, their customer care number are good for nothing, they just have an ivr where everything u know is repeated which u can see on the app, when a customer wants to know some detail abt a transaction they are helpless because there is not contact with the call centre executive, pathetic service.
                        I demand my refund of rs.1104, as i still have to pay my vodafone bill.
                        I have experienced the pain of paying your mobile bill twice for no reason. I have stopped using Paytm completely. This has happened to me in twice and now I no more trust paytm. Their customer care executives just cant help you, no matter how many times you call them. I have downloaded this app called Bill Bachao to make my mobile bill payments. I must say the app and website of Bill Bachao is really reliable. The bill payment is done in one go. The added cashback benefit that the app offers helps me save some money on my next bill. The app is designed well with a number o[censored]nique features that help you cut down on your monthly phone expenditure. They run special offers at times that too are great. It is also good for prepaid users as they can recharge your phone instantly in no time.                             I had ordered through swiggy, payment was deducted but order was unsuccessful. I had raised a ticket immediately but i haven't received any reply yet (2 weeks are already over). When i call customer care, they say that they cannot forward the call to the concerned team but can highlight the problem and that the ticket will be resolved within 24 hours. I have made several calls and emailed on the same thread but the same thing. I had also called swiggy, they have given me the refund transaction id also.

                                I tried contacting them via mail, and they are replying it is OTP verified.

                                  On 6.6.16, i have recharged to data for my bsnl prepaid mob no.[protected] for rs.241 (Ref. Toecom;11273933_one-97 communicatins liminoida in) however, though my bank account was debited with, no recharge was done. The paytm message shows that it was sucessful. No credit in my wallat also was done. Kindly rectify the error and credit rs.241 in my wallet, if the paytm is incabable to do the recharge.

                                    Hello Paytm,

                                    Its ridicules and so pathetic the way how you are dealing to resolve my issue.

                                    I've clearly stated that we've removed that split AC from its packing and installed in our room during the process of its usage we released that its capacity is 1.0 Ton instead of 1.5 Ton as mentioned in your product description.

                                    I've shared you the packing box photos in which that AC is been delivered to us along with the invoice we received from Paytm, which clearly shows the model number and the wrong description you've mentioned as 1.5 Ton in that invoice.

                                    Hope all these proofs are sufficient enough if you really need to settle my issue in resolving it within good time.

                                    Please also provide your contact details to whom i can speak with in explaining this problem clearly.

                                      I want to know about my recharge status. Bcz end of the may i was recharge in my vodafone postpaid phone through your paytm app, but case of payment failed, my bill is not paid, amount deduct in my bank a/c.

                                      Hi Poplu, even I had the same issue. I tried paying my bill via paytm and my balance was deducted but bill wasn’t paid. This has happened with me a lot of times until I switched to a different app. Why don’t you try Bill Bachao if you are having issues with other recharge sites and apps. I am also using this app since a while now. The transaction success rate of this app is higher than others. I can pay my bill easily and can be sure that it has recharged the service provider. Among other sites and apps, this one is by far the best for me. It is also good for prepaid users as it shows them suitable plans based on their data consumption, calls, and texts, allowing them to recharge on-the-go.                                         I recharged by seeing an internet plan for rs92 but it was rather hoax, and the recharge failed. Money got deducted from my bank account and they refunded it to my wallet, why the hell not refund it to the original payment method, it would have been better if they refunded it to my bank account. I dont use any wallet. Now i forcefully have to spend it on something lame. Too bad paytm, would never use it again for any kind of recharge. Worst paymwnt bank app.
