    I was suppose to get cash back of 315.5. Paytm said you will get it 1st of Jun month. It's 10th of june could not got anything.

    I raised 10 tickets but could not got response from patm. they are not replying on my tickets. Paytam Ticket are as below. I have whole mail chain from paytm. Where i am sending mail but no response.

      Dear sir/medam
      8 jun im recharge 110 rs but he was faild after that im searching patym costmer help line no after that some body paytm agent called me ([protected]) this no.and asking what is your problem after my problem is provide he said your bal is refund but at fast u give me your card no.cvv.or otp number i am asking his person why give u number? byt he said this paytm formalities and verify after that i give cardno, cvv, otp number and he deducted 4999 rp three times totally deducated 14997 at 9.30 am.
      my card transation is sbi account
      plz help me. what i will do?

        I have recharged a bsnl no([protected]) 3g data plan of Rs+198 via icici bank..
        Paytm has cut the amount from my account but I didn't get the promo pack.
        Same problem happened earlier also.That time I used to pay via sbi account. I thought maybe it's sbi's problem that's why I changed bank but again same problem occurs..
        Please let me know what the problem is.

          It's been a year or two since I had filed a complaint (feeling lazy, but details of it can be traced) on unauthorised use of cash that I had transferred to Paytm wallet, to ease online transactions...
          ...Unsuprised till date NO RESPONSE only SILENCE... probably Paytm owner thinks that customers suffers from poor memory & therefore as days/months/years goes by, all the conning, cheating, lies, etc etc, will be forgotton & buried forever...
          This was during the time when PAYTM just started offering other services, beside Mobile & DTH recharging...
          However, it's my moral obligation to share my true experience, for having trusted Paytm on its start up days...
          Since then I use Paytm strictly only for recharging purpose...
          I suggest all would-be user to do the same...

            I also complaint to consumer court... Bcz paytm send me defective product and... Also taking shipping charge and also less amount of my money is send me... And also sending in my wallet... Than again i use ur paytm... No paytm... Plz send my money to my bank account bcz this money is my dad's money who earning with very hardly...

              Sir, today i have recharge my bsml phone no and i have find message successful recharge on my screen but no recharge is made on my bsnl phone no. I complaint many times on contect us window on paytm but problem is not solve and my paytm wallet not refund money till yet. While i talk to bsnl customer care he tell there is no recharge have been done on that no then where is going my money.

                We bought a Videocon AC from PayTM. In our invoice it is written it is 1.5 Ton AC, incidentally we found that it is 1 Ton AC. It is still in warranty period.

                PayTM team is saying there return pilicy is for 7 Days, but as a consumer how would I know it is 1.5 Ton AC or 1 Ton AC when it is delivered. There is no prominent definition of it in AC.

                It still says it is 1.5 Ton, However after we checked the power consumption and cooling capacity, it is one ton AC. This is misguided selling. I would request you to take necessary actions against it. My Mobile number is [protected]

                  I placed the order of three items through pattm whose invoice is attached herewith Items are received on 9th Jun in one packet from one company Diagold. It is unethical to charge three shipping charges where the items are shipped from one place by one company in one packet at same time and date. This will create a question mark on the goodwill of payTM. There is no justification to charge three times when the articles are shipped in one packet.Therefore I hope, keeping one shopping cgarge, the other additional charges may kindly be returned.

                    I had purchased a parcel from paytm on 05.0.52016 its order no. [protected]. Due to bad quality i requested for return.

                    Against my request paytm send me a mail that jv express return
                    awb/tracking id:ptm267672 will attempt pick up.

                    I person in the morning from courier company came for pick up and i handed over my parcel to him, in same day evening another person came for pick up same parcel, i shown him reverse slip that same have been picked.

                    The jv courier itsel[censored]pdated that same have been picked by another courier company.

                    Now paytm is saying that your parcel pick was subleted to another company but we did not received the parcel hence no refund will be made. I had mailed them many times about their mismanagement but no one is entertaining my complaint.

                    I request to the consumer section to help me in this regard.

                      I had recharged my delhi metro card no. 64496083 vide order no. [protected] dt 02.05.2016 through net banking for rs. 400/- (Rupees four hundred only) vide pos no.[protected]. As per plan i was to receive cash back limited to rs. 40/- @ 4% of paid amount. But till date no cash was credited in my paytm wallet. I tried a lot on phone and also submitted written complaint through you web but no response or cash back till date.
                      May i know the reason for not receiving the cash back as per your plan.
                      It is therefore, requested that outstanding cash back may be credited to my paytm wallet at the earliest.

                        My money is transferred to a wrong number the number is [protected] on this number. Walet order id is [protected]. Amount of wrong transfer is 5000 rs. Time of sending is 10:09 am. I want my money on my paytm account. My paytm number is [protected]. And the person to my money is transfered is not using paytm. And in my paytm passbook show s that transfer is pending.

                          It was communicated to customer care that we are returning the product (We had ordered pen derived but we received memory card) as it was not that we ordered.

                          But in place of delivered product, they have transferred my amount into wallet.

                          It is not expected from paytm one of the leading online service brand and it also raise the question to quality services.

                          Hope you understand my issue and delivered my product (Pen drive) asap.

                          Any delay or failure in delivery will raise alarm to consumer forum.

                            I was pay amount of my institution through paytm and bank transition shows amount is credited but institut said still amount is not debited. I was made this transaction on 6th May now is 9th June and 31st May is last date of pay fee without any due but paytm still puted my transition in painding than what can I do? When my transition will complete? Where is my money? Shall I case file on paytm?

                              My order no-[protected], mobile hand set back cover on 06/06/2016 i have received the message on 08/06/2016 that my order has been delivered, but i actually haven't received any product. thay have delivered to some anuradha nethralaya, which i dont know where it is. my address is clearly written in my order, its narayana nethralaya, bommasandra, bangalore. they have given my prepaid order to some one without confirming with me that they are giving it to right person or not. i will never order any prepaid order from paytm now on. if i dont get any response for this. i am going to take legal actions.

                                Hi, i have been in touch with paytm regarding my issue but the response i am getting is very lame and annoying, i have got in touch with, meghna, vivek, rajat, ganesh, tarun, and two more employees these is nothing which is productive.
                                I have got partial order which has the full invoice attached to it, i have shared the images and all the emails but there is no response, this was my first order at paytm and probably the last one. You people do not care about any thing i have given more than 20 calls and several emails but its of no use.

                                Kindly tell me what next, i need my refund. Please dont test my patience more.

                                  Dear paytm,
                                  Please remove the mark seal of trust and put seal of breach from your website as every day you are breaching my trust. I delivered wrong products, and when i requested for pickup, your have given every reason to make me sure that your will take your products back but your courier pickup has refused to pick up items because the items marked for return were not in returning pack but if they were not delivered, how they can be returned??? You will have to take back your wrongly delivered items as i can only return what i got received. Today i have seen that return of those items is rejected due to non supportive docs.. What docs you need??? I have clearly shown the list on the packet of items supposed to be delivered and you delivered me 2 shampoos... Now it's going beyond the limits and i am not in any mood to compromise on this? If you think i will be settled with your wrong items, you are mistaken. I will escalate this issue with consumer court if no adequate solution given to me and will not give up against the fraud paytm done with me

                                    Two months ago, i have transferred amount from my bank account to my e-mitra account via paytm gateway. While transferring the amount, transaction got failed & amount deducted from my bank account. Neither i received the amount in my bank account nor it was transferred in e-mitra account. Paytm is not responding properly in this matter. They are replying same thing via email. Neither they are contacting me nor giving their proper contact no.

                                      Few days back i recharged from paytm app. On recharge of rs28 which is for reduction in call rate to 1p/sec, i received rs 21.76 as amount balance. Moreover, whenever i recharge for full talktime i. E rs 200, i receive balance of rs170.91. I would request you to consider it and solve it asap beacuse it has already happened twice with me.
                                      For proof i am attaching the screenshots received from vodafone as well as paytm.

                                        I orderd lenovo k3note smartphone on 2june 2016. Sinxe starting when i put it on charge its charger bacame too hot in 2min. And with the normal use only the phone's battery is lowing very fast. I orderd it from paytm bt now i realise its the worst app . It provides offers n sales at less price but it gives duplicate thing. They dont even attend your calls. Every custmer care number and head office numbers are nevr pikd up. I m soo diassapointd by its service. I will advice evry one not to bur anything from paytm.. it may offer less price but u nevr know it may give u second hand or duplicate product.
