Hi, muqthiar ahmed khan here from bangalore the concern is i payed bescom bill amount thought axis bank credit card which is on 04 may 2016 rupees - 3242 which is not cleared from paytm end i contacted bank people as they said paytm have claimed the amount but why haven't you paid to bescom, as per bescom report the bill is not payed and i have forwarded the confirmation mail from bescom to your graviences dept i haven't got any reply yet... I'm holding my oath in your policies where the hell is your trust and love gone.. Where the hell is your sincerity.. Where the hell hone your transparent approaches.. What good you are doing to customers... And now my question is to vijay shekhar sharma how is the ceo of paytm now is this what way you run a fake company where there are end to end of complains on payment deductions haven't resolved till now why the hell is this happening what action plan you are taking comment here now please resolve our issues as earliest i'm behind you and bescom from past 2 weeks i didnt get a clarity till now this is my consumer i'd -[protected] and the operator refrence number i got it from paytm is[protected] please any one can review and comment on this if any one facing same problem could you all join together with me i have a plan against paytm call me @ [protected] as have personal attoney in my hand... Any bescom payment done from paytm haven't got cleared with bescom please join with me will take action.

      I had credited rs. 500 to my paytm wallet dated 17/05/2016 from my kotak bank account. Transaction id is os paytm [protected] [protected]. The same amount is debited from my account but not yet credited to my paytm wallet. Kindly check and confirm. Attached is the screenshot of bank passbook.. | issue type: recharge pending | time: 2/6/2016 |

      As per kotak customer care executive, paytm wallet should be recharged but it is not yet updated. Kindly do it on priority basis. This is causing me problems.

        I booked the ticket on 13th Jan for travelling on 17th jan. On 17th when i checked my order page to take a print out, the status was displayed as the amount was refunded. I haven't received any email or sms saying my order was cancelled or the ticket booking is failed. Since 17th was a holiday season the ticket rates are very high and i had to paid rs 2499 to travel on that date. So i claimed refund for the inconveniences caused to me because of their system failure.
        We had more than 50 email correspondence and the people who respond to my emails are so dumb that they don't understand what i am trying to say or what i am asking for. Below is the example of their response to my email. They simply copy paste the same response for all the emails.

        Email on June 2nd :
        Hello,

        We are happy to assist you.

        As we checked and found that the ticket was successfully booked and notification has sent to you on your registered email and phone number on
        [protected] at 17:18:55 against the order id [protected].

        Should you need any further assistance, let us know.

        My response on June 2nd:
        Are you stupid???????????????????????

        Let me clearly explain for one last time. I booked a ticket, Money got deducted from my account. On my travel date when logged to Paytm to take a print out of my ticket the ticket was not there and it said the ticket was not booked. That is holiday season and the ticket for travelling on that date was 2499. I booked and traveled because i had to.

        Issues:
        1. When a ticket is not booked or booking failed because of the technical issues in operators end i should have been informed that my ticket is not booked and try from another operator. - It didn't happened.
        2. When you refunded my money back to my paytm account i should have been informed that the booking for the amount debited from your bank account is failed and because of that we are restoring your amount in your Paytm wallet.- It didn't happened.
        3. Your stupid customer care people understands my issues but they are keep on saying that your money is refunded and you booked another ticket using that refunded money... i know that you pigs.. I am the one who done that. I am asking refund because of the bad experiences i had with this stupid website.

        Don't bother i don't want to be part of a company which don't give importance to the customer experience. I stopped using your service very long back and i will never ever use your service again.. So please leave me alone.

        Response received from Paytm on June 5th : Same previous email was copied and pasted. Like this i received more than 15 emails with same content copied and pasted.

        The Order number for the Booking which is failed and not informed to me is Order number : [protected],
        Amount : 1299
        Date of transaction (Booked for travelling on) : 17/01/2016
        Ticket booked on : 8:23 am, Jan 13 2016

        The Amount for this transaction rs 1299 was restored back to Paytm and i am not informed about this refund or the Ticket booking failed.

        So i used this amount for booking another ticket for travelling on the same date.

          I'm so frustrated with the kind of service you provided me since couple of days. I've called to customer care 5 times till now regarding my query & no person is really bothered about giving me the exact status of the issue.

          I tried booking for a telugu movie & it finally booked 6 tickets for an english movie. The link was showing telugu movie title & display image is also related to telugu movie, but once the ticket selection is done it gave me 6 tickets of an english movie.

          In this regard i provided you the screenshots 6 days back. But its your super foolish & irresponsible team who did not even bother to update the status of the ticket although i tried to reach you multiple times.

          Why should i wait for the money to be deducted for the technical issue from your end?
          Why cant you give me back the refund & work on the issue later?
          Why is there no voice support for movie section?

          All the answer i get from your people is the team will respond in 24 hours. How many 24hrs you???
          You people really suck at providing us a proper help.

            I ordered 3 items in paytm services (Order no : [protected]). 1. Dream decor designer red and black cotton double bedsheet with two pillow cover 2. Handloom trend cz floral design polyotton double bedsheet (Db1418), 3. Sai arpan 3d double bedsheet with 4 pillow cover set of 2 (Buy 1 get 1).
            In tracking the product, it shows the first 2 items were delivered but it doesnt recieved to my address. Yesterday i cancel the 3 item because of their irresponsible delivery services. I raised a ticket on paytm services they call to me and said that we will get back to u with 24 hrs 48 hrs bla bla but they didnt
            Olve my issue. I want my refund money of delivered items and cancelled item. Kindly solve this issue as early as possible

              I have ordered jbl flip 3 speakers from paytm more then a month ago. The product was not delivered to me and it was showing on app that it is delivered. When i asked to provide refund (8143/-) they took almost 25 days to provide the refund. The payment done by me through my cc and it was on emi. After providing refund they have charged 6850/- as a pre-closure charges. I have provided them all the references and evidence showing that the amount is debited for the same order still they are not providing refund and saying that it is charged by your bank and they need next credit card statement. When i asked to my bank they said it is charged by merchant only. I have already provided screen shot of all the debits and credits of cc account for the current month still they are not providing any solution and saying we need statement in pdf format instead of screen shot. It is already more then a month for this issue and i am totally fed up with the service of paytm. I need my complete refund asap.

                Ticket no: 278771, Hospet- Bangalore Menakashi Travels @ 8:45P.M L2 seat, on 31.05.2016, the bus was cancelled, intimation was not given to us till the last minute.

                Till now i have not received the payment against this cancellation, none of them are giving the proper information against it.
                Please help me how to the amount against this issue, its been very long i am trying to contact everyone from the travels but no use at all.

                  Bought a Sony Dualshock 4 wireless controller Order no [protected] and it was delivered on 2nd June, on using it found that it disconnects from the system after 5 mins o[censored]se, have written to Paytm but got no response.
                  The item was delivered by VVV Traders ( 112607) without any dealer stamp or phone no and no warranty card. Seller TIN [protected]. Need a replacement or money back.

                    Sir, Aircel postpaid payment made through paytm operator ref No. PTM[protected] for Rs. 386-00 but till now not transferred the amount to Aircell by Paytm. Due to your irresponsible action causes me to a additional loss of Rs. 100/- as late payment charge. I have paid the bill amount with late payment charge at Aircel store. hence it is requested that non payment amount Rs 386.00 + late payment charge may please be refunded to me.

                      Removed all my failed transactions and I didnt get the money back to my wallet or bank account.
                      This shows that paytm is a waste service, .
                      Such a stupid services and customer care.
                      I prefer people to not use this.
                      The transactions happened on 20th may, 2016.
                      For me its little money but for few others that matters a lot.
                      Please refund that money back and add all my failed transactions to my list

                        Hi team,

                        This is to apprise you that i have done transaction of 2098 rs on bigbasket through paytm which has failed and i have been continuously contacting paytm through mail and customer care but they are not giving me any response. I checked with bigbasket.com they said the transaction was failure and they didn't receive any amount from paytm. I checked with my bank hdfc and the transaction is showing as successful it seems paytm is not willing to give my money back.

                            I have purchased sandisk 32Gb memory card but i am facing problem of transfer of data into it.The product is still in warranty so i callled sandisk service centre regarding issue.By knowing the chip number only they come to as the product is duplicate.If this kind of duplicate product PAYTM is selling people loses the faith on PAYTM.So its really waste of time to open PAYTM site.

                              I had 2 accounts on paytm.In account in paytm wallet there was an amount of rs.7000. I merged both account from mobile phone. Its been merged but amount available in paytm wallet doesn't displayed. I went to paytm office. The support guy told me to send a mail. After i completed all the process as described in mail but wallet didn't updated. They ask me to revert money in my bank account. I written a mail for reversal of amount in my bank account but almost more than 48 hours i didn't received any update from paytm.

                              My ticket no raised in paytm is: ticket no is 02975380 with reference to parent ticket 02968669.

                              Please help me out to get my money back as earlist.

                                I have buy a paytm deal wherein i have to get upto rs. 200 cashback on my next recharge - mobile, dth, datacard & landline (5%). But sorry to say when i m trying to use it the window says that this is not for landline bill.


                                Kindly give the solution for the same on asap basis, i need to pay my landline bills.

                                  I had bill payment of Aircel of Rs. 119 on dt.3 june 2016 4:57 PM vide paytm order no. [protected]. Paytm has taken me payment but they had not paid to Aircel. 4 Days has spent but they had not refund my money. Paytm has not customer support where I could talk to a person they have only play a recorder.

                                    I paid my Aircel postpaid bill Through Paytm.. Aircel people are telling that they haven't received any payment from Paytm... They have stopped my aircel services on my mobile... I tried contacting you guyz through phone but it's busy.. The transaction Id Is[protected]. I need it to be resolved within in one hour or else I'm gonna sue you Paytm and Aircel guyz... I am not kidding.. You guyz are playing games together.. I need a call back within one hour...                                       This is regarding order number [protected] which i placed on paytm website for reebok running shoes. I tried applying the promo code of 30 % off and i think i applied it too but that day their websites were giving issues. I waited for cash back to come until the order us delivered but nothing in my account. Then i wrote to customer care and after exchanging 8-9 emails, they kept repeating only one thing that as per their records promo code was not selected and they can't refund the money. It's so absurd and i failed explaining them why wud i place the order with them if i don't get a discount. Horrible experience with paytm and i won't be shopping with them anymore unless they sent me my cash back and earn some respect in my eyes.

                                        I forgot my password.when I updated my paytm it was asking for my password so I clicked on reset password option then I received a link in my email ID when I was entering new password every time it is showing that linked has been expired.plz get back to regarding my query as I. Have balance in my paytm wallet but I won't able to use that please solve that as soon as possible.
