I had bill payment of Aircel of Rs. 119 on dt.3 june 2016 4:57 PM vide paytm order no. [protected]. Paytm has taken me payment but they had not paid to Aircel. 4 Days has spent but they had not refund my money. Paytm has not customer support where I could talk to a person they have only play a recorder.

Now please refund my payment asap.

I tried contacting you guyz through phone but it's busy.. The transaction Id Is[protected]. I need it to be resolved within in one hour or else I'm gonna sue you Paytm and Aircel guyz... I am not kidding.. You guyz are playing games together.. I need a call back within one hour... My num is[protected]... If it is not done in one hour.. I am going to visit consumer court.. That's it... Njoy the day...

      This is regarding order number [protected] which i placed on paytm website for reebok running shoes. I tried applying the promo code of 30 % off and i think i applied it too but that day their websites were giving issues. I waited for cash back to come until the order us delivered but nothing in my account. Then i wrote to customer care and after exchanging 8-9 emails, they kept repeating only one thing that as per their records promo code was not selected and they can't refund the money. It's so absurd and i failed explaining them why wud i place the order with them if i don't get a discount. Horrible experience with paytm and i won't be shopping with them anymore unless they sent me my cash back and earn some respect in my eyes.

        I forgot my password.when I updated my paytm it was asking for my password so I clicked on reset password option then I received a link in my email ID when I was entering new password every time it is showing that linked has been expired.plz get back to regarding my query as I. Have balance in my paytm wallet but I won't able to use that please solve that as soon as possible.

          I have paid BECOM (Electricity bill) through paytm.com Paytm showed successful, but when i checked wit the becom team, they were saying it has got cancelled.

          Whenever i try to reach paytm, all they give is a reference no which doesnt make sense for bescom. Because i have tried calling bescom plenty of times. all they say is the transaction was cancelled. and an important note is Paytm.com is not an authorized payment gateway for bescom, but payumoney.

          If paytm is not an authorized gateway for bescom, why do they given an option to pay electricity bill..

          I really dont understand where the money is now. Its been two months now.

            I have done recharge of amount 296 for (3 G) internet data on 1 June-2016 around 3:02 P.M in air-tel sim of no-[protected] .But my recharge amount deducted and no amount of data came in the mobile.               Paytm's sellers are the no1 cheaters in the world. They loot customers just after you make payment. Paytm provides fraud and scamolous services.

              If you order any phone then you will get either unboxed product or cheaper and different products. This had been with me since i sign up at their site and purchased mobiles.

              They are having all fraud sellers.
              No customer care toll free number.
              Not a single number can connect you to its agent.
              They never replies to your email id once you complain that you are looted and robbed in daylight.
              They become deaf and dump just after sale.
              They cheat and loot customer's hard-earned money.
              Shame on the sellers who alter the products with that of the orders placed. I want to eat their blood by wrinting 100 negative comments everyday on every website wherever i could. I am a north east indian boy. If you have guts then come and meet me face to face for resolution of my issues and grievances.

              All offers of paytm are totally fake and their all products are pathetic. All are fraud sellers. They do not have replacement policy nor do they replies to email id.

              They highlight their products by selling at lesser price to compensate with the guinuine online portals like flipkart, snapdeal etc.

              Their service is totally fake. Do not order any products from their website. Even their phone number is also not money friendly.

              Better to skip this type of fraudlous site like paytm.

              You bound us to express your negativity. All price dop are to highlight the online customers to rob in daylight. We are being looted and cheated by PAYTM Indian Online Marketing Portals. We share this reality to alert others from scamolous purchases. We demand our Refund else we go on writing your reality.

              Gionee m2 had been purchased at 6.7k but your fraudlous seller altered the products with that of Intex Kepad featured or basic phone priced around 1k. Actually

              Your PAYTM has all Fraud Sellers who will-fully done this alteration to meet his selfish motives.

              Also accompanied by Paytm who dont care about customers hard-earned money that ultimately bound our 50 members from social media to write negative comments.

              We all are cheated. Forget about money back guarantee. Once we purchased then never purchase.


              Why you cheat and do not repent on our hard earned money. As said earlier, you will-fully do this to cheat us and to loot us by highlighting your productrg at low cost price and to triffle with us.

              Its not a mistake. I also ordered Vivo v1 at 14k approx but your Fraudlous Marketing Gremic had also cheated me by selling unboxed phone thats too a used piece. I also ordered Oppo Neo 7 but again got unboxed product.

              Whats the use of buying from Paytm?? I am getting Rs 5000 off from other websites for unboxed phone still I purchased with great hopes and aspirations to get a seal product but Paytm you looted me again and again.

                  Your company deducted money 6 different dates without my authorization on 20th, 22nd, 26th and 30th March.. Total 6 deductions. Two were refunded but the remaining not refunded. Nearly Rs 3000/- deducted and not refunded. Let me know what action I have to take. Actually i tried to buy different variety of Power Banks for my phone. But i chnaged my mind last minute as i got warning from my Bank that the site is not safe. Therefore i didnt give my OTP password and cancelled payment. Inspite of that money was drawn from my credit card. Neither i got the power banks nor i got my money refunded even though it is more than one and half months.

                    I have ordered two leather belt of horn bull but I have received only one leather belt with Bill of two leather belt and more frustrating is that paytm have not updated status of order from processing to delivered and I could not returned it.

                        Paytm is a big big fraud company never ever use their wallet service. You never know when they can block your account.

                        Same thing happened with my account [protected]. I tried few transactions and it got declined after they blocked my account. And my wallet has around 1000 rupees.

                        After several email they did not respond, then i tried pinging on facebook. First they said they will look in to it and started demanding bank statements credit card statements. Everything i provided them, then they started asking to call me for further verification. I said yes you can call me. They did not even call me and said that we called you. Now again they asked my official registered gmail account which i provided to them. After all these they are saying your account can not be unblocked.

                        They are cheaters and a big fraud company. Never trust them. Boycott their app and services.

                        Hi All, Complaint is resolved by PayTM but not sure how the fraudster came to know about this and they called me from this number [protected] saying that they are from payTM customer care.

                        They said that you need to tell the OTP received in your mobile to make sure that in future it will not be blocked again.

                        I shared the same with them and they withdrew the money and transferred to [protected].

                            I have an recharge of my MTS data card number [protected] of an amount 499 from Canara Bank on 23rd May 2016. After that I have made contact in paytm care through mail, on 31 st may as per requirement of paytm, I have submitted bank account transaction detail in pdf format. After that paytm has deleted my order from my order list in my paytm account. Time and again I have mailed in [protected]@paytm.com from my mail id [protected]@gmail.com but no one replies.
                            Paytm promise
                            At paytm, your trust is foremost.
                            Your money is yours until you get what you paid for.
                            Now, I think either paytm has to provide my deducted amount, or paytm has to change the promises. Anyway, please reply ASAP, and provide my money back.

                                My 1st transaction of my electricity bill is failed and the amount is credited in my wallet, after that i have tried again at around 1330 hrs. The amount of my wallet has been deducted but still showing "waiting for operator confirmation".
                                I have tried to connect with paytm customer care but my call not connected due to bad management of paytm. When you r paying your bill the message flash at the site is "your service provider will take two working days to consider bill paid in their accounts" not sure what is the meaning of that worl "waiting for operator confirmation"

                                  This is varsha waghere resident of pune, maharashtra, india. I hold a saving account in icici bank.

                                  Yesterday, 3-june-2016, i got a call from unknown number and he introduced himself as icici bank representative and gave me the reason for call that due to kyc complaint document missing my card has been blocked and he need details of my card to unblock the same. I did gave him the same and in next 1 hour he used the details twice to do transaction using my card details. One of the transaction was made for paytm.

                                  Kindly take up with Paytm as they are also involved in these transactions since this transaction must have been done by one of their merchandiser. Paytm and such gateways are also hand in glove with such fraudsters. Take up with Paytm to refund the amount as the same has been made thro their gateway. Ask them for the details of the person to whom you money has been transferred.

                                  On 29th Decembrt, 2016 somebody named Rah Das from PayTm office ( [protected]) called me up at around 10.15pm and told me to provide my Paytm Ac details and my debitcard details to complete the uncleared transactions. Then he used the details twice to complete the transactios worth 6000.00 thru the loopholes of my Paytm wallet. I am surprised how he got the access of my Paytm account. Who is responsible for my loss and how to get back my balance amount in the wallet. Now I have decided not to use PayZZZZZZTm troughout my life and covince other people of frauds thru it.

                                      On 21st may 2016 at about 10.03pm payment through paytm.com failed amount was rs 2680 debited from axis bank sreenagar kolkata branch but amount was not credited to my account no - [protected] of the said bank. A mail was sent to paytm in response to which they instructed us to submit pdf format of the bank statement. This pdf statement was sent to paytm on 31st may 2016 but they have not yet credited the amount of rs 2680 to my specified savings bank account from which the amount was debited. Prior to this communication we communicated the paytm site through several mail and by phone calls but telephonic communication was failed from their side as they have not responded.

                                        I recharge my vodafone no. [protected] with 46rs order no[protected]
                                        In paytm plan it shows 46rs special recharge plan 75 minutes for 7 days but when i recharge with 46rs it gives 140mb2g data which is overwritten in my previous 649rs 3g pack my previous net pack is exhausted no any minutes credited in my number.
                                        After that i talk with vodafone customer care they told me that this is fault of paytm which gives me wrong information of pack.

                                        O i request you sir/mam plz solve my problem as soon as possible.
