Yesterday, 3-june-2016, i got a call from unknown number and he introduced himself as icici bank representative and gave me the reason for call that due to kyc complaint document missing my card has been blocked and he need details of my card to unblock the same. On 21st may 2016 at about 10.03pm payment through paytm.com failed amount was rs 2680 debited from axis bank sreenagar kolkata branch but amount was not credited to my account no - [protected] of the said bank. I recharge my vodafone no. [protected] with 46rs order no[protected]
In paytm plan it shows 46rs special recharge plan 75 minutes for 7 days but when i recharge with 46rs it gives 140mb2g data which is overwritten in my previous 649rs 3g pack my previous net pack is exhausted no any minutes credited in my number.
After that i talk with vodafone customer care they told me that this is fault of paytm...

I recharged twice through this paytm on my dth number. Order no1. [protected] for an amount 227 rupees and order no2. [protected] for an amount of 150 rupees. Both showed recharge is successful. But it is not.
This paytm is cheating the customers even after complaining to their customer care centres. Not responding to the mails and there is no number to call this customer care. Government officials had money to give license to this...

The amount that was supposed to be deducted was Rs.4622.47 only but I see that the same amount has been deducted twice.
