This is reagrding order no [protected], placed on paytm on 15th april 2016;

Paytm ahs warehouse in delhi and my residenec si also in ncr delhi;

But it is so awkard that my order is not delivered despite multiple reminders;

I know shoppoing from paytm is a foolish mistake from me and wrong because paytm is not a genuine shopping e-merchant;

And i fear that paytm a noida based company will gobble up my money as order was prepaid;
More over paytm does not have any assigned number for customer support number, as whenever i call paytm the ivr wrongly tells me that this is not a registered no and call from registered no ;i am feeling not only paytm is in ethical and wrong company, it does have very poor systems;
Dear reader,
Please help me in getting my order delivered from paytm;
I promise that this will be my last order with paytm;
My order for ceiling fan is not delivered; it has been around 10 days on this;if paytm cannot deliver products on time in ncr; how will paytm deliver to other national customer..

I think paytm should stop shopping busness and just do phone recahrging,
i am disappointed with paytm.

I have written bad blaogs agaisnt paytm on other websites for poor services and timely delivery issues

      With reference to my complaint i have deposited 5950 amt in Paytm account 02 times but in wallet i have reflected only one time.

      For that more then one month i m following up but sorry to say neighter bank & nor Paytm respond the same.

      Bank said that amt been gone to paytm account but they are no responding on my mails & calls. we request you to kinldy take suitably with the concern PAytm & my refund request.

        the app asked me do you want to refund the money in your bank acc. or want it to stay in the patym wallet ... at that time i press the option of REFUND.. but till now i didnt got my money back

              Dear Team,
              I have purchased a mobile HTC Desire 620G from PayTM on 24th May' 2015 & now my mobile touch screen is not working. When I have taken it to HTC service center for repairing purpose they have checked my IMEI No -[protected] & said that this mobile is manufactured at taiwan so that the warranty is invalid.

              After that I have contacted to PayTM in this regard they said that bring the service refusal copy from HTC & after that we will provided you service in this regard. Then I have again contact to HTC customer care & bring the service refusal copy from HTC & given to Pay TM.

              After giving Service Refusal Copy PayTM have logged a complaint in this regard on dtd. 11th April' 2016 & after continuous followup with PayTM they have raised a Return Request on dtd. 23rd April' 2016 which Nuvo Ex Team is assigned. But here they are not mentioned any thing about that this is for service / warranty purpose or any thing & also this is not clearly communicated to the NuvoEx Team.

              I think as they are unable to give me proper support in this regard so they are raised the return request & its also approved which is beyond the policy of PayTM as the mobile already 10+ months older.

              After raising the Return Request Courier Team have come to me & found that my mobile is defective & used one (Which very well known by PayTM Team). So the courier person cancel the return request.

              After cancelling the return request I have again contacted to PayTM team in this regard. After which PayTM care team stated that they are again raising a Pickup return request with properly stating this is for buyback/warranty replacement purpose.

              After this much conversation & continuous follow up. they have closed by complaint stating that the mobile is used one & will not be eligible for return policy.

              Now when I have contacting to PayTM Team from my registered mobile No - [protected] & putting my order id[protected] it is saying that this is a invalid order id & i am unable to contact to paytm team.

              All Documents related to this concern & complaint is attached for your reference. Documents are mention below :

              1- Refusal of Service Mail
              2- Full Conversation with PayTM.
              3- Mobile Invoice Copy
              4- Pay TM Order Screen Shot

              Please help me to get solution in this regard.

                On 16 of April i have recharge of 110 rs on my number [protected] which amount has been debited from my account and I received a msg stateing that my recharge has done successfully but i haven't recived the balance when I called for query they said it will be credited in 4 days, its rubbish very bad experience with paytm, I will file a case against PayTm bcoz it is happening with my friends.I will file a case.

                    I had made Delhi Jal Board Payment through my Axis Bank Credit Card on 23rd March 2016 and money received by PayTM vide order no. [protected] dt[protected] also I had write to their complaining email ID i.e. [protected]@Patym.com two times, vide Ticket No. 01402962 and 01221761 they had given reply as below

                    Hello Lalit,

                    We are sorry for inconvenienced caused.

                    We understand that your refunded amount is still not reflecting refunded amount INR.1279.4 in your bank account against order id [protected].

                    Sometimes, we don't get confirmation from the bank that your money has been refunded. In order to verify the same, we request you to please email a copy of your bank/credit card statement in PDF format, from the date of transaction to till date, to us.

                    This will help us solve the issue at the earliest. Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

                        It is also inform you that after filling complaint i have received your customer care officer call. Every time when filled complaint i have received same call and says intimate your debit card no. And expiry date if you want your debited money returned. Sir i don't know what is the procedure of return of money. I know that it is mandatory debit card no should not be shared to any one. Hence once again requested when i have alrady sent bank statement with complaint under which all detail like bank account no already mentioned why debit card no is required.
                        Please investigate the matter and do needful and return my debited amount in my paytm wallet or my account.

                            My mother's debit card was used to make 2 fraud transactions to Paytm on March 9th. I contacted Paytm on the same day and they promised to refund the 2 transactions. However, even after 45 days, 50 emails and 5 long calls, we did not receive the refund. I posted my complaint on Twitter and sent Paytm messages on Facebook, but they kept replying "Please contact your bank to assist you further. Thanks!" So much so, that when i called Paytm regarding this issue, their cyber cell executive shouted at me and harassed me instead.

                            Finally, i posted the issue on Facebook and since the post was spreading with other people agreeing that Paytm has pathetic customer service, I believe they were in a little pressure and contacted me, but still provided the same response to contact my bank. The next day (April 22nd) I received the refund for ONE of the transactions, but the second is still stuck with them. I contacted them again asking if the transactions were in fact processed together, why didn't I receive them together. They asked me to wait till Monday (Apr 25th). I did and we still didn't receive the refund.

                            This is enough! I don't have the time or energy to wait another 45 days, write another 50 emails and spend another few hours calling them to get the refund for the 2nd transaction.

                            - Paytm doesn't just have horrible customer "service", they are also indifferent to frauds. They did not take any action against the reported fraud account
                            - They didn't bother that the customer here (my mother) was already going through the trauma of being duped by the fraudster and had lost a lot of money on other websites as well (on which the fraudster made transactions) and have no respect for the customer's time or trauma.
                            - And they did not refund the amount that they promised to and aren't even ready to help or investigate where the amount is stuck!

                                Today I have done rechage through my paytem account [protected] on my airtel prepaid mobile number [protected] of 65 R.s by normal mode for balance but it's a calling pack that is I am not required so please do convert it to balance or back to my paytem rechage because I had call to airtel complaint desk they can't help in better of paytem as they told me
                                My mobile bill not pay.. But bill payment is less my sbi saving account. Plzzz resolve it

                                    I ordered product for my niece's first birthday on 17th April2016 and as per Paytm it should be delivered on 24th April2016.

                                    Her first birthday is on 27th April2016 and still product not delivered and it is at Delhi Hub location of Bluedart. As per track and conversation with Bludart executive product stuck due to incomplete paper work and it is by order then how it will deliver in mean time at my location Kota.

                                    Also very pathetic and poor response from Bluedart they all don't know how to talk with customer.

                                    Regarding this i raised the many tickets on paytm website for call back but no single revert i get.

                                    This is a kind of mental harassment.
