I have given an order on 8th April in Paytm for which the expected date of delivery was 17th April, however I have not yet received and one week has already been crossed from expected date of delivery. The order status has shown that it has been dispatched on 15th April from Kolkata to Guwahati, however it is yet to deliver the same at Guwahati. In no case the courier should take more than 7 days to deliver any product from Kolkata to Guwahati.br...

I ordered Iphone 5s from their website and wanted them to deliver asap. They canceled it automatically and told me that it is not available with the seller anymore. Because of this i lost the opportunity of buying this phone at cheaper price on other website. I mean how can they cancel the order without informing to customers. I would like to file this complaint against them and happy to provide all the proofs....

I had order one jeans from paytm delivery has been done after 7 days, when i got product product is defective and i want to change or replace or return but i am unable to contact with paytm properly, i can say that for shopping from paytm is not user friendly, shopping any thing from paytm that is you are playing lucky game.
