My order number is [protected]. I ordered for attitude toner for oily skin but the company delivered attitude toner for dry skin on 21/4/2016. The seal of the product was opened. Also this product was manufactured in 2013 and expired in february 2015 (I.E.1 year back). On 23/4/2016 the product was picked up. Even after repeated emails and sending them the copy of the reverse pick up slip my money has not been refunded to my bank account. Instead of penalizing the seller they are harassing the costumer.

    Dear sir,
    I have purchased a cell phone brand panasonic eluga z on 3rd april2016, from yourself. Since i received my order i was feeling fast dragging battery problem. But on 18april my cell phone stopped battery charging. Same day i informed you by mail and spoke to your care. As per your direction i consult panasonic service care, they charged the battery and assure wellness. But next day same problem was there. They order a new battery for my cell, but i tried same another battery for it. But the problem is still there. I am sure its not due to battery problem, coz i tried another original battery for this. I already informed you by mail on 18april ticket no.0115998 and on 21april ticket no. 01226174 but did not receive any revert. I request you to change my cell asap. Or refund my money. Because i am fully dissatisfied from this faulty product sent by you.

        A guy called me saying that he is from paytm and asked me my no.and told me that some cash back on oil purchased is due from us and we want to give it to you. He told to say my otp and I told and now i loosed my paytm id pasword and even cash back.Pls kindly take a step on this I think it's a fraud. I am attaching the screen shot of that no. person called from.

          Hi,

          This is regard to the payment I made through paytm as mediator by icici bank to Dish TV. On 15th Apr 2016, I had to recharge for Dish TV monthly pack worth of 315, but first transaction was failed as per the paytm but the same was successful as per ICICI bank. So I thought that the amount would be credited within few days, and proceeded to make another transaction which was successful. But the first transaction's money is still not credited to my account. I had a talk with the ICICI representative who said me that the scam is happening at the paytm end. I tried a lot calling the representative of paytm but because of the vague representative or help facility, unable to get any resolution till now. The paytm seems to do the scam with his users. This is time when the people should deny availing the facility or uses of the Paytm and I would like to request all those companies not to have paytm as their collaborator or partner for these sort of transaction. The paytm is just doing nonsense and scam with his customers nothing else.

              Yesterday I purchase some products via Paytm Wallet but they just ask me for Log In and Password details after i update these details they had directly deduct my order payment not ask me to OTP on my registered mobile that means without OTP they had done the payment procedure, then how to you possible.. No any double security for Paytm Wallet?

              Then anybody has to be hacked my account and done the any transaction without ask for OTP on my registered mobile...

              So please tell me that how do I secure my Paytm Wallet with double and strong security?'

                I have given an order on 8th April in Paytm for which the expected date of delivery was 17th April, however I have not yet received and one week has already been crossed from expected date of delivery. The order status has shown that it has been dispatched on 15th April from Kolkata to Guwahati, however it is yet to deliver the same at Guwahati. In no case the courier should take more than 7 days to deliver any product from Kolkata to Guwahati.

                  Hi team,

                  I had booked a ticket on 25 March from pune to indore, The amount of Rs 508 was deducted form my account but ticket was not booked .My order was [protected]

                  I asked Axis bank about the issue, they told the transaction was successful from there side and problem was from merchant (Paytm) side.

                  I asked paytm to check the issue they told yes issue was on their side and the they will look back into the issue .And asked me to sent the pdf file of bank transaction detail, I send the file but never got any response from them.From the day i sent a pdf file I never got any response, i daily chase them but no result . I sent around 50 mail but dont know why they aren't given any single response.

                  So i need to ask paytm is this the way they handle their customer complaint .Its really disgusting and going forward i will never book any bus ticket from paytm site and told my group to never use the paytm.


                  It was almost one month to go but I didn't get any result .Please help me and I want my money back .

                    Hiii All...
                    This complaint is regarding the order number [protected] which was a book i ordered through paytm on 5 April and i paid for it that time only.
                    Than after 9 days on 14 April i received message as Item delivered while neither i got any call regarding delivery nor i collect. after that i complaint about this around 8 to 10 times on paytm forum but everytime same automated replies are coming and even in last reply for closing the ticket they are replying as "our concerned team called you and after resolving your problem we are going to close this ticket".
                    this is only the matter of making fooled us.
                    Please look in matter.

                        Experience 1: Ordered head phone...received partial delivery

                        I was supposed to receive head phone, charger, 3mm connector and carry case. But i had received only head phone and charger.

                        I tried reaching paytm several times through their cust care. First upall they asked for so many pics. I provided them all the pics which were avaialble with us. Still they tried asking for more pics. At the end i put one stinker reply and added all the phonto provided in my earlier communication. Remaining Partial delivery and cash refund option was not available.

                        I asked for refund. They processed it and assured this experience will not be repeated again and basis which i put fresh order for same item

                        Paytm suggested to return and reorder and assured proper service at second attempt

                        Experience 2 : Ordered head phone again...this time item is used and faulty...battery not working and second hand item

                        This time again i put complaint in cust care and i clearly mentioned that the item is faulty and used. I called manifacturer of the head phone. They confirmed the item battery is faulty.

                        In return paytm only said... We have initiated order return process...no regret or mention of faulty and used peace problem

                            I had booked a bus ticket through Paytm on Sam travels with order ID: [protected] and paytm ticket id OI8OW9. But Sam travels called me( [protected]) the same day and said that their bus broke down and Paytm would refund the money.I tried calling paytm the same day and ask for a refund, but the customer care with number [protected] never received my call even after persistent attempts.I emailed paytm regarding the same and paytm replied the next day (Ref : 01150686, Ref : 00978181 Your Query with Paytm Care) asking for details regarding the cancellation details. I promptly replied to their queries and furnished the details.I got the emails from mahendra.[protected]@paytm.com and [protected]@paytm.com. Its been almost more two weeks that the incident happened and there is no reply from paytm. They have even ignored my multiple email queries. Kindly give me justice regarding the same.

I have also paid by PAYTM WALLET. I have received the Parcel on[protected] by Javas couriers . When I opened the PARCEL I got only 1 set of Touchstone Golden Metal Earings as first shown in the Delivery Email. I have not received the second shown 1 set of Touchstone Golden Metal Earings in that pocket. They have given 2 sets of Touchstone Golden Metal Earings in the packing slip sticked out the of the pocket. But in the INVOICE inside the pocket it is mentioned only 1set of Touchstone Golden Metal Earings.Please ENQUIRE the same and arrange to send the Balance 1set of Touchstone Golden Metal Earings at the earliest.

                                  I have ordered nubia ZTE Z9 mini through paytm.In that order there was a cashback Rs.750.Order No-is[protected].But It was clearly mentioned that I will get the cashback after receiving the product.But Still I did not get the cash back.Two weeks before I have asked customer care and they replied that I will get the paytm wallet amount Rs.750 in my account.Again it delayed.Now I have called them and now they are telling its not possible.Because its a old product.Please help me.

                                    They r blocking account and running offer of cash back, they r making fool. For example fortune oil was sold for 72 and when paytm started offering cashback now the oil is for 84. What is the use of coupon when we can't redeem. When we contact paytm they say send the screen shot of error when we send it, they reply we r looking into the matter and nothing else. This is for the last 8 months. I want u to please don't allow them to run any cashback offer on product like kitkat, fortune, britainia, etc...

                                      In my Ac balance was thr 200 & I add in wallet 200 rs but transaction was cancel & dedecuted my 17 rs 11 time from you're patym please I request to u solve my problem & give my 184 rs please whn I m calling to customer patym number too many time it's showing me bus i[censored] not return my money that means this is very bad app & really I do 11 time & not even single msg also not given that you're amount is dedecuted automiclly dedecuted plz I want money back in any how plz request to give me ..
                                      Even I faced the same problem once. I wanted to recharge my phone with 150 bucks. Added them to the wallet but the transaction got canceled. I called the customer care but it was of no help. Since then I switched to a number of recharge apps. Right now I am using bill bachao app. So far, I haven't faced any issues.You will get this app here
