    I had sent a request to revert the amount which wrongly paid to Paytm and you have confirmed vide your tkt no. 00988387 but sill not transfering the same to my credit card account. I have also sent the details payment authorisation number but you did transfered the amount of total Rs.4650.00 till date.
    Once again sending the details of payment authorisation.

    You are services are so inferior, When you have received the payment and there is no liabilities against the payment and i informed that wrongly paid. However you are holding the payment more than a month. you have to pay the necessary interest with principal amount.
    I will make the complaint to Consumer Court and not dealing with Paytm in future.

            I have purchased Sony Xperia M4 aqua dual mobile from Paytm. When I will go to service centre for repairing they deny to repair because that product is imported one. But paytm did not mention about it before purchasing.

            When I contact with paytm about this they tell me tale a Denial service certificate from service centre but service centre deny to give that certifiacte for imported product.

            After telling to Paytm they did not respond to my mails.

            The mobile cost is INR 18000.

                          In the statement it shows that it has been transferred to BANK .Pls let me know where my money has gone .I am having no such bank where the money has been transferred.

                              Sir, i have ordered a san disk 16gb pen drive on 15th of april at 10:12pm.
                              I was informed that i will be getting a cashback as i have used the promo code and will get my cashback within 24hrs after the order has been shipped. I got my order on 19th of april and till i haven't got my cashback. Since the order has shipped its been more than 24hrs. Send my cashback as soon as possible.

                                This if for your kind information regarding the product TSX Men polo T-shirts M size (Order #[protected], order date-04/04/2016).I received the product on 09/04/2016.The product I received have different sizes that I ordered. I complain about this issue and I got the return pickup date from your side, i.e.14/04/2016.after a day I got another text message from your side stating the pickup date 4th December. I again complained about this happening and receive mail stated the pickup date should be 15/04/2016.I waited on 15, 16, 17 and 18th April. Today is 19/04/2016 and I didn’t get any message or call or mail from any of you regarding this product. This shows how much you guys are careless.
                                Now I want compensation for wasting my time, Careless attitude, Blunder mistake in packing, Repeating mistakes, misbehaving by not taking action from my first complain and misguiding the costumer (me).Refund my 3 times money back as a compensation.

                                    Paytm just refuse to repay if the recharge is not successful. When i contacted paytm they say please contact with your operator. We have nothing to do. Please take an insurance before using paytm. Customer is a peice scrap for paytm after getting your money. Do not trust . Proof enclosed.

                                      I ordered an insulated bottle cover from paytm which on website looks like a nice pink cover and when it arrived, i was surprised to see that what they call insulated is nothing else but a roll of thermocol placed inside the cover and because of this, no bottle fits inside it. In addition to that when i checked the product description, it was no mention about the thermocol, neither the image showing inside of the bottle cover.

                                      After this i immediately raised a return request on their website on 11th of march. And marked the reason as did not like the product since it was present in the dropdown. Since nobody turned up to pick the product till 5 days, i again checked on their website and i was shocked to see that my return request has been rejected by seller.

                                      Upon contacting paytm, one of their said they will look into the matter. As the seller will only accept defected/wrong products. Upon telling them that in this case i would like to change the reason so they said
                                      "please provide us with 48 hours of time " and they mentioned the same in the email.
                                      After 3-4 days, as there was no update i again called paytm and interacted with sandeep sharma, who gave me guarantee that they will resolve it by 24 hours.

                                      Again after 2 days since there was no update i called back to the support team then sandeep sharma was busy and my call was transferred to asad raza who asked for 24 hours one more time and promised me that they would resolve it and they will call me back to check.

                                      Again a week passed and there was no update and this behavior went on during which i interacted with shubham tiwari, piyush, gini, neha, surjeet, alok, and each and everyone of them asked for 24 hours to 48 hours and nobody resolved it. I kept on asking the progress on this as in what is still pending and what has been done till now but they were not ready to disclose it since they had done absolutely nothing, they gave etas and almost 9-10 times they missed their deadlines. Which shows their dedication towards the work and customer satisfaction.

                                      The company compares themselves with giants like flipkart and jabong where as the support/service/products/website information/on time deliver/return pickups provided by paytm is not even close to 10% of what jabong/amazon offers.

                                      So finally on 18th of april (1 month and 7 days after placing the return request) i got an email saying the seller is not ready to accept it.

                                      So it indicates that company will continue having incomplete information on their products and wrong categories in return request dropdown (Which even seller doesn't accept) and is still not ready to face the consequences. Which clearly indicates the fraud intentions of the company and customer has to loose out money and face issues and waste money on calls and bear mental torture from the care team.

                                      I would have still been happy if i would have got some fruitful outcome for more than 1 month of waiting with patience.


                                      They are losing their valuable customers as i would never dare to deal with this fraud company ever.

                                      They should make the website user friendly by adding full information of the product in description section along with the images of product. In addition to that they should customize the reason for return dropdowns and keep only those option which seller will accept, so that the clients should not fell in the traps set by company and loose out their hard earned money on fraud people.
