    Hi,
    I did a recharge of 155 on my data-card([protected]) on 13-april-2016 using paytm.
    These are order details:
    Paid for orderpaytm

    They are telling me to contact bsnl customer care and bsnl customer care also saying me to do same and contact paytm.
    Since i have not received any message on my phone, regarding recharge..Thus its mistake from paytm but they are not respondind

      Hey.. Yesterday.. I doing recharge of my father's mobile of bsnl network .. Of RS 151.. Two times.. But both times balance was deducted . but my father didn't get any recharge .. Why this happened.. My total balance deducted 302 rupees.. But. I m very disappointed by your services.. Because... Till now I didn't get any recharge and my balance was deducted and I m very frustrated ..

        I have tried to add money using my rupay card on 11th Mar 2016. Due to some reason the transaction was failure. The amount was deducted from my account. When I contacted Paytm through email. I was asked to send the bank statement. After sending the bank statement, they replied that the amount was refunded and they have given some ARN number and asked me to contact the bank. When I contacted the branch, they could not confirm such transaction. When I wrote back to Paytm, they have refunded to SBI but I made the transaction from my SBH account. I raised this issue to Paytm, but there was no reply about the status of the amount.It is already more than a month and it is real frustration from Paytm. I need to run between the bank and the Paytm but I yet to get my money back. My registered mobile number is [protected].
        I hope by looking here, Paytm will help me to resolve this issue.

          I have recharged myt tatasky dth [protected] with the help of paytm on 6th apr 2016 and amount was 250. My order no. Is [protected]. I called my tatasky costumer care executive but i was informed that there is no recharge. I have contacted over phone to paytm. Guys but no luck then i started mailing them regularly but no response. I request to take strong legal action against paytm or tatsky immediately whoever is found guilty in your investigation.

                Dear sir/mam,

                I purchased lot of products or items, but never them. But i ordered maharaja coolz+ air cooler, and when unpack and started i found its not working. So i immediately requested for return on the same day. I have been writing them email but every-time they are mentioning 3-4 days reverse pickup. Its already 12 days but i did not get any call. It is worst experience on paytm.com

                I got calls from below number saying that they are calling from Paytm:
                1) [protected]
                2) [protected]

                They took my 2 account card details and asking me to check payment received or not.

                The other person told me that you can go to ATM and they will help me in transferring amount. It was a card to card transfer:
                He asked me transfer 1299.00 in card number - [protected]. When I checked my balance then 1299.00 Rs. got deducted from my account. I was keep calling him, then he said please read RBI guideline, you have maintain low balance and thats whythey can not transfer.

                Please help me, I am really frustrated with this incident. I did not get my return back but my 1299 Rs also got deducted. Also they have my card details as well.

                Can you please look into it on urgent basis?

                Hello All,

                If you are writing complaint here then some fraud people gets notification and they may call you for arranging refund through phone. They are very professional in communication, so be aware while speaking with them. I request you do not give your card details and internet login password, these basters get your card details or ask you to go to ATM and transfer card to card money. This is a trap, and do not fall into their trap. This website is worst than any other places.

                Do you not share your any info with them, else you have to cry at the end. Police will not help you as you are only sharing that info with those basters. I lost 1299 Rs. but I am feeling to let people aware, I'll feel good if I save atleast one.

                    I recharged my phone number with an amount of rs-94, whose benifit is to get 200 free minutes, i have recharged the same number twice, indeed i recieved 3g data of 130mb per each recharge. please try resolve my problem because your own website's tariff says that on recharging with 94 rupees we recieve a benifit of 200 local and STD minutes.

                            I met with an accident on 9th April 2016 and wanted to call my family for help but i was having insufficient balance for which I used paytm to recharge, but amount deducted from my account but still mobile was not credited due to which I faced a lot of problem then I contacted the paytmcare. They told me it will be refunded in 72 hours but still its more than 3 days I have not got the money back .they should be punished for this inhumane behaviour and irresponsibility.

                                        Hello,
                                        I have recharge my metro card on 10th apr'16, thru paytm and i made this payment of rs. 500/- towards my metro card recharge. I visited metro station to validate the transaction, but still rs. 500/- not refilled into my metro card till date nor money refunded to my hdfc bank account. I am very much surprised where this money gone. Metro says that amount of rs. 500/- still not refilled to my metro card it means this money lying on paytm. Kindly help to refund my money or refilled this money to my metro card no. [protected].
