    Last night i used to pay my payment through paytm but the recharge was not done i have also submitted my complaint but there is no response by you... Kaindlyy hlp me and give my money back:... I have pay the bill payment through paytm wisth my payment id [protected]@gmail.com and my no. [protected] plz hlp me and give my paytm cash to my paytm account... The wrong transaction id that has done by you is #[protected]
    I have used paytm fortune card but amount was not credited to my wallet I have used two fortune paytm recharge cards
    Hello i did a recharge from PayTM on my phone on 3rd april 2016, but till yet i haven't received my recharge and the amount is deducted from my wallet.my service provider is tata docomo.
    please refund my money as soon as possible.

      I have recharged myt tatasky dth [protected] with the help of paytm on 4th apr 2016 and amount was 500. My order no. Is [protected]. I called my tatasky costumer care executive but i was informed that there is no recharge. I have contacted oveer phone paytm guys but no luck then i started mailing them regularly but no response. I request to take strong legal action against paytm or tatsky immediately whoever is found guilty in your investigation.

      I have ordered in food panda through paytm. Transaction from my account to paytm was successful but payment from paytm to food panda account didnot happened. I want my money to be refunded.

        Hello,
        I have recharge my metro card on 10th apr'16, thru paytm and i made this payment of rs. 500/- towards my metro card recharge. I visited metro station to validate the transaction, but still rs. 500/- not refilled into my metro card till date nor money refunded to my hdfc bank account. I am very much surprised where this money gone. Metro says that amount of rs. 500/- still not refilled to my metro card it means this money lying on paytm. Kindly help to refund my money or refilled this money to my metro card no. [protected].

          While recharging net recharge it shown as 12am - am 1 day offer, i thought it is 12 am to 12 am but after getting message of recharge i come to know this is loss of money.
          If it is 12am to 6 am it should not allow to recharge. Please refu nd my money i want to cancel that recharge. Transaction/paytm ref id: [protected]

                I have recharged with paytm today on paytm application in my mobile at 2
                :02 pm on my aircel kolkata no. [protected] with rs 96 through which i should have got 900 local aircel to aircel minutes, but i did not get it. My order no. Is [protected]. I request to take strong legal action against paytm or aircel immediately whoever is found guilty in your investigation. I called my aircel costumer care executive but i was informed that i did not recharged any amount today. Please help.

                I had tried to add money in my wallet using my couple of banks account.Added 5000 from sbi and 2000 from hdfc.both tranjections shown successfully made at my bank statement but not seen any added balance in my paytm wallet.so i got confused that what was the reason.where were these my money added by paytm.i want to add them in my wallet.

                This morning I recharged my friend Jio number [protected] of rs 100.
                My paytm account deducted rs 100 history showed successfully. But number is still not recharged and no any sms come from Jio.

                    I charged my delhi metro cardfo rs. 500/-, vide order id :[protected], on 10.04.2016, but the same has not been not charged, when i checked on the metro charge machine today. I had no sufficient amount to travel so i had to go back home to fetch the amount.
                    So pls. Explain and compensate accordingly, otherwise legal action will follow

                      On 8 april i have booked the bus ticket for delhi to jalandhar of punbus and payment i have done from paytm wallet. But i did not get the bus ticket but balance from paytm wallet got deducted. I am attaching the logs of order belows

                      I have confirm with punbus customer care, they said we didn't receive any request from your side and not booked a seat. By mistake paytm has charged you.

                      One more thing, we i booked the ticket and transaction is in process on the same time internet went off so after some time when net came, i had check transaction showing success and money got deducted but seat not booked.

                      After some time paytm mailed me given below:

                      Thanks for contacting us. We understand that your transaction at punbus was not successful. However, your paytm wallet was charged.

                      We reviewed your account and noticed that the transaction is now showing as successful in our system for order number tys_1119674. In case you have still not received the desired services, please contact punbus customer care.

                      Now i am stuck in betweenm please help

                      i had made the ticket from Bangalore to Goa by bus but ticket was showing pending and money been dictated from my account but i cant travel and have't get my refund back tel me how to get help me please
                      I made a Konduskar bus ticket from Wakad Pune to Sangli 13th Feb 22 from Paytm .
                      Money got deducted but ticket was not booked.
                      Now When I am asking about my money
                      Paytm is saying check with travel agency.

                      My simple question is here that If i am using your platform to book the ticket I will ask you to refund my money. And you should contact the travel agency. ( Details Attached.)

                      Hoping for my money back.

                          I registered comlaint on security flaw in paytm, but the team is not able to resolve this. Also they are saying they can not resolve. I charged my account with rs. 1000 with my email id and then used rs.500. Then someone created account with his phone number and my email id was given. Now i can not access my account as otp is going to another number and my money is locked in this account. I am not sure if my account is used by someone now or not. I had to create a new account with number, but i am not sure if this is safe.

                            I have done a recharge through paytm, i have made a transaction with debit card . Money is deducted, but it is more then 24 hours that recharge not done.
                            Either refund the money or else do the recharge as soon as possible. This type of inconvienence is not tolerable.

                                  Recently i purchased Sandisk 32 gb memory card class 10 from PAYTM against order no.[protected] on 13th March'16, for first few days it worked ok but now after 15 days it is showing problem in transferring files, sometimes it shows corrupted, really disappointed with the product quality...

                                      I have been waiting from 1/2 hr prior to the journey time but i didn't get any information or message about the bus cancellation. I have tried to contact the bus driver number which has been shared by paytm in the booking message, but it was switched off. I have contacted the paytm customer care for the assistance. But this was the worst experience that i ever had while contacting customer care for assistance. The customer care executive shared me the number to contact for assistance but it was redbus customer care number. It was the most embracing moment when the redbus customer care guy replied me to contact paytm customer care for this issue. At last i have travelled by paying rs. 2000 from my pocket.

                                      I have been using the paytm from past 4 years. I need loyalty for this incident along with refund.
