While recharging net recharge it shown as 12am - am 1 day offer, i thought it is 12 am to 12 am but after getting message of recharge i come to know this is loss of money.
If it is 12am to 6 am it should not allow to recharge. Please refu nd my money i want to cancel that recharge. Transaction/paytm ref id: [protected]

I have recharged on my another no. From my id [protected]@gmail.com [protected] my mob. No. Transaction has been done but my postpaid payment is not dond plz gove my 272 rs. Back to my account... Please give my money back to my paytm wallet or to my account no. [protected] pnb bank... Pls. See my problem nd solve it fastly... I'll be very thankfull to you...Plz hlp me..

I have recharged with paytm today on paytm application in my mobile at 2
:02 pm on my aircel kolkata no. [protected] with rs 96 through which i should have got 900 local aircel to aircel minutes, but i did not get it. My order no. Is [protected]. I request to take strong legal action against paytm or aircel immediately whoever is found guilty in your investigation. I called my aircel costumer care executive but i was informed that i did not recharged any amount today. Please help.

This is for your kind attention that I have paid electricity bill for the amt Rs 510/-, having the paytm Transaction/order no [protected] on dated 11/04/2016. Transaction paytm transaction faild as shown but my account has been debited with Rs 510/-.

Kindly solve the matter urgently.

Dear sir.
I charged my delhi metro cardfo rs. 500/-, vide order id :[protected], on 10.04.2016, but the same has not been not charged, when i checked on the metro charge machine today. I had no sufficient amount to travel so i had to go back home to fetch the amount.
So pls. Explain and compensate accordingly, otherwise legal action will follow

On 8 april i have booked the bus ticket for delhi to jalandhar of punbus and payment i have done from paytm wallet. But i did not get the bus ticket but balance from paytm wallet got deducted. I am attaching the logs of order belows

I have confirm with punbus customer care, they said we didn't receive any request from your side and not booked a seat. By mistake paytm has charged you.

One more thing, we i booked the ticket and transaction is in process on the same time internet went off so after some time when net came, i had check transaction showing success and money got deducted but seat not booked.

After some time paytm mailed me given below:

Thanks for contacting us. We understand that your transaction at punbus was not successful. However, your paytm wallet was charged.

We reviewed your account and noticed that the transaction is now showing as successful in our system for order number tys_1119674. In case you have still not received the desired services, please contact punbus customer care.

I had paid my electricity bill of south bihar company limited amounting 713.00 through PAYTM service vide invoice no. 20/[protected] dated 18 Mar 16. the payment showing sucessfull and paid but the electricity bill of SBPDCL showing non payment receipt. plz clarify

I registered comlaint on security flaw in paytm, but the team is not able to resolve this. Also they are saying they can not resolve. I charged my account with rs. 1000 with my email id and then used rs.500. Then someone created account with his phone number and my email id was given. Now i can not access my account as otp is going to another number and my money is locked in this account. I am not sure if my account is used by someone now or not. I had to create a new account with number, but i am not sure if this is safe.

I have done a recharge through paytm, i have made a transaction with debit card . Money is deducted, but it is more then 24 hours that recharge not done.
Either refund the money or else do the recharge as soon as possible. This type of inconvienence is not tolerable.

I have been waiting from 1/2 hr prior to the journey time but i didn't get any information or message about the bus cancellation. I have tried to contact the bus driver number which has been shared by paytm in the booking message, but it was switched off. I have contacted the paytm customer care for the assistance. But this was the worst experience that i ever had while contacting customer care for assistance. The customer care executive shared me the number to contact for assistance but it was redbus customer care number. It was the most embracing moment when the redbus customer care guy replied me to contact paytm customer care for this issue. At last i have travelled by paying rs. 2000 from my pocket.

I had ordered a dress material styles closet red semi stiched anarkali suit from paytm vide order no [protected] on 03 apr 16 delivered by xpressbees tracking no[protected] on 9 apr 16. The cost of item was rs. 219 + rs 49 as shipping charges. I have paid the said amount while ordering the item.
