But bus is cancelled or something happened so bus not come and I want my refund because there 16 days goes but they not respond to me .         I have order a laptop from paytm on 31march with online payment mode, after 5 days I got a msg that seller is unable to ship the item how could paytm do this if paytm was unable to complete the order than he should not take the order n why they r tell us the same after 6 days n this the technique to make more money as product is in demand in market as I cancel the order the free to sell the model to other Costumer in increased profit n due to delay I will cancel the order

          Refer docket no.[protected] for mayur gugaria. Last 3 days gati people are calling for delivery and are not delivering. Even gati feedback sms does not capture this reason. One of the most most most pathetic guys i have experienced for delivery n location. They speak to me daily thrice, and by end of day they hang the phone stating that they dis not find address. They are calling from place 200mts from my residence. Plz imm intervene n black list these idiotic guys.

            I had recharged Rs.200 via Paytm on March 24th and then again for Rs.200 on 30th March 2016, on the Airtel West Bengal number [protected].Both the transactions showed successful and my bank account was deducted of Rs.400 total.But I received no balance.
            Subsequently on complaining to the Paytm authorities I didn't get my issues resolved.So now I am compelled to take the help of Consumer Court and lodge a complaint there against Paytm.I will also use the means of Facebook and twitter to share my experience and story with the people of the world.
            I will do this in the next two days.If you guys desire to stop this then kindly get my issue resolved in the next two days or else face the brunt of the court.

                    I had ordered I kg of PISTA from PAYTM Order Number [protected] but received almonds and have registered a complain to get this resolved but no efforts are being taken from PAYTM to resolve it. I am worried that since its an eatable item and if not changed on time it may expire. But these guys are very irresponsible and and show no respect to customer expectations. I got a reply from Rahul Pachauri from Paytm that he will do something and will reply me within 48-72 hrs but it has been 168 hrs and this irresponsible person not replied to me till now. I can say these guys dont have any commitment and honesty towards their customers.

                      I ordered some items from Paytm. Out of them, 5 products were in broken/damaged condition. So I returned the products to the merchant on[protected]. The products were delivered back to the merchant on[protected]. I am requesting Paytm representatives to refund my money but they are not refunding my money.

                      Against the order id-[protected] (Item Id: [protected], item id : [protected]), amount of items returned + courier charges has not been refunded (Rs 270+36 and Rs 296+52 only)

                      Also, against order id : [protected] and item id : [protected], amount of items returned + courier charges has not been refunded (Rs 473+52 only)

                      Against the order id-[protected] and Item Id: [protected], courier charges has not been refunded (Rs 36 only).

                      Against order ID : [protected] item iD : [protected], courier charges has not been refunded (Rs 52 only).

                      Total refund to be done by PAYTM to me = Rs 1267 only.

                        This is mr. Piyush prajapati a good customer of paytm. With a good offer on paytm on the mobile phone “yu yuniue 4g 8 gb (Black) (Item#[protected])” on 17/02/2015 i bought it, the seller is “the mobile store” the shipment is done on 18/02/2016. With a lot of happiness i opened the cover and switched on the phone to use it but the phone is activated on 21/02/2016, placed the sim card and it has shown network error and entire happiness went into vain. On 24/02/2016, i contacted the “priya mobile” and they said it was a small problem and it will rectified soon and took phone for repairing 0n 25/02/2016. They kept is for one month and returned back on 28/03/2016 with no problem rectification and still i am unable to use it, the following is the job sheet no:w[protected].

                        Until now nothing was turned up i could not use phone for a month and it became a worst decision trusting the paytm and its vendors for buying the products .


                        I had informed the problem within seven days of the products received and i am eligible for the free product replacement. So i request you to replace the product and thereby it creates a good impression from a loyal customer towards paytm.

                        If in case such type of poor services is continued by paytm, yu unique, priyamobile & the mobile store for greater than a week from today i will contact consumer forum and lodge a case against everyone involved.

                          I have booked bus ticket vide paytm order no: [protected]. According to that order paytm has offered the promo code & accepted successfully for said order. As per reply of confirmation message dtd: 28.03.2016 on my registered mobile that ticket was booked & cashback will be credited in 1 hour. But till date cashback has not credited in my paytm wallet.

                          Now your requested to credit my cashback in my paytm wallet.

                            I made a payment of rs. 1983 through paytm for purchase of groceries from big basket. The payment was immediately debited from my hdfc bank account, but was not credited in paytm and the transaction failed.
                            Even after a complaint through call and message, the problem was not solved.
                            Please take action against the same.

                              Hii..Today morning i have recharged for videocon dish through net banking via paytm rupees 120. I have facing this issue many times, .Money getting debited but my recharge was not being successfull. And now, money has been debited from my bank but recharge was not successfull ..So please check about it and see that my amount is credited back thank you.

                                Firstly they checked there records and told me that they will compensate Rs 800/- for missing accessories. When I rejected this and asked them to aprove my return as the product delivered is looking like used. Below is the response from Paytm.
                                "Thank you for contacting Paytm.com.

                                This is with regards to the concern which you have registered with Paytm against the order number [protected].

                                As per our internal investigation- The missing item was with the product at the time of delivery and we can not address you anymore regarding this issue apart from the resolution shared in previous mail/reply and we're cancelling return request also for this product".

                                Before this mail I have received the below response:-

                                "This is with regards to the concern which you have registered with Paytm against the order number [protected].

                                It was nice talking to you. As per our concerned team. We can add maximum up to Rs 800 in your Paytm wallet for the missing item in the order id- [protected]. Please share your consent here, so that we can go ahead and do the needful.

                                We hope this is helpful. If you need any further assistance, please contact us."

                                Now the thing is of they telling that the product was delivered to me in intact condition and there was nothing missing inside the box, how firstly they have accepted to compensate Rs 800/-. This means whatsoever they want to do with customer they can.

                                I need justification they are not even replying to my mails also.

                                  We were submitted our electricity bills from paytm. First bill was of 240 rs and 2nd was of 60 rs. The first order no was [protected] and 2nd order no was [protected]. And we were used promo code BSES 200 for the bills. And according to bses delhi we could get 200 cash back on each bill on paytm.. but we dont get any cashback on any bill till yet. We used it 7 days before the due date. But we submitted it on march 3rd. Both the order numbers are mentioned above. So you are humbly requested to take the appropriate actions about it. All the details and promo codes were BSES 200 FOR each electricity bill. You are requested to give us cash back on both the electricity bills.

                                      Whole day was spent to search for recharging the dish tv for north india. Paytm claim that they have tie up with dish tv, but factually it is not. Only south indian packages are available. A complaint was lodged, but after calling customer care, it was known that the complaint was not practically lodged. What was the problem, i do not know?

                                      Somehow, on talking to customer care, it was told that he could not find any pack for north india.

                                      Whatever we search on paytm site, irrelevant things/info will pop up, wasting our time.

                                      Either serve the customers in a proper way or shut the shop. We are a group of 50 people trusting paytm, but getting frustrated with the service.
