We were submitted our electricity bills from paytm. First bill was of 240 rs and 2nd was of 60 rs. The first order no was [protected] and 2nd order no was [protected]. And we were used promo code BSES 200 for the bills. And according to bses delhi we could get 200 cash back on each bill on paytm.. but we dont get any cashback on any bill till yet. We used it 7 days before the due date. But we submitted it on march 3rd. Both the order numbers are mentioned above. So you are humbly requested to take the appropriate actions about it. All the details and promo codes were BSES 200 FOR each electricity bill. You are requested to give us cash back on both the electricity bills.

I recharged my metro card no.[protected]delhi metro) on dated 03.04.16 Rs. 100 after some time i got a message from paytm your metro card recharge successfully but i didnt got amt in my card, i called to customer no. but there is not option for submit complaint regarding this, i try to submit query through website but there is also i didnt found option, please do the needful,

Whole day was spent to search for recharging the dish tv for north india. Paytm claim that they have tie up with dish tv, but factually it is not. Only south indian packages are available. A complaint was lodged, but after calling customer care, it was known that the complaint was not practically lodged. What was the problem, i do not know?

Somehow, on talking to customer care, it was told that he could not find any pack for north india.

Whatever we search on paytm site, irrelevant things/info will pop up, wasting our time.

Either serve the customers in a proper way or shut the shop. We are a group of 50 people trusting paytm, but getting frustrated with the service.

We have recharge our idea mobile bill pay but recharge not successfully till date and not refund my amount .

Dear Concern,

On 3rd April'16 I given two order through PayTM with order number is [protected] and [protected] for the total amount of rs 222/- but my rs 108/- extra deduct by PAY TM .

Firstly I order electronic mosquito killer light lamp of rs 108/- which was already pay through HDFC credit card after some time I pass one order of mango people black digital watch total amount of this watch including shipping was rs 114/- but at the same time total amount of order again deduct rs 222/- from my credit card, which was include last order amount of rs 108/-(114+108).
please help me to refund my rs 108/- in my account.

I had ordered a sun glass on March 27, 2016 from PayTM. The order was delivered on March 31, 2016. When I opened the product box, it was empty! Yes they delivered me an empty box! I soon contacted the customer support and they refunded me the money I spent on that product. When I asked for compensation they said it is against their "Policy". I want to ask them does their policy say to deliver an empty box? Did not they go against their policy by delivering an empty box to the customer? So, what's the problem in giving me the compensation? I want compensation from them.

Sir i have ordered a butterflies handbag 16th march the estimated delivery was on 21 march it was i prepaid order but it was not delivered till 23 and on 24 it showed delivered i contacted paytm many times but they said the product will be delivered now and than but it was not delivered .. This are my ticket numbers, when I ever I call to there customer care number it tooks me around 30 min minium to connect and I thought to mail them but they will take minium 24-48 hrs to reply. Really got fed up with there service and they never give proper reply again I need to reply them for the proper answer. My money really got stuck in that PayTM wallet.
I really wasted my time browsing into PayTM.
So, guys it's a friendly request don't buy any products from PayTM and dont expect any service from there team.
Worst and the horrible feeling.

This is suraj kumar and i had buy the nova trimmer from paytm in sunday deals..After the successful delivery from paytm the trimmer which i opened from the box is not working and it has 1year warranty...So please apologize my statement and make necessary action to resolve my problem for customer satisfaction as soon as possible...

I have lost an amount of rs.6405.96 from my paytm wallet and as per the confirmation from paytm cyber team the transaction was done by a fruadster on ebay on 07/03/2016 13:46:55 . I didn't receive any sms confirmation from paytm when the transaction happened and hence it is clearly understood that somebody from paytm assisted in emptying my wallet. This is gross negligence and improper security measure on their part. I advise everyone not to keep any amount above a few hundreds rupees as paytm has started the fraud of giving cash back and then emptying the wallet. I am planning to take paytm to consumer court as i have all the proofs of wrongdoing from their part and its been 3 weeks and they have not yet reimbursed the money. @paytmcare : check my mails and let me know your feedback asap (Ticket numbers[protected] and 95840)

I have ordered 10-11 various items through your site about 10 days back with full advance payment, but now they are not delivering the materials in the given address and ask me to collect it from a place 15 Km away from here( Shipment ID [protected],[protected] so on). So it is your duty to deliver the materials in the ordered address at an early date, otherwise I will take necessary action as deemed against you. or you may give back the full amount which I have paid with interest to me.

Order no [protected], sir i have ordered sujata chutney jar on date 24 march 2016 and paid 517 rs. But after i paid my money through online payment they cancled my order date 1 april 2016, without any information and didnt refunded any money. I want my money back and penalty of 10000 rs frm paytm for making fraud promomise. If they are not able to deliver their product then they should not show their product online or should not take the order. Please sir help me to fire this type of fake company.

I had paid 2 no. Of cesc bill cust id [protected] of mr. Goutam mondal & [protected] of mrs. Chandra mondal for the amount rs. 540 & rs. 190 respectively via paytm website on dt 24.03.2016. The transactions were failed and i receive a msg from cesc that the transactions are not successful and the bills are not paid. But the amounts are deducted from my paytm wallet. Once again on 29.03.2016 i paid those bills from cesc website via paytm wallet as because 31st is the due date of those bills, this time the transactions are succesful. I had lodged a complaint to the paytm site that the transactions of 24.03.2016 are not successful, so please refund my amount to my wallet. They reply me that at that time the transactions are not successful on 24th but now on 30.03.2016 the transactions were made clear. I frequently msg them that those amounts are once again paid by me on 29th, but they wont refund my amount till now. I send them almost 5 or 6 mails regarding this including the screenshot of my paid acknowledgements of cesc on dt 29th, but they wont get any action. Please help me to get my money back.
Hopefully i get some help from you guys to solve the problem.
