I am raju maji, i have done a rs 155 recharge for the prepaid no [protected] on 02.04.2016___11:43 pm by "boi" net banking but on amount has been deducted my bank account (Ref no---stubp[protected] but "the money not successfully recharge in my mobile no" but i not clear ______www.paytm.com _____amount deducted which reason. I used paytm website to recharge my airtel landline ([protected]) bill amount rs. 1606 on 6th april. Amount deducted and it shows on paytm website that bill payment successful but amount not credited in my airtel landline number [protected]. When i ask them to give me proofs of payment they just giving me a reference number and no proofs. With that reference number airtel unable to check payment received or not. Airtel operator said there is no bill payment done for my number and paytm claiming that it is done. I am very frustrated and its not a small amonut. Please help me with this issue i want my money back from paytm

23 Feb: Paytm Approved the return but NO return pickup facility
1 Mar: Paytm agreed to pay courier charges (mail available)
2 Mar: Return Shipped thru Fedex way bill[protected]
8 Mar: Return Delivered to Vendor (received by R Ravinder in front desk)

Now Paytm is not refunding the money but asking me to return the Item which I have already returned.

They have fulfiled the order through their seller ShriKrishna in Delhi

I booked my ticket on PAYTM at AEON CONNECT, the bus driver took me to Madivala and said we have not accepted bookings from PAYTM and asked me to getdown.

PAYTM has provided complete ticket details. NO one was there to help at 1.00Am in the night. Stranded in the night and the BUS fellows told, contact PAYTM we have got nothing to do.struggled and reached back home at 4.00Am.

This is cheating at its best. planned/booked 20 days back for festival and just bcoz PAYTM, he asked me to get down and couldnt go hometown for festivities.

Please take action on such websites like "PAYTM" selling fake tickets.

I had a bus booking from Bangalore to ooty on 7th April. Even after confirmation of ticket, the bus operator found double booking done over the same seat. Our seats were not accepted nd i was not able to travel. I had to find an alternate service to reach my destination.

I need to know how I'm gonna get my compensation or refunding of my booking amount.

I had recharge of 40rs on idea mobile I got 40 rs recharge but 30rs extra is deducted by paytm this order is placed. I got message of 30 rs paid for paytm.

Order no.[protected]... Paytm... Product shows delivered... But i have not received the product... I have contacted the courier facility safe express today one of the csa told me that ur product will reach jabalpur after 2 to 3 days... It is not delivered... And paytm shows delivered

Absolutely fraud and poorly maintained app. False offers..even after deduction by paytm and vodafone, I dint get my net pack.
Instead they gave a free local calls offer which I do not need at all for this number.

Both have disgusting customer care service.
Paytm has no valid care number and emails are never answered. They can send me one mail every week to sell shoes, belts and cheap sunglasses but never reply a query or complaint.

Vodafone is deteriorating day by day. Bad customer care people who don't even try to help you..and keep repeating same sentence 10 times.
Untrue assurance (they told me on 5/4/2016 I will get my net pack in 2 days by 7th)..today (7/4/2016) they refuse and say you email a complaint but we cant help you,
the guy dint even try to contact and get help to sort it out.
When I asked to speak to higher authorities, he made me wait in line for a while and then said to call after 30mins, every one is busy.
Those pleasant tones of care centres are gone by the way.. very unpleasant gentlemen happen to replace them.

I want my refund or my net pack activated.
I have already uninstalled paytm app and mean to ask people to refrain from it.As for vodafone, a change of operator is soon to happen for my family & friends.

p.s vodafone care people once said they have collaboration with paytm and next day refused; saying paytm has wrong offers.
But sadly they will take no step to stop cheating customers together,

This is for your kind information that I have paid electricity bill for the amt Rs 90/-, having order no [protected] on dated 7/4/2016 . In last step of transaction paytm transaction faild as shown but my account has been debited with Rs 80/-.
I have reprocessed for the paying same bill having its order no [protected] on date 7/4/2016, and this paytm transaction was completely success and my account also again debited with the amt of Rs. 80/-
I have checked my bank statement two time, shows two times deduction of Rs. 80/- to Paytm.
Kindly check the given information and reimburse my extra paid amt.

I done the recharge of rs 510 for airtel dish tv hd on dated[protected] order no number is [protected] but airtel/pat tm has not done the recharge of airtel dish tv hd. I have many call of [protected],[protected] the have not pick the phone. If recharge will not done immediately then i will go the consumer forums at patiala.

At 6th of april 2016 i have add money of rs 300 to my paytm wallet, but this didn't happened. My main ballance from bank account got deducted..but it is not added in paytm wallet, so i cancelled the order though i have not yet credited my ballance of rs 300 and paytm order history is telling that money is refunded...so give me my money back...!!

money was deducted from my account but didn't get any confirmation.
I was send mail to paytm customer care but i didn't get any reply from them.

My name is Ritabh. On 20th September I made various payments to a merchant through an HDFC Rupay Debit Card through PayTM. Due to issues which looked to be technical in nature, all the transactions failed. The respective amounts for all transactions were refunded except one of Rs. 2, 248. I contacted the bank and the merchant and none of the two have received the money. Please look into it and get in touch with me as soon as possible.

That was my last day to pay the postpaid bill of vodafone. As suggested by friend i referred the PAYTM and done the payment of 1000, as soon as the payment done, they deducted the money but haven't processed the payment from there end. i called them so many times but there is no reply. and also i raised a ticket with them and haven't heard anything from them. now i have to pay the bill along with the fine. Kindly register this complaint and do the needfull as earliest.
