Dear sir/madam,
I have booked ticket from hubli to bangalore through paytm solutins and date of journey was on 13/03/2016. Paytm ticket id is ohgog8. Booked travels is varsha travels. But i got one text message from travels on 13/03/16 at 6:49pm saying that bus has been cancelled. But when i called to varsha travels they told me that i'll get refund from paytm solutions. So i raised requests to paytm on 19/03/2016 since i thought i'll get money within a week. Now after waiting till 28/03/2016 i have not received my money back and they are not picking calls also so i have complained to consumer complaints. So kindly resolve issue and hope i'll get back my money.

Sir,
I had recharged mts mblaze on 18.03.2016 vide ref [protected]/paytm through internet banking for rs. 499/-and it was not credited in the account. Same dayi recharged through mtz retail shop in the evening and it was credited in the account.
The recharge made through paytm was debited from sb account but not credited. Please lookinto and recredit the same

March 18, 2016, 5:29 p.M. I cancelled the order and delivered to rto on march 23, 2016, 5:11 p.M. And status is return accepted. Over 1 week after my return but i don't receive refund till now.
Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

This is the second time that without any usage my mobile recharge has drained out.
Earlier when i recharged my 3G data pack and the very recent is when i recharged roaming tariff. I didn't make any single call and still the balance shows zero. Without using much of any application, 350 Mbs drained out just in 5-7 minutes!
It is depressing that after paying such money, worth services aren't received!

I have done post paid bill payment of airtel service provider through you on of my post paid mobile [protected] 19.02.2016.The payment is made by mode internet banking through Indian Overseas Bank.The reference number is paytm- [protected][protected]@907598.Amount paid is Rs.233/-But paytm has received the amount and it is neither remitted to Airtel company nor refunded to the bank account nor credited in paytm wallet.My another mobile no.is [protected] .kindly refund the amount as it is more than one month.It is not acceptable from the company like paytm.

Hello sir,
After listening to my friend advice, i have tried paying my reliance postpaid bill of 571.23 rs for [protected] through paytm and that transaction got failed., and this amount is neither credited to my bank account-(Hdfc credit card) nor the paytm wallet. It is already been 4 days and still my money is not a concern to paytm?

This is the mail i got from paytm.

"hi there,

We are really sorry that your bill payment of vodafone mobile [protected] for rs.571.23 failed.

Your money(Rs.571.23) has been refunded and is now available in paytm wallet for immediate reuse.
You can use paytm wallet for recharge, bill payment or buying any item at paytm. For more details go to paytm.com/paytmcash

Paytm wallet can be used for recharge, utility payment, shopping at paytm or at hundreds of partner. If you wish, you can also credit back this amount to the payment instrument used for purchase. To do that, go to “paytm wallet transaction history” and click on “refund to bank” for this purchase. It usually takes about 7 days for the amount to be credited to your account."

The money is not there even in paytm wallet or my bank account.

I demand my money to give back to me.

I have attached my credit card statement of hdfc and also paytm email.
My life was peaceful before choosing paytm but now i am wasting my time on writing mails to paytm..

Paytm — electricity bill unpaid

21 march. I paid 1740 rs torrent electricity bill by debit card amount debited in my bank a/c but not credited in torrent power.So what is about my transaction status.Please help for my issue.

Today torrent power company inform me that your transaction has been failed from your bank ( paytm ) end.But it was paid by bank.

Paytm is a cheating online shopping platform. Don't buy huge discount products because it's all returned or refurbished products. When you buy a product or do payment paytm encourage you to use promo code for winning iPhone or one lakh cash price etc...if your really a winner paytm will not consider you as winner they will create a fake winner list and post the winners. This is a business trick just make you tempt and kick you off. As of my experience paytm is untrusted, bluffers, cheating company.

I had booked a ticket from Chennai to Tiruchendur one month before for today's journey in Jeyam Travels. While I reached there they said ur name is not booked here but I have my booked ticket message with me . For this My brother have called Jeyam travels and Paytm customer care but there is no response. But the members in the travels said ur ticket is not validated from paytm. They have treated me as without ticket. This is so disgusting.

This is with regards to the concern that you have registered with Paytm.

We understand your concern. However, as per our terms and conditions, we are unable to process the refund. For more details, kindly refer to the terms and conditions of the Paytm bus ticketing services.

Paytm will not be liable for the following points:

1. Untimely departure/ arrival of the bus
2. Rude behavior of bus operator's employees
3. Bus seats/ cushions not as per customer's expectation
4. Bus cancellation due to unavoidable reasons
5. Baggage lost /stolen /damaged
6. Change in customer's seat to accommodate a lady /child at the last moment
7. Customer waiting at the wrong boarding point (please call the bus operator to find out the exact boarding point if you are not a regular traveler on that particular bus)
8. Change in the boarding point and/or use of a pick-up vehicle to take customers to the departure point

Note: Paytm is only a bus ticket agent. It does not operate bus services on its own. In order to provide a comprehensive choice of bus operators, departure times and prices to customers, it has tied up with many bus operators and service providers.

Paytm advise customers to choose bus operators they are aware of and whose services they are comfortable with.

I bought Voltas Voltas 185EYS 1.5 Ton 5 Star Split AC (Silver) with order number [protected]. A wrong product with wrong color has been delivered on 7th March(Expected by 3rd March). I put a return request on 8th March and on 9th march the return got approved by paytm. Since then I've been wring mails regularly and calling but till now nobody turned up for return pickup. The money I spent for the AC is blocked up with PayTm.

Yesterday at 3:30 PM a call came from jadav [protected] telling he is speaking from paytm and ask me to verify the my bank account detail .i did not give the detail that time then he told me that after 3 hour call will come from paytm for refund of fake transaction done from my paytm wallet of 600/-on 21st march at 11:39 am.then at 6:29 pm call came and he told me he is calling from Paytm named Deepak [protected] asked my ATM card no.telling the amount I am refunding to your account.then inspite of credit the amont I received continue 4 message between 6:29 pm to 6:41 pm on yesterday 23rd march of debiting the amount of 28500/-from my accout .he made these transaction without knowing ATM pin .i am financially poor.this amout I borrowed from someone.please reverse my amount .

Sunday 20-mar-2016 i have orderd food costing rs. 337.5 from food panda where i was about to get 20% cash back from paytm in 24 hrs.
Cash back still not credited in my wallet after 3 days.
Since i am a new user in paytm and not expecting such types of fraud however i believe the issue will be resolved as soon as possible

On 19th march I added 600/-in my paytm wallet with transaction id [protected] .after adding my wallet balance was 863/-, then I made only two transaction on 19th march at 4:50 PM with 155/- after that my balance was 708/- and another transaction on 19th march at 4:51 PM with 57/-after this my wallet balance was 657 /- in my wallet.after 20 th march I did not operate my paytm account.but on 22nd March I received 2 message on my mobile no.[protected] that on two mobile no. 1.Airtel no.[protected] with 390/- with operator ref.no.[protected] at 11:39 AM 2.Airtel no.[protected] with 250/-with operator ref.no.[protected] at 11:44 AM transaction were made.and my paytm wallet balance remained 17/-then i call on paytm customer care no. regarding these transaction which someone made from my paytm account on [protected] on 22 nd march at 12:39 PM.they told me to file complain online.please do the needful and help me to resolve this issue .if this kind of thing would happen in future it will lost the credibility of Paytm that without customer authentication how these fraud can happen.

My friend the same happened with me my 470 balance was deducted and recharged to someone whom i don't know I came to realise it when msg came to my registered A/c no of recharge successful to [protected] i called that guy he said "mein apna mobile check karke batata hu " he disconnected the can after that he never called me till now but i called him after half an hour he did not picked the phone tell me you email Id we will fight together for this problem
