On 19th march I added 600/-in my paytm wallet with transaction id [protected] .after adding my wallet balance was 863/-, then I made only two transaction on 19th march at 4:50 PM with 155/- after that my balance was 708/- and another transaction on 19th march at 4:51 PM with 57/-after this my wallet balance was 657 /- in my wallet.after 20 th march I did not operate my paytm account.but on 22nd March I received 2 message on my mobile no.[protected] that on two mobile no. 1.Airtel no.[protected] with 390/- with operator ref.no.[protected] at 11:39 AM 2.Airtel no.[protected] with 250/-with operator ref.no.[protected] at 11:44 AM transaction were made.and my paytm wallet balance remained 17/-then i call on paytm customer care no. regarding these transaction which someone made from my paytm account on [protected] on 22 nd march at 12:39 PM.they told me to file complain online.please do the needful and help me to resolve this issue .if this kind of thing would happen in future it will lost the credibility of Paytm that without customer authentication how these fraud can happen.

Tomorrow I Paid Torrent Electricity Bill by Debit Card amount debited in my Bank A/C but not credited in Torrent power.so what is about my transaction status.Please help for my issue.

Tomorrow yoy inform me that your transaction has been failed from your bank end.but it was paid by bank.

i have a payment of my vodafone no [protected] Rs. 764/- thru paytm on date 08march2016 and transaction id is FCMP[protected] but this payment is not credit on my vodofone no.
pls sorted out of this ishue

I had done recharge on 9th Mar from Paytm. Payment was successful from bank end and same displayed on Paytm even recharge was also successful as per Paytm Order summary but didn't get any recharge from operator.
I raised a ticket with Paytm Team and according to Paytm Team " Recharge was successful from Operator end also" but when i reached out to Operator Customer Care they said "Recharge was not successful". Still i am following up with Paytm Team but not getting any update from them.
Its clearly reflecting that Paytm is totally bogus and there Support team is one of the worst team who is not able to resolve an issue even after 15-20 days.

Rs. 926/- (Rs. 500 + Rs. 426) has been deducted from my Paytm wallet on 20th March 2016 at 01.02 AM. Whereas I had not done these transitions I am complaining them but they are not listing the same. I think we will stop using PayTM wallet in future they are Fraud Company.

I had a coupon code of fortune sun flower oil... when i entered it in add money i got a pop up of successfully applied coupon.. your money will be credited in your walte.. but They didnt.. as already 5 days passed away!! plz do needfull

I booked a ticket through paytm after booking my money got deducted and it said your ticket is booked and emailed but i didn't any mail or message how could i know my seat number and bus number and some other information

I have ordered an item of Rs.316 and paid for it on 14 march and last date of delivering this item was 22march. Today is 22 march and i havn't received the product. The provided tracking number is not working, the courier company is not avaible on internet. Customer care number is not working, they do not respond on any calls. Paytm website have no idea about my item status.

I recharge my dish TV by using dishtv android app by 100 rs 100 rs was deducted from my bank aacount but till balance is not received in dish TV account my contact no is [protected] and vc no is [protected]

I have lost my shoppers stop gift card which I ordered through paytm - my order is #[protected] and item number (Item # [protected]). How can I get a new one issued.

Customer care is talking over phone. since they could not satisfy me. what they are saying on phone is not written by them over mail

Am shweta Sharma from kolkata . I was orederd a parcel of school kit watch or cricket toy for my family address is 932, tulsi niketan bhopura sahibabad gaziabad. I was pay by my card for this . after that yr delivery boy call my mom n insulting her. He, s say I don't know yr address go to hell
I will not delivered yr parcel.
Wt is this sir mam its yr company policy. Nw if my parcel nt receive my family then I never shop again with yr app. Or I will complain yr team in police for cheeting. Yr team get payment by card or parcel nt delieverd

I had purchased Apple 5S on 9 Feb and after 15 days its speaker stopped working hence called Paytm customer care for help where they suggested to visit apple service center for further guidance. subsequently I took the phone to Apple service center as it was still under warranty, upon detailed second level escalation check I was informed that my phone has undergone modification and tampering for which they have proof in form of pictures of scratches they see on the speaker. As per Apple agreement they will not fix my phone within warranty and have requested me to collect my phone from them.

I have order the 5W Led bulb set of 9 through Paytm dated[protected]. My order number is #[protected].
After waiting a long period, I received mail dated[protected] your product has cancelled by seller.
I am very sad for this fraud. I mailed care but not got proper response.
They wasted my time, block my money for certain period time and finally broke the hope.

This is the second time I am compkaing regarding the same issue. It has been over a month and they keep on replying the same message and contradict themselves in the mail.
Once you say:- We understand that your transaction at "swiggy" was not successful. However, your Paytm wallet was charged.We reviewed your account and noticed that the transaction is now showing as successful in our system for order number "[protected]".

And the last mail :- As we already informed you that the transaction is already successful from our side.

What do I do if on your system it now showing transaction successful. that time it was not and I was charged and still after a month you cant even understand the problem. This is the most pathetic customer care service I have ever received and hope never do I get such a customer support from any other company.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I was tried to recharge for my Reliance Mobile Number ([protected]) on 14.03.2016 at 01.52.18 P.M, (Paytm order number #[protected]) from my CB Offline net banking, Amount of 572 rupees has debited from my account. But Recharge was unsuccessful/failed.
Kindly credit that 572 rupees of money in my Canara Bank account as soon as possible...
