I had done recharge on 9th Mar from Paytm. Payment was successful from bank end and same displayed on Paytm even recharge was also successful as per Paytm Order summary but didn't get any recharge from operator.
I raised a ticket with Paytm Team and according to Paytm Team " Recharge was successful from Operator end also" but when i reached out to Operator Customer Care they said "Recharge was not successful". Still i am following up with Paytm Team but not getting any update from them.
Its clearly reflecting that Paytm is totally bogus and there Support team is one of the worst team who is not able to resolve an issue even after 15-20 days.

    Rs. 926/- (Rs. 500 + Rs. 426) has been deducted from my Paytm wallet on 20th March 2016 at 01.02 AM. Whereas I had not done these transitions I am complaining them but they are not listing the same. I think we will stop using PayTM wallet in future they are Fraud Company.

      I had a coupon code of fortune sun flower oil... when i entered it in add money i got a pop up of successfully applied coupon.. your money will be credited in your walte.. but They didnt.. as already 5 days passed away!! plz do needfull

          I have ordered an item of Rs.316 and paid for it on 14 march and last date of delivering this item was 22march. Today is 22 march and i havn't received the product. The provided tracking number is not working, the courier company is not avaible on internet. Customer care number is not working, they do not respond on any calls. Paytm website have no idea about my item status.

I was pay by my card for this . after that yr delivery boy call my mom n insulting her. He, s say I don't know yr address go to hell
                    I will not delivered yr parcel.

                        I had purchased Apple 5S on 9 Feb and after 15 days its speaker stopped working hence called Paytm customer care for help where they suggested to visit apple service center for further guidance. subsequently I took the phone to Apple service center as it was still under warranty, upon detailed second level escalation check I was informed that my phone has undergone modification and tampering for which they have proof in form of pictures of scratches they see on the speaker. As per Apple agreement they will not fix my phone within warranty and have requested me to collect my phone from them.

                            After waiting a long period, I received mail dated[protected] your product has cancelled by seller.
                            I am very sad for this fraud. I mailed care but not got proper response.
                            They wasted my time, block my money for certain period time and finally broke the hope.

                              This is the second time I am compkaing regarding the same issue. It has been over a month and they keep on replying the same message and contradict themselves in the mail.
                              Once you say:- We understand that your transaction at "swiggy" was not successful. However, your Paytm wallet was charged.We reviewed your account and noticed that the transaction is now showing as successful in our system for order number "[protected]".

                              And the last mail :- As we already informed you that the transaction is already successful from our side.

                              What do I do if on your system it now showing transaction successful. that time it was not and I was charged and still after a month you cant even understand the problem. This is the most pathetic customer care service I have ever received and hope never do I get such a customer support from any other company.

                                I was tried to recharge for my Reliance Mobile Number ([protected]) on 14.03.2016 at 01.52.18 P.M, (Paytm order number #[protected]) from my CB Offline net banking, Amount of 572 rupees has debited from my account. But Recharge was unsuccessful/failed.
                                Kindly credit that 572 rupees of money in my Canara Bank account as soon as possible...

                                    I have ordered a product (Bajaj Air cooler) on 6th March, 2016 and 09th March, 2016, they confirmed that, Product is shipped.

                                    I have waited till 15th March, 2016 but till now, product is not delivered. When I call them, they simply said that, they were unable to track it . Escalated the issue 4 times but there is no use. They don't have proper coordination with Logistics partner or else, they are getting commission for deceiving the customers.

                                    Then, after that, I cancelled the order on 19th March, now, they are not initiating the refund amount. They told me to wait, until product receives to the seller.

                                    They don't know, where the product is? then, how come, it will back to seller again? They are not telling correct date, when seller can receive the product.

                                    If they are unable to track of the product, Customer needs to suffer for it?
                                    They are waste candidates. If you people are not capable of delivering the product, why you are selling the products.

                                    I think, Paytym guys have commission for each transaction, they do like this.
                                    Paytm is deceiving the customers . Please ban the Paytm in INDIA.

                                    Don't ever buy any product in Paytm. It is waste site, jaffa site. nobody cares, once we pay the money.

                                    Buy the products, which are COD...
