On 14/03/2016 i have ordered 4 items of bal krishan baby set worth rs.952.
On 15/03/2016 i have cancelled that order from paytm.
So paytm refunded me only rs.711 to my bank account instead of rs.952.
Although they refund me remaining amount of rs.238 in my wallet & after 3 days deducted that money from my wallet as given me reason withdrawn against disputed txn id -[protected].
Still yet i have not getting any feedback or clarification about this transaction from my wallet.
Its online fraud done by paytm to my wallet.
I think paytm now a days spoiled its positive image of customers who have trust on it.
Please resolve this issue.

      1) i had given order no is [protected], for rs.240 for tata sky recharge dth[protected] on 28th jan. .Amount for which deducted from my wallet but recharge was not done.
      2) i had given order no is [protected], for rs.200 for tata sky recharge dth[protected] on 31th dec. Amount for whcich deducted from my wallet but recharge was not done.
      3)i had given order no is [protected], for rs.240 for tata sky recharge dth[protected] on 1st oct. For amount for whcich deducted from my wallet but recharge was not done


      For supporting my view i am enclosing my tata sky statement of related month

      But still after so many mail they did't refund the money(Paytm) and allways put the ball in the court of tat sky even after sending all detail from tata sky i.E monthly report, mail form tat sky and every thng what paytm want

        I have purchased the iphone 5s silver from the paytm site. The phone was in transit and was about to deliver before holi. When I checked the shippment, it was saying the product had been returned back without any notice to me. Its totally disgusting that they snatched my product from my hand. This has made me a loss of 50 thousands as I wanted to gift this product to my brother on the eve of holi. I will forward this case to the other higher authorities.

          An amt of rs 199 paid to Paytm online for recharging of my mobile.but the same is still to be activated ie.the amt rs 199 is yet to be top up.
          In this regard a sms was send from paytm on the same date 25 /3/16 at23.o9 hrs. as follow:

              Dear team,
              I have ordered 1 Apple I phone 5S from Paytm before 15 days. On opening the box I saw that the charger was missing inside the box. I reported the same to their customer support team and they gave me the timeline of 48-72 hours.
              Today is the 15th day and I m still waiting for the resolution . Paytm has offered me Rs 800 compensation but I denied it because the product given to me was not in intact condition. Now yesterday I got a mail from Paytm escalation team that we are unable to address your concern and we are closing the case without any resolution.

              Is this the justice happening with customers here in India.

              I need your help for prompt resolution.

              Dear sir, Firstly they checked there records and told me that they will compensate Rs 800/- for missing accessories. When I rejected this and asked them to aprove my return as the product delivered is looking like used. Below is the response from Paytm. "Thank you for contacting Paytm.com. This is with regards to the concern which you have registered with Paytm against the order number 1600891579. As per our internal investigation- The missing item was with the product at the time of delivery and we can not address you anymore regarding this issue apart from the resolution shared in previous mail/reply and we're cancelling return request also for this product". Before this mail I have received the below response:- "This is with regards to the concern which you have registered with Paytm against the order number 1600891579. It was nice talking to you. As per our concerned team. We can add maximum up to Rs 800 in your Paytm wallet for the missing item in the order id- 1600891579. Please share your consent here, so that we can go ahead and do the needful. We hope this is helpful. If you need any further assistance, please contact us." Now the thing is of they telling that the product was delivered to me in intact condition and there was nothing missing inside the box, how firstly they have accepted to compensate Rs 800/-. This means whatsoever they want to do with customer they can. I need justification they are not even replying to my mails also. Below are the email id of company.                       I want to launch a complaint on Paytm as they did not obeyed the delivery deadlines and hampered the end customer.


                      What a frustrating service by Paytm, these careless ppl can't survive any longer in the market by disobeying to the delivery deadlines. I have called paytm almost 10+time to get the delivery today anyhow but your customer executive including their floor manager (Ankur) can not even assure customer of getting the delivery on time. I have wasted complete day for getting this sorted today anyhow but Paytm as always have ruined everything. I have talked with Ankur from Customer Service Executive in the morning and that shameless guy had said nothing about delivery promise but just given me fake promise, now I can realize it. If Paytm work like this and if Paytm dissatisfy the customers like this, they wont be able to survive in this market. Your service has NO influence in the market, ppl are just using Paytm only for the sake of cash back offers and nothing else. But now there are many options in the market which can give cash back so relying on Paytm is of no use now and as I mentioned to CSE that 'I will make sure atleast 10 ppl wont be using Paytm from now onwards, its going to happen'. This mobile was for gifting to my mom as she had her birthday and Paytm made me down today even after placing the order 15+days ago. Grow up paytm and stop taking money from financiers & investors for offering cashback to customers but improve customer experiences if you want to survive in the challenging market. I will make sure to market this review and this story by the social media and customer forums.

But that transaction was failed because of some technical issue. And that money were credited my paytm wallet. One refund option available in paytm. That time i was choose this option and that money transferred to my source union bank of account. But 1 months completed but that money not reflect in my union bank of india account. Pls kindly resolve my problem.

                            I have booked my ticket from Chennai To Coimbatore on[protected]. I got confirmation mail from paytm with ticket. At 3 hours before of Journey, agent called and said bus cancelled. Refund will be credited. Also received message that, Bus cancelled for refund contact *********. I called for the respective person for refund, he said that he will processing soon, after two days i didnt get any response or refund, still arguing with him no result. Hope this portal will help me soon.

                              Mene paytm wallet ke through Do product ak sath order kiye..belt aur wallet..wallet delivery hogai time se but bich m belt ka cancle hogya delivery pta nhi kese?
                              Then email mile mujhe ki aapka order modified hua aur fir kuch samay bad rs.214 mere paytm wallet me wapas aagye..fir dekha paytm me koi gadbad h koi reacharge k liye try failed hua then dekha 195/- rs deduct hogya wger koi OTP ya message diye ya mail kiye..kaise?
                              I dont know. Us tym mera mobile charge lga tha 9.14 ko shayad..yani meri aur se paytm use hi nhi hua us timing me na mera account koi mera relative use kiye .to fir kese ye sb hua. Paytm ko complain ki to bolre koi galat nhi hua but i know something went to wrong .

                                Paytm has delivered us a damaged product and has taken the full amount of the product and delivered the damaged product and complaining on this they are not replying to me .
                                Paytm has accepted the return request of my Carrier Split AC, but till date no one has come to dismantle and take away the installed damaged product which I received from Paytm.

                                  I use paytm regularly in order to buy certain consumable goods as well as to do recharges and top ups on my few private number.
                                  The problem is that this particular company is charging an extra ten rupees for every recharges and top ups.
                                  For example
                                  If i do a recharge of rs 20 from their website the bank will deduct rs 20 from my account. This particular company will again deduct rs 10 from my account without any reason. No confirmation will come that the particular amount has been deducted from the account.
                                  One will only when the see their final remaining balance.
                                  To my view the deduction of rs 10 is completely unethical and the particular company is fooling the consumers. I would certainly like to know what for they are deducting such amounts.

                                        I have purchased 1 TB Seagate Hard Drive and it was not detected on my computer and than i tried in different Computer and Laptop too.So i went to Service station and completed registration but service person told me that this product is out of region so warranty is not available for INDIA for particular product.
                                        Service person told me that no one can sell this product in India. So i have required approval letter so i can able to service in our country.
                                        I informed same to PayTM and provided all required document as per they had mentioned in mail.
                                        But after so many days PayTm is not doing anything.
                                        Kindly help me to refund my money or replace the product with India warranty.
