    My harassment ordeal started with my first order of havell fans placed on paytm on 19th jan where after 1 month wrong product has been delivered & that too when I am located at Mumbai & not at remote town.
    Even after follow-ups & multiple returns the final outcome is the delivery of inferior product which is cheaper than the one ordered.

    During the same period I ordered 1 ton LG Ac which after 15 days I got the message that order has been cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances.

    To my shock very next day I got the message that your paytm account has been blocked due to fraud activity where my 40 k amount refund is there for the AC order cancelled by paytm.

    My paytm account also includes multiple cashbacks for other orders placed which amounts to 1000+ are there which cannot be used now since the account is blocked.

    So paytm is sitting on my hard earned money (40k+) without delivering the order after wait of 2 months.

    Its clear case of fraud where paytm not only fails in its commitment of delivering the ordered product but also trying to keep the customer money paid for the product.
    I have face worse than that after buying the items through paytm, all the items ordered after 10-15 days got cancelled due to one reason or the other & all my refund is credited in paytm account as paytm cash, what will I do with paytm cash, will I waste my time orderings gain through paytm so my orders gain got cancelled
    paytm is fraud, they just try to lure by superficial deals, once you order the product you will gte to know the realty,
    Below is the paytm cycle:

    1) Will give you deal which no one is offering (amazon, flipkart...)

    2) you will order, do the payment, paytm will keep your order in shipped status for 2-3 weeks,
    so your money is stuck, waiting for your order but you will get the cashback.

    3) in order to utilise your cashback you will order one more item, that too will be in shipped status for more than 20 days.

    4) Now after 20 days your item will get cancelled due to unknown reason since paytm can't provide item at such a cheap rate, refund the money in paytm as paytm cash.

    5) So again the cycle continues, your hard earned money becomes the waste paytm cash which you will try whole life spending it.

    One last word, Beware of paytm
    My paytm account has been locked out which is containing 5000 + paytm cash, what should I do??

          I ordered helmet named psc reckon and after few days I got message that my order is delivered but I didn't received any product and still I get the delivery MESSEGE. I messeged them many times but still they are saying we confirmed with the logistics and when I called the logistics they said we didn't got any o[censored]r product. When I asked them give me the signed proof now they are not responding. Also I got the invoice of it with AWB no as 1 which is totally invalid. Logistics said it is invalid awb no. I attached my invoice images to this.

            Hi,

            I have made transfer from Paytm wallet to my account of Rs, 2600/- on 2th Feb'16 but the amount has not got transferred, i have wrote several mails to even all escalation team but i have not received any reply from any one,

            I was a frequent use of Paytm, but this is one of the burst experience i have got from his entire team,

            This is pathetic to share my experience that even no body is bother to reply on mail,

              This has been really frustrating and harassment for me, since last week.

              I ordered an AC 'Panasonic CS/CU-KC18RKY2 1.5 Ton 5 Star Split AC (White)' from Paytm on 23rd February, 2016, which was scheduled to be delivered on 1st March, 2016.

              On 1st of March, 2016, I received only the outer unit of the AC and not the main AC unit, that fits within the room. Also, the delivery people were horrible and they denied to lift the package to my doorstep, which is at 4th Floor. Moreover, the packaging was unexpectedly, pretty unsafe as the outer unit of the AC was just placed within a cardboard cover without any proper padding for protection.

              When I contacted their customer service (Paytm Care), and inquired about the missing AC unit, they mentioned that this is not a normal circumstance and will be investigating the matter. They also mentioned, that once the missing unit is tracked and delivered to me, they will proceed to replace the damaged outer unit of the AC. I received the missing AC unit to me on 3rd March, 2016 and then they mentioned repeatedly, over several calls, that they will now proceed to replace the damaged unit.

              However, on 4 March, I received an email from Paytm care, where they asked me to contact the vendor and request to replace the AC unit, (the contact details of the vendor was mentioned at the email). This was very frustrating and an absurd situation for me, as being a heart patient, I am repeatedly placed on tensed situations by Paytm. Moreover, this is a real harassment for a customer, as I should not be bothered about whom to contact. This being their internal issue, I expected them to handle the situation from their end. I purchased an AC and all I need and expect, is, they replace the damaged outer unit of the AC, whereby, the replaced unit should be damage free, complete AC product in a working condition, delivered to me.

              At this situation, I had no other options, but to send an email to Paytm care, consolidating all the previous communications (that happened over several emails), along-with the present situation, for their one point reference. However, after that, I have not received any satisfactory messages from their part. I am completely frustrated about their course of action and worry whether my money for the order is wasted or not. In this regard, request you to kindly initiate on this issue at the earliest and please update me on the proceeds. I am really very worried and tensed about the situation.

              I feel harassed and deprived and would like them to not only, replace the outer unit of the AC, which is non-faulty and non-damaged, but also, would like to claim necessary compensations, for the harassment till date.

              Would eagerly look forward to hear from you soon.

              replacement is mentioned.

              The issue is not yet resolved. I got a call from PayTm two days back, and the representative promised me a call back within 24 hours to update me about the resolution, however, it is 36 hours passed, but no calls or emails from PayTm.

                              They committed me for 30% cashback on the product ...25 +5
                              25 when product is shipped ...remaining 5 after delivery
                              but i receive only 25%
                              i have recording of the call in which there representative verified and committed for providing 30% cashback ...but when i called them after delivery of the product they just arrogantly revert from there prior commitment stating no such commitment has been made

                                I have ordered two dresses from Paytm vide order no[protected] and [protected] on 26-01-16 & 27-01-16, the products were delivered on 04-02-16. After opening the product I found that those dresses were not fit on me, so that, I had request for return, Paytm approved my return request and ask me for self ship of the product, then I had return the product to the seller's address bt dtdc courier on[protected]CNo. M[protected]. After that I am still waiting for my refund amount including courier charges to my Paytm wallet. So many times I emailed them and ask for my refund bt no any proper response I received. I also don't have any contact no on which I can talk to a concern person regarding my issue. A toll free no[protected] always going busy and never connected and a customer care no[protected] on which no one available to whom I can talk.

                                    I ordered food from Swiggy and made online payment via PayTM on 28 Feb 2016 amounting to RS 245.
                                    PayTM showed that the payment has been successful but when I contacted Swiggy, they confirmed that they did not receive any payment and the money might be stuck in the payment gateway of Paytm and asked me to wait for 2-3 working days to get the money refunded to my Paytm account.
                                    I also contacted PayTM regarding this issue and all that I got was a Ticket number[protected].
                                    Even after waiting for a week nothing happened and my issue was not resolved. I again contacted PayTM and again all I received was a new Ticket number[protected].
                                    It has been a week and I still have not received the refund back. This is a highly unprofessional behavior on their part and also they do not have a proper customer care number where you can talk to a customer care executive and get your issue resolved or can at least get to know the status of the complaint you raised.

                                        I had an paytm amount of around 1866Rs in wallet on 4/3/2016 and had ordered a samsung Micro SDHC 16gb card and a dual usb car charger. But today when i checked gmail, it said i had cancelled both these products and also showed several transactions made to BILLDESK. Now i really have no idea about how this happened and was able to login into paytm with old pwd n mail Id, but changed pwd now. Now the big issue is i have already seen similar complaints from customers and realizing this is an inside job. So i hope this complaint is sent to paytm and they take this seriously and hence make cashback of my wallet amount.
