I have done the payment vide Order No.[protected]dt. 16/02/2016 at 10.59 am, NB Transaction No.[protected] Rs.773/- by net banking through "BANK OF MAHARASHTRA" but payment is not made to BSNL & not to us till date.

Pl. check at your end and refund the same amount to our bank immeidately

Bus operator cancelled bus on that day and i got sms. I called them and they said amount is refunded. Still I didnt get the refund. the worst service by paytm.

I have paid bses rajdhani electric bill on 2nd March 2016 and not get the discount of BSES200 to my wallet which I had feed during payment.
Please do the needful. Awaiting for your reply.

I added 200 bucks on 27/02/2016 in my paytm wallet but my wallet balance is 0 till now but money was deducted from my account. And moreover u guys are cheating giving the wrong customer care number if I call old number it's asking me to call to new number where the new number is invalid.. what the hell cheating happening. Evn I work in customer service concern we don't cheta like this. Don't play the fool and don't think we are fools to go away just like that.

Maine reliance big TV ka 200 rupay ka recharge kiya lekin nahi to ye success hua aur na hi cancel. Mere account se 200 ruapy bhi kat gaye

I recharged docomo number yesterday for 88rs, but it was still in processing status so i cancelled the recharge.my money got deducted from my account
-I received a message that i will get back amount to my wallet but it is 0 now.
-please send back my amount as soon as possible

01/03/16 Please note that on PAYTM I have first recharged my airtel prepaid mobile [protected] with Rs 375 (Order No. [protected]) for 3G recharge data pack. Amount got deducted from my SBI account( I used NET BANKING). But I did not get a confirmation that the recharge has been done or not rather the status was showing "Processing". I waited for few minutes. Then I tried again doing same recharge of Rs. 375(Order No. [protected]), again it happened that my money got deducted and it was showing "Processing". After few seconds I tried again but this time with different data pack. I recharged my mobile with Rs. 299 (Order No.-[protected]) for 3G data. Again it showed me "processing". Then I filed the complaint in PAYTM only to cancel my recharge as it was more than 2 hrs and the status of all the recharges was still " PROCESSING". After around 4-5 hrs all me recharges got confirmed back to back.Now my concern is that all the recharges are for data Pack. Please if you could refund any two recharge of Rs 375 or may be of Rs. 299, It would be really very appreciable.

Today I recharge on my two numbers, [protected] of rupees 50 and [protected] of rupees 95 but recharge is unsuccessful and money deducted from my dena bank account, so please refund my money in my paytm wellet

Recharge done from paytm app of 297 3g data plan
paytm transaction credited itself with 297 out leaving my account with 55 rupees and till now i have not received any notification.

Maina abhi 2 recharge kiya 38 RS ka jisema sa ek ka to status he nahi dekha raha ha or dusera processing pata raha he or mera pisa dono me kat gaye ha or aisa mare saath bahut baar hua ha yadi isse baar ya galeti repeat hui to me consumer forum jaunga

Maine abhi 2 bill paytm ke dwara online pay kiya tha
1 aircel ka jiska no.[protected] hai iska maine 174 ka payment kiya tha lekin submit hone ke baad operator down aa raha hai
2 reliance cdma ka jiska no.[protected] hai iska maine 140 ka payment kiya tha lekin submit ke baat proccsing aa raha hai

I was trying to do recharge on my phone .my money has been deducted from my bank account and then the transaction failed then the money was added to my paytm wallet .but when i retried to recharge .it again failed but this time i haven't got money in my paytm wallet. And email is the only way to talk to them .Their are no customer care number.Such big company but their is no number to contact them .The number which are written are ivr call. its been 3 days i haven't received a satisfactory mail from company

I punched my order on 24th Feb 2016 . I made payment 15048/- rupees with 6000/- cashback.
But after 4 days paytm/seller cancelled my order without any reason.This is not fair.

After that i called paytm customer care then they said the product is out stock.Then I told them how can i punch my order if product is out of stock?
I want my product with 6000 cashback.
And still i didnt get my refund amount

My payment of 2700 is pending from 24 hours and status is showing pending as per paytm customer have to wait for 2 hours for payment confirmation but its been 24 hours now i dint get any confirmation neither mail ...continously calling paytm but no one is picking the calls.

I ordered for two shirts on paytm and at the time of delivery i gave money for two shirts but when i opened the packing there was only one shirt the delivery boy said it is not their problem but the problem of the company i am very dissappointed with this and want my money back i have registered the complaint few times but their is no response i want them to give money back and take their product back
