    Bus operator cancelled bus on that day and i got sms. I called them and they said amount is refunded. Still I didnt get the refund. the worst service by paytm.

        I added 200 bucks on 27/02/2016 in my paytm wallet but my wallet balance is 0 till now but money was deducted from my account. And moreover u guys are cheating giving the wrong customer care number if I call old number it's asking me to call to new number where the new number is invalid.. what the hell cheating happening. Evn I work in customer service concern we don't cheta like this. Don't play the fool and don't think we are fools to go away just like that.

              I recharged docomo number yesterday for 88rs, but it was still in processing status so i cancelled the recharge.my money got deducted from my account
              -I received a message that i will get back amount to my wallet but it is 0 now.

                01/03/16 Please note that on PAYTM I have first recharged my airtel prepaid mobile [protected] with Rs 375 (Order No. [protected]) for 3G recharge data pack. Amount got deducted from my SBI account( I used NET BANKING). But I did not get a confirmation that the recharge has been done or not rather the status was showing "Processing". I waited for few minutes. Then I tried again doing same recharge of Rs. 375(Order No. [protected]), again it happened that my money got deducted and it was showing "Processing". After few seconds I tried again but this time with different data pack. I recharged my mobile with Rs. 299 (Order No.-[protected]) for 3G data. Again it showed me "processing". Then I filed the complaint in PAYTM only to cancel my recharge as it was more than 2 hrs and the status of all the recharges was still " PROCESSING". After around 4-5 hrs all me recharges got confirmed back to back.Now my concern is that all the recharges are for data Pack. Please if you could refund any two recharge of Rs 375 or may be of Rs. 299, It would be really very appreciable.

                        Maina abhi 2 recharge kiya 38 RS ka jisema sa ek ka to status he nahi dekha raha ha or dusera processing pata raha he or mera pisa dono me kat gaye ha or aisa mare saath bahut baar hua ha yadi isse baar ya galeti repeat hui to me consumer forum jaunga
                        Payment deducted from bank account but recharge not success.
                        & no response from paytm. Pls resolve issue on top priority.

                          jis din maine ye compalint ki usi time is no.se [protected] mujhe ek call aaya or usne mujhse meri bank detail mangi or kaha ki aapne jis bank se pay kiya hai uska card no.batao jisse aapke ac.mein refund ho jayega usne mujhse otp manga wo bhi maine bata diya mere accont se 5000/- to mpesa ke ac.mein or 3000/-sbibuddy ac.mein chale gaye mere ac.se 8000/-dr. ho gaye .
                          mujhe to ye nahi pata chala ki paytm complaint karne par call aayi or dr.kaise huye mujhe to lag raha hai ki paytm in sabmein involve hai.maine to paytm ko kai ba complaint ki lekin abhi paise refund nahi huye.

                                I was trying to do recharge on my phone .my money has been deducted from my bank account and then the transaction failed then the money was added to my paytm wallet .but when i retried to recharge .it again failed but this time i haven't got money in my paytm wallet. And email is the only way to talk to them .Their are no customer care number.Such big company but their is no number to contact them .The number which are written are ivr call. its been 3 days i haven't received a satisfactory mail from company

                                      My payment of 2700 is pending from 24 hours and status is showing pending as per paytm customer have to wait for 2 hours for payment confirmation but its been 24 hours now i dint get any confirmation neither mail ...continously calling paytm but no one is picking the calls.

                                        I ordered for two shirts on paytm and at the time of delivery i gave money for two shirts but when i opened the packing there was only one shirt the delivery boy said it is not their problem but the problem of the company i am very dissappointed with this and want my money back i have registered the complaint few times but their is no response i want them to give money back and take their product back
                                        I have order elevate women yellow faux chiffon saree on 26 feb 2016 but the dealer does not send the same blouse as shown in the pic
