I apply for a refund of Rs 155 of wrong recharge value amt from paytm . I. Received a call from paytm regarding refund of money he get my all saving account detail for refund . Now they withdraw 1000 rupees from my account saving without inform me. Pls confirm me

I tried paying my BSNL Landline(Account No. [protected]) payment on 14.02.2016 of Rs.810/- for two times the order number is [protected] and [protected] the amount is deducted from my bank account but the payment is not successful and later it shows me the amount will be refunded to my bank account within 10 days but still the amount is not refunded till today, I request Paytm to please do the needful to get back my amount of Rs.1620/-

I had paid my BSES bill on 08.03.16 and the amount was debited immediately from my credit card. But since then the status on Paytm is showing as Payment confirmation awaited. I had written thrice in past three days but have not received any response to my query regarding the reason for such a status.

Moreover, their customer care nos. are on IVR Machine, you can not talk to any executive and explain or get an answer.

Please help me know the status of my order no. [protected] placed on 08/03/2016 for Rs. 390 bill payment of BSES Yamuna bill.

I am pay my post paid mobile bill rs.1018/- through paytm in 29/2/16 but not pay to my mobile no.service provider, again pay 5/3/16 that was done, 29/2/16 payment is not refund in paytm wallet or my bank account.So please help me for refund my payment

Almost all products are not same as what they are showing and also return policy is 45 days in my exp ... Dont buy any products in this site. I have a very very bad experience.

Their is no way to connect cust care rep via cust care no. Looka like soon this company will bankrupt.

I have ordered 2 bottles Natural Max Slimming Advanced Red 50 Fat Burner Capsule from Pay TM with the order #[protected] on 17th Dec'2015. I received the product; however the product was not the same which I ordered, so I returned the product. Amit(AWB Courier Guy) pickup the order. At the form filling, in the total piece section he wrote down 1 box, I asked him to write 2 box; however, he denied and said, "mam box is one and inside the box there are two bottles. Then I said ok. But at the refund time, only received 1259/- rupees, however; I paid 2518/-. It's means they had refunded the amount only for 1 bottle not for other. And from till date I have already written a mail 10-15 times but every time they are asking for 24-48 hour or saying they are investing. But till now there is no result. Please help me to get my refund form Paytm . Also i attaching the reverse pickup slip for proof.

I did a recharge of rupees 250 on 9th March'16, money got deducted from my account but the recharge dint happen, my order is [protected].. I tried calling the customer but it's of no use as I dint get to speak with any executive plus the number is not toll free, I wasted almost 100 bucks trying to get in touch with them.. Customer number is[protected].. I don't know what to do now I have even raised a complaint. Ticket number is[protected]..

My amount of Rs 8790/- is with them since 7th Feb 2016 they are not responding and reverting any satisfactory reply.

I ordered a product (Micromax Canvas Nitro 16GB) on 27th Feb from Paytm by paying Rs.7649.00 (Order ID- [protected]). I received the courier on 2nd of March, When I opened the package I was shocked to see some used broken Mobile with a stinking juice packet with full pests in it. Immediately I informed PayTM about it and PAYTM initiated for returning the product (Complaint no.[protected] which got approved on the same day. Next day when the pickup person came he saw the package and refused to pick that up, when I informed PAYTM about it they re-initiated pickup on 5th Mar, again the same person came and again he refused to pick that up. Again I informed PAYTM I got the same reply from them that they will re initiated the pick up. Now I am very concerned that till when I need to wait to get my money back. It''s not small amount I have paid and it is hard earned money. Paytm cannot play with public giving false assurance like what I am getting.

I pay bsnl land line bill for rs. 946/- through you paytm app on15-02-16. But the amount not yet credited to bsnl a/c. I received one receipt from you. Please pursue the matter and credit to bsnl or recredit to my paytm wallet immediately and conform to me. I am herewith attaching the receipt which i received for your verification. Yesterday i did recharge of rs. 150 of idea mobile no. [protected]. Payment was deducted from my bank account but phone was not recharged yet.
Plz do the neccassary action as soon as possible.

In land line Bills list, Some times BSNl land line added some times not added.why like this. if added once in the list then don't delete pl.

In the Electricity Bill options - Pl add TSSPDCL Electricity name also.

My order number is [protected] . i placed an order for a phone and i paid the full amount. also due to some reason i placed a return request for the same order and the status in my account is showing that the money is refunded but i haven't received any refund yet in my paytm wallet or bank account. the customer care is not responding, not even via emails and their helpline number, we donot gwt to talk with anyone.

My order no [protected] payment ot Mahanagar Gas is not credited stating Operator Down today is the last date to pay if not there is a penalty of Rs. 100/-

my credit card is already debited by Rs. 886/- kindly confirm this urgently

On 3rd march-2016, at 18.17, i have done my net pack recharge but the rechrge was not succeeded & the amount from my account was debited.

Pl. look into it & refund my money.
