Failed transaction money not refunded.

I punched my order on 24th Feb 2016 . I made payment 15048/- rupees with 6000/- cashback.
But after 4 days paytm/seller cancelled my order without any reason.This is not fair.

After that i called paytm customer care then they said the product is out stock.Then I told them how can i punch my order if product is out of stock?
I want my product with 6000 cashback.
And still i didnt get my refund amount

My payment of 2700 is pending from 24 hours and status is showing pending as per paytm customer have to wait for 2 hours for payment confirmation but its been 24 hours now i dint get any confirmation neither mail ...continously calling paytm but no one is picking the calls.

I ordered for two shirts on paytm and at the time of delivery i gave money for two shirts but when i opened the packing there was only one shirt the delivery boy said it is not their problem but the problem of the company i am very dissappointed with this and want my money back i have registered the complaint few times but their is no response i want them to give money back and take their product back

I am writing to inform you that the goods we ordered from your company have not been given correctly.

On 11February 2016 we placed an order through paytm for lenevo g50-80 core I5 5th Gen 4gb/500/15.6/win10 for Rs.32, 990 .

The consignment arrived on 16 February 2016 but contained the defected piece.I am therefore returning the invoice to you for correction.

I enclose a copy of the bill and picture of the defected lenevo laptop .

I'm afraid that if these conditions are not met, we may be forced to take legal action.

I purchased a laptop from paytm and it was to give me a cashback of rs. 5000 in 48 hours after shipping of my laptop. Although it was been 24 hours more than the mentioned time, I didn't received my cashback. Then I filed a complaint and they asked for more 48 to 72 hours. Again after more than 72 hours, I have not received my cashback.

ye dono recharge ka balince cut chuke hai na recharge hua hai na wellet me rupe wapas aaye hai

I recharge UTS recharge dated 25 feb 2016 Time 9.24 PM Rs.200 mumbai area money debited from my account 201 to recharge the same but after 4 days i wait but still wallet balance not credited i am using my mobile no [protected] for booking sub urban unreserved ticket this is really worst experience using payment wallet PayTM possible to reverse amount or recharge my UTS wallet with same amount whatever i recharged.

I have once again request paytm.please credit the money rs 999 which paytm have debited on 31st Jan.2016, 4.37 p.m. from my wallet account.When my money debited by paytm .At that time I was intimated paytm customer care and asked for details this transaction and I have made also requsted please cancelled or pending this order because its placed without my information or knowlege but paytm customer care denied my request. I have not loged any order between 4 to 5 pm from paytm or other site. When the so called order was placing by some other unknownon person with my wallet paytm even not generated any otp for this transaction. How is this possible without generate any otp someone open and use my account from other site. Reserve Bank of India has authorised paytm compay to maintan publice paytm account, so it is paytm duty to save public amount. Without creating otp it is not posible without paytm insider. I have asked paytm many time for this deduction they have not gave me proper answer.some time they sad my wallet used in domoinos site and sometime they sad my wallet used in ebay site. How is this possible one transaction id EPT[protected] placed both different site . I have surely know this fake transaction made by paytm. Please make inquiry in this matter and refund my amount of rs.999/- alongwith expenditur accured by me. Till today no action taken this illegal activity by fake transaction from paytm. Please help this matter.

I tried to book restaurant coupon, but unfortunately choose PayTM as payment option.
but after all the authentications to payment gateway it said session not valid.
however money got deducted from my bank account but they don't bother to refund it. I am chasing them but response is pathetic.

Paytm cheating the customers registering unauthorised sellers.

I purchased a laptop through paytm in which it shows manufaturer warranty,

But after the purchase when I tried to register for accidental damage protection and extended warranty the lenovo website shows the seller is not authorised seller and the service cant be extended

Also I would like to tell u that no seller on paytm is authorised seller online.

There are 4 unauthorized transactions done using my credit card through paytm. I have all the transaction id. I need help to figure out the account using which the trasnsactions are made and all the details about the transaction. The bank says its a utility bill payment but they cant track the details without the help patym. I've been trying to call Paytmr customer care number but all i get is to talk to your IVR. I paid my bill mo. No. [protected] dated 25.2.2016 through paytm recharh rs 350/-but bill payment faild and my refund is not credited in my bank account please solve my complaint

I did bsnl landline recharges for two numbers on paytm.I added money from my bank account using debit card to paytm wallet and I used FLASH500 to get 100 rupees cash back per transaction in my paytm wallet.They gave me the cash back after showing my order successful.I got mail and sms to my phone.But we got reminders from bsnl to pay the bill.When i opened my paytm account on 28/2/2016 which was past the bill due date(20/2/2016) i found they have have given back my wallet amount showing the transaction was failed.They did not inform regarding these transactions via email or sms.The money refunded was 100 rupees less than the original for the cashback.It was unethical for them for not to inform me regarding the failed order and i would have came to know about it when my connection was cut by BSNL.I think it was a fraud by the company to make people add money to wallets.Now i have above Rs.1000 in my PAytm wallet which i never wanted to happen.FRAUD PAYTM...

I ordered bouquet on 14th february 2016 from send my gift.
Before ordering I confirmed with the agent they said yes the product will be deliverd today itself.
However my both the products weren't deliverd.
I contacted them next day, they do not respond to the queries of the customer.
I asked them to provide me the refund for my order they say they will provide the refund I'm waiting since a week but i've never received any mail in regards to it.
I never received the order confirmation mail, nor for the cancellation of the product mail.
I made the payment via PAYTM and the product isn't delivered on time.
and its been 2 weeks and my refund hasn't reached.

I recieved payment confirmation mail via Paytm.
I asked them for the refund for more then 10 times on call but i've never recieved aNY RESPONSE.
