There are 4 unauthorized transactions done using my credit card through paytm. I have all the transaction id. I need help to figure out the account using which the trasnsactions are made and all the details about the transaction. The bank says its a utility bill payment but they cant track the details without the help patym. I've been trying to call Paytmr customer care number but all i get is to talk to your IVR. Kindly look into the matter...

I ordered bouquet on 14th february 2016 from send my gift.
Before ordering I confirmed with the agent they said yes the product will be deliverd today itself.
However my both the products weren't deliverd.
I contacted them next day, they do not respond to the queries of the customer.

2 bookings on 08/02/16, booking is 100% refundable before 1 month from the date of check-in 19/04/16. Applied for cancellation on 12/02/16 didn't got any refunds yet. Even after so many calls & mails....

I wanted to recharge my MBlaze internet accout for Rs.999, I clicked on recharge button on MTS homepage, Paytm page opened, I entered the details and a receipt appeared with transaction ID:[protected], the time being 10.40 am. But so far MTS hasn't received the amount. If it doesn't reach MTS by this evening, they'll deny me the use of their internet services.

The prblm is tht the same amt has been deducted from my bank account but the amt has not been transferred . 2day i made an another transfer of RS 100 on the same no and the money has been transferred .
