You have provided to customer fake coupon code for 100% discount & deducted to my Bank account amount 300/- Rs but I have received only 300/- Rs recharge not 100% free balance WHY ?

& I will complaining last 3 days but I have not received not any call & mail so what I do please solve my problem & Close your faking codes...

I booked birthday gift with "sendmygift.com" on 5th Feb for 7th Feb, co-partner of payTM. I paid the amount through paytm. (order ID[protected]

"send my gift" failed to deliver the gift on 7th Feb. I cancelled the order & copy was marked to paytm also.

Even after so many mails with paytm, refund is still pending.

I have made on online purchase from bigbasket.com yesterday and paid through paytm. This was eligible for 20% cashback under the scheme running at bigbasket from 01/03/2016 till 04/03/2016. However, I have not received any cashback from paytm for the same.

In case both the companies are not up for paying customers for their purchases and only showcase offers to just attract customers on their site, then they should stop indulging in this malpractice. Any customer plans his purchase by looking at the total value he is finally netting out from his pocket and when he finds he is duped into making purchases by showcasing illegitimate offer, the loss is not just financial but mental as well.

Description:Actually on Tuesday 1st march 18:20pm I have pay electricity bill via paytm, but In my account deducted money from wallet and electricity bill not paided, so i Just after 2-3 hour cancel my epayment but there are not added money in my paytm waller, i have already send mail from paytm care center but there are not get satisfaction reply,

I bought power bank of epsilon Digitech 21633 on 11 Feb 2016, In power bank have some problem button is not working and it's is working properly.

I have done my mobile recharge number [protected] on 1/03/2016 but still recharge is not received whereas they have debited the amount from my account. already raised complaint in the paytmcare but they give same answer it will take 48hr to resolved the issue, now 4 days completed.

Paytm website not allowing ticket cancellation as mentioned in their FAQ's information. Please find below what paytm is given

"For ticket cancellation, logon to paytm account. You can cancel the booked tickets from your order section against the source order id"

I recieved my ordered product from patym on 1/03/16 but didnt recieved my cashback of 45% of INR 2969 (price of order placed which was payed in advance through my debut card) in my patym wallet as which was mentioned on the site also i asked them to returny order which was successfully done but didnt recieved any information regarding my refund money. I Booked tickets on paytm 27. Feb 2016 9:00pm date of journey is 28 Feb 2016.
I call on 28 Feb to bus operator to my ticket confirmation bus operator tell my your tickets journey date is 27 Feb 2016. Not Today.

Bus operator not allow me to boarding and I west my time and money on paytm. Also I have booked ticked and all call recording regarding prof of my tickets is on 28 Feb 2016.

I have submitted the electricity bill n till I didn't get the amount of Rs. 93 in my wallet. I have complaint u earlier that time your response was u will get in 72 hours n its too much delay... How much more time will u take to transfer the balance?

I have done the Internet recharge on my idea number [protected] dated 1st March, 2016. Till date i haven't received the recharge. Amount deducted on 1st March, 2016 itself. I have generated three complain on their [protected]@paytm.com email address. But no response till date. Complain details are as follows:

As per web site information they will revert back within 48 hours. I have called on their customer care number on dated 3rd March, 2016, they assured me i will get feedback in 24 hours. But very sad to say no reply.

The product which I received doesn't have rocker feature. It can be seen in the images attached. I'm asking for the refund but they are not agreeing they are telling its seller mistake we can't do anything also he is not sharing seller information to communicate with him. the customer service is very rude in their reply. they say you can do what ever you want.

they are sending wrong color of the product it has happen to friend also.

So guys avoid buys from PayTm mainly the gift items. because you can't check the gift item once you receive but in paytm they actually advice check the product once it is receive and return immediately.

Don't buy from PayTm. I don't think all these complaints can be resolved. It is our fate guys.
