I placed a order for Apple iphone 6 at Paytm vide order no. [protected] on dated 09.03.2016 at 08:08 PM and pay the full order price with shipment charges which is shown by Paytm vide DC transaction no. [protected]. But paytm was cancel my order and refund my money and email me that due to some unavoidable reason paytm is unable to deliver the phove. But i am need of that mobile in the same rate on which i order. please solve the problem and provide me that Handset through Paytm

    Yesterday we deposit electricity bill of RS 932 only through paytm from syndcate bank malviya Nagar and rs 932 decated from syndcate bank malviya Nagar but paytm bill showed failed...plz take action nd help us .thanku..

      I had done a mobile recharge on the my prepaid idea number on 7th of march. The recharge amount mentioned on the website is Rs 260 and the talk time of RS 270, but after the transaction all i received is Rs 224 talk time. After continuous followup i am getting a mail stating
      We would like to inform you that your transaction against the order id [protected], has been successfully delivered & as you have also got the confirmation message from operator, so if issue persist please get in touch with operator". but the solution was still awaited neither the full talktime nor the rest amount. I had contacted the operator Idea they clearly said the offer is only applicable through thier website and it clearly mentioned also. How can paytm do such a mistake and more than that they still justifying that its done from their part

          I have approach for 3Gb/3G Data recharge of 454/- on 10/03/2016 the amount was deducted from bank, I didn't get 3GB Data, so I raised complain (Ticket no. [protected]C2FPRAA3) but no respond given form your side.
          because of very low data balance
          I have approached again today (11/03/2016) for same order no. [protected] (because data balance is very low), and I got it 3GB/3G,
          but issue is that the amount deducted by previous transaction ([protected], 10 Mar 2016, ) was not redirected yet so please do needful action for cancellation of previous transaction [protected]

              I ordered an abbott xceed glucose meter along with 100 testing stripes.
              Paytm delivered only stripes, glucose meter was not there in package.
              Its been more than a week asking them for my glucose meter and they are asking for more and more time.
              Atlast they are offering me 300 rupees.
              A glucose meter cost around 1500.
              I purchased because i saw discount of about 50 percent on the product.
              Now they are asking either to return the product.
              That was very disappointing.
              Wasted my time with paytm.
              Completely unsatisfactory for me.
              Fraud people and customer service is nothing but a myth because these people only think about their own profits.

                I have ordered a quantity product at very discounted price and paid for it yesterday at 9th of March. Expected delivery was on 17th of March. Today I got email that my order has been cancelled. As their Customer care person told my money will be refunded in paytm wallet and my product will not be delivered because of some of their technical error.

                  I had recharged my dishtv for rs4000. The transaction went through but i got status as failed though it shows success in paytm wallet statement and there is no response regarding the refund processing.

                  I raised a ticket - ticket no is 00575732 but there was no response. They don =t have a customer care number which deals with these issues and they dont respond to emails

                  I've already written to dish TV.

                  My dish tv viewing card [protected] is suddenly deactivated and my mobile
                  number is coming as unregistered number.

                  I was asked to contact the dealer and he has told me he cannot do anything about the refund and I should speak to dish tv for this. He just said he can provide me a new connection if required.

                  I spoke to the dish tv customer care and then did the recharge. I was not informed of any issues but after 2 days my VC was suddenly deactivated without any explanation or calls and my number was unregistered!

                          I have ordered 2no. Of sunglasses on paytm, today i am received the sunglasses, but after i opened the packet i am surprised to see that there is only one sunglass.
                          OCHILA COPPER BROWN AVIATOR SUNGLASS (Item # [protected]) is not found in the packet, although outside the packet it is clearly written that there is 2no. Of sunglasses in it.
                          Please resolve the problem as early as possible.

                                      I had ordered mobile phones from the website and the payment as well as transaction was successful, but within 24 hrs the complaint got cancelled without any reason being provided and hence turned out to be a clear fraud case.                                         I recently ordered (Order Number: [protected]) an iPhone 6 16GB which was listed at a huge discount on PayTM on 9th march 2016 for Rs60 (Rs35 as cost and Rs25 as shipping)...but they have now cancelled the order without stating any reasons...
                                        A similar case of Snapdeal that happened when a guy bought an iphone 5S for Rs68 and the company had to oblige him after the court ordered it to do so with additional penalty also..
                                        I only want my product delivered...
