[protected], then i have got 19 rs cashback then i recharged [protected] for 20 via ref no. [protected] then paytm added cashback of re.1, this all has done on 5/03/2016 at 10.20 pm now my account is not showing any history of transaction as well as my wallet balance of rs 70, kindly ensure it or i will go to consumer forum. also not getting reply from you as my previous mail crossed 24 hours |

      I have booked hotel in hyderad on 20.02.16 from PAYTM in Hotel Anshu grand order id:[protected], after confimation of booking i went to hotel to checkin but not allowed to check in the hotel that person name is albert .He talked to me very agreesive, he replied at that time this booking in not valid &fake also.Immediately i complaint to paytm same it forward to hotel immediately after that also he not allowed to check in.I take another hotel in hyd.Kinldy do it needful on this one.

              Is this is tact for getting money from customer for no use...?
              paytm process for getting money from customer...
              make them pay for order ...(if they did not have the stock ..)
              then get money from that order and then paytm cancel that order ​reason no stock..
              they same order money they will transfer to Paytm wallet which should be in customer bank account direct if he pay from bank ...
              then if customer transfer same money from wallet to bank get them charged for 4% ..
              So finally nothing is happened but paytm get money for free (4% from transaction fee)

                I recharge my Bsnl number ([protected]) from paytm of rs 155. As on 4 dec-2015. and 2-mar-2016. This is 3G data recharge plan as you r showing on your recharge menu. But both time I have not get the data both time . I get only value of recharge of both recharge . pls revert this problem

                  I have a placed an Order under Order ID [protected] and was waiting for the product as paytm allows the orders on prepaid mode so I had already paid the amount Some days after placing the order, I got a confirmation msg that the product has been delivered. I called up paytm customer care team to inform that the product is not delivered to me and you have marked this as delivered. The person at customer care shared a POD which was signed by some other person. I raised the concern again to the team but they are not resolving my concern. It seems Paytm team is not even bothered to resolve customer's concern. Wake up guys! Please resolve my concern. Either deliver the product I had ordered or refund my money.

                  I would not recommend this portal to anyone. One of the pathetic experience faced by a so called brand PAYTM!

                    I have transferred rs 1980 from my paytm wallet to my hdfc bank account, linked with my email id [protected]@gmail.com on 1st march 2016 and they are deducted from my paytm wallet but not transferred to my bank account. i have contacted paytm for same problem but they not providing me any solution.i have raised 3 complaint tickets but no action taken .help me in this case .

                      Hello,

                      Coupons issued with Fortune oil packets 'Rs-30' with each packet do not work.
                      The amount doesn't get credited to the WALLET. I have mailed several times but no response received. I have 6 such unused coupons. Please look into this issue as soon as possible or I will not hesitate to lodge a compliant for such negligence.
                      PAYTM website to be trusted or not?

                          I have booked a ticket on 7 March 2016 at 7.00 PM and requested for cancellation at 7 March 2016 at 7.15 PM to both paytm and bus operator also both are saying we are unable to do this cancel i have lost my Rs.1300 and very disappointed with this behaviour from paytm and bus operator please help me to return my money

                            Don't trust PayTM and never use its wallet. It is a FRAUD company, I lost 7500 from my wallet. Cybercell Ticket - 95390. They say they can't refund as someone else used by hacking, though I alerted the next minute the fraudulent transactions took place.

                              Again n again I complained to them(Paytm)that the amount of my Electricity Bill payment 2398/- successfully paid on 1 march 2016 but this Bill payment not successfully updated or confirmed on Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited, Kota...And they r not resolving my problem till now...and again n again from 1 march to 6 march 2016 said to me"we will get back to u within24-48 hours"...
                              So, Please me in Resolving my problem immediately bcoz Tomorrow is my Bill payment due date...Take some action against them(Paytm)... If It is not possible to confirm my bill Payment at merchant end(JVVNL, Kota)then refund my Bill payment of Rs.2398/-in my Wallet...From 1 march 2016 to today, 7march2016 they said same thing again n again but not resolved my problem till now...Please find attachments

                                    My self krishna from VISAKHAPATNAM. On 29 feb 2016 I placed panasonic 42 inch LED tv prepaid order worth 42000. Established delivered date 08-feb 2016. But today i got a msg as your order cancelled 32000 credit into your bank account 10000 paytm wallet but I don't want to cancel my order i want only my product. I can wait until i got the product otherwise i go to court of law.
                                    So kindly deliver my product as early as possible

                                        I had placed a order of tool kit. I did not got my product. N i got message that my order has been dilivered. I m sory to say that you people are not realy dealing in a right way to yout customer. I did not got my product. I want my product or pls refund my money. Once i have posted about paytm i had got so many fake calls by fake people. I dont dam care about it. I just want my money or pls placed the order.                                         Thank you paytm i hope you do better for us. Thank you so much.. n pls take care for your customer. Becoz there are many genual customer who are in problem. Becoz of such fake calls n for delivering order. Thank you for solving my problem.
                                        It's happened with me too. I got my order partial of 3 items where one is pending but still there no refund and nothing is initiated after lots of call and there no any option to call customer care direct. They are giving lots of number and no one will reach as per customer expectation. I am paytm customer from last 4-5 years but this happens first time. I never expected it from paytm.
